Positive experience: Terrible communication regarding billing led to an unexpected invoice. Service is fine, issue marginally improved but still exists.

Fantastic experience: “Results Physiotherapy” is not a misnomer. If you go to Physical Therapy sessions AND practice exercises they teach you at home, you will see results! My orthopedic surgeon, Dr. David Michel, recommended two months of P.T. to strengthen my quads prior to having a total knee replacement this summer. I LOVE my P.T., Danielle Normand, who is the perfect combination of professional, skilled, friendly & fun. I had my surgery last Wednesday. I am AMAZED that I am walking without a walker & can flex my knee 90 degrees. Wow! I am 100% convinced that the pre-op P.T. prepared me for this invasive procedure. Thank you, Danielle & team! You definitely made a difference in my recovery!

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough never to need PT before but I injured my knee/quad on a backcountry hiking trip. After trying to rehab on my own I decided to seek treatment with a professional. Michelle was my PT specialist and, simply put, she is a gem. Michelle diagnosed my issues and developed a PT plan for me. With each visit she would reevaluate me and push me a bit harder. Each time I felt I was close to 100% she would find an exercise that brought me back to reality. She always encouraged me but kept on me to push myself but not to overdo it. Michelle has the knowledge and skills to heal and the warm demeanor and empathy to help you through the rough patches. I give Michelle my highest possible recommendation! Fantastic experience: This is simply a wonderful place for physical therapy. I had so much back pain after two spinal fusion operations within six months that I was barely able to walk when I started physical therapy at this location. Now my pain level is substantially reduced, I no longer use a cane to walk, and I get better with each session. Daniele is awesome and Luna is terrific. They are such caring and competent professionals. I highly recommend them and this location.

Fantastic experience: October 2022 - I just finished a third set of sessions with Results Physiotherapy for another body part (I love aging). All new staff from the last time I was here but I was very pleased. You rotate therapists more but can also ask for specific therapists if you prefer. I loved Victoria and Taylor at the front desk is great. This is my second go around with Results Physiotherapy and I remain very pleased with the services I received. Easy to schedule and clear instructions for home exercises. No reservation in recommending.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and suffered severe whiplash and multiple orthopedic issues involving my head/neck, hips and wrists. I am also a physical therapist so I know what to look for in a clinic and its therapists. To show you how satisfied and the level of confidence I have in these individuals; my insurance company is not in-network with this facility so I voluntarily and gladly paid out-of-pocket for 4 months bc the therapists here are superb and highly skilled. Results Physiotherapy and Taylor, Office Manager, were incredible, friendly and helpful during this difficult time by being sensitive and accommodating in developing a payment model for me so that I could continue to benefit from their care. Today, was my discharge day and Im leaving a healthy individual again. I recommend Results Physiotherapy in West Lake for your physical therapy needs and wish to publicly thank Victoria, Christina and Taylor for taking care of me and providing an efficacious and safe environment. Fantastic experience: Professional and Friendly…The team of Christina, Michele, and Taylor work together to project competence, effectiveness, and while engendering confidence. Christine assumed responsibility for my PT regime following my laminectomy, planning a series of procedures for flexibility and strength, without risking injury. When not attending to her patients, Michele offered additional guidance. Taylor handled scheduling assuring that appointments were conveniently timed- … with text reminders. All done with smiles and good cheer, allowing me to ‘graduate’ and return to playing tennis in record time. Very satisfactory experience. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Jake and Stella are the best! I went here to work on a knee issue I'd lived with for a long time. Jake worked with me for about 8 weeks and the difference is incredible. I have pain far less frequently and when I do I now have the tools to work through it! I am now able to do workouts I never could before, and Jake and Stella made the process fun- I looked forward to every appointment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Bryce Davis at Results PT did a FANTASTIC job with my ACL repair recovery. When I started, I wasn't given any sort of PT plan from my surgeon. Bryce put together a detailed plan, with clear next steps, and I saw immediate results. I'm now walking around like normal, and feel confident in the exercises I need to do to keep up my progress. Also big shout out to the rest of the team - Stella and Jake, for making me feel welcome and cared for at the Westlake office.

Fantastic experience: Went to Results with a painful shoulder injury and after eleven visits I am almost back to normal.. Very friendly staff, Jake was my PT guy, very knowledgeable, patient and will not make you do things that are painful. I am now doing physiotherapy at home using their website to repeat my specific exercises. I believe in a couple in a weeks my shoulder will be at 100%. I am confident that you will find Results to be your choice for PT.

Fantastic experience: I went to Results with knee pain that made sleep very difficult. They did some testing and had me do various exercises, and over the period of about a month the pain has substantially reduced so I rarely notice it now. Very friendly staff, easy to get appointments.

Fantastic experience: Jake is the consummate professional. The entire staff at West Lake Hills are friendly and accommodating, but Jake has been working with me for quite awhile. His knowledge of physiology is applied with compassion and skill. I have a number of issues, from arthritis to torn rotator cuff to severed tendons. A hard case. YetJake is always able to alleviate some of the pain and help strengthen what muscles remain to compensate for the damaged ones. I recommend him without reservation.
