Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I took a chance on MacKenzie, from all the great reviews the location and staff received. My healing journey started in late March 2023 and I finally felt ready to end my therapy for Adhesive Capulitis (frozen shoulder) by end of the year, that's a full 9 months of weekly therapy that MacKenzie said could take up to 18 months for recovery for that type of injury. I'm very grateful to her and the rest of the team for aiding me in cutting that recovery process in half with their continuous support, understanding my needs, and building up/designing fun new exercises for me! It was a long difficult road, but they made it more fun than a pain or burden for me. Definitely will refer all my family and friends to this team of professionals. I can't thank you enough MacKenzie, you're amazing!

Fantastic experience: My doctor referred me to PT Solutions to help with low back pain. Hannah, my therapist, was encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. I looked forward to my appointments even though I left sweating from a hard workout. Hannah gave me mobility exercises to do to help with stiffness in the morning. As I got stronger and my back pain improved, she helped me create a solid plan to keep my progress going after I finished at PT Solutions. Thanks to Hannah, I have the knowledge and motivation to keep my body strong and pain-free.

Fantastic experience: MacKenzie and Rachel setup a successful plan of action to address my unique situation despite me throwing a laundry list of problem areas at them (partially from a snowboarding accident) and giving them a short time window (just over 3 weeks) to address them. I feel like I'm back to a full recovery after just a month and I'm hitting the slopes again! I looked forward to coming in to my appointments and felt taken care of and heard - they checked how I was feeling each appointment and adjusted the workouts/treatments accordingly. The vibes are always great - Carolina works hard to set them. The whole team is so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them during my appointments.

One of the clinicians, McKenzie, has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. She is a genuinely gifted clinician who offers a highly skilled dry-needling technique that is incredibly beneficial for healing and pain relief. Becca, who works at the front desk, brings a fun and uplifting vibe and always makes you feel welcome. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a talented and compassionate physical therapist who provided me with the support I needed on my journey to recovery. Fantastic experience: PT Solutions is the place to go! The entire team is wonderful, knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you speak with someone on the phone to walking out after a session. Both Mackenzie and Rachel are phenomenal and really pay attention to your needs and abilities. Caroline is great up front scheduling appointments and making you feel taken care of. I have been to physical therapy several times before and reached out and was told I couldn’t be seen for at least a week. I saw the amazing reviews for PT Solutions and gave them a call and they got me in same day! Literally within hours. We were able to focus on the issues I have with my calf and knew my goal was about getting myself up and running quickly for an upcoming run and because my job is labor intensive. In just two weeks I am feeling ten times better than before I walked in. They are really doing amazing things at this place and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending PT sessions here for a few months working with Hannah. While they do have 2 main therapists, both of whom I worked with & who were both very strong therapists, they do also work with PT students in training. I didn't mind this as I received very attentive PT services here - which doesn't happen a lot with many other PT providers. I would definitely return. My injury is almost 100% better, and Hannah forced me to work really hard, which was great. Becca at the front desk is also very helpful. I would recommend PT solutions.

Fantastic experience: The best!! Can not say enough good things about Mackenzie and the therapists at PT solutions. Mackenzie is incredibly knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. I injured my knee playing flag football, and she tailored a program to get me back on the field safely and timely, utilizing the most up to date, evidence based approaches and treatment modalities. She was diligent in personalizing my rehabilitation program to meet my needs and match the demand that is placed on my body on the field. I have referred several friends to Mackenzie for a variety of ailments and all have been extremely pleased with their results. So, do not walk…RUN (unless you can’t) to see Mackenzie at PT Solutions!!

Fantastic experience: Just completed about 10 weeks of PT at this location for a prolapsed disc. I had this problem for several years and my doctor insisted I try out PT. Having never done PT before, I was very skeptical. But I went any way. I worked with Hannah and I have to say she's the reason that in just under 10 weeks, I went from being limited in simple chores like picking up a potted plant, to not only being able to do such regular things but also hitting the gym 3 times a week doing strenuous back and leg work. In fact, I got more flexible and fitter than I was before the back problem started. Hannah was super professional, clearly very well read, she made a clear plan of treatment and constantly adjusted it, and she also has a great sense of humor that made the visits less monotonous and stressful. It is my pleasure to recommend Hannah and this location in general.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had physical therapy done with three different institutions, and PT Solutions is the best by far. Hannah and Mackenzie are the absolute best physical therapists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Each day they are friendly and energetic, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. What I love most about PT Solutions is that I feel like I am a part of determining my care and health plan. The cute front desk girl knows everyone by name, and makes you feel important as soon as you walk in the door. PT Solutions is a 10/10, and a must if you want to reclaim your physical health.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at PT Solutions arboretum were amazing. From the front desk staff, Carolina and Becca are super friendly and helpful at check in etc. The PT staff is fabulous especially Rachel and McKenzie. They’re very patient focused and cater your care to the specific injury you had. They don’t do the basic cookie cutter general PT. They cater to your injury. They’re very thorough at making your plan and having you do progress surveys to see what you might need more help with etc. I love that they take their time explaining the exercises and why/how they help you recover from your injury. I definitely recommend PT solutions. Their staff is amazing and patient oriented and genuinely care about you getting the best care possible.

Fantastic experience: Really great clinic, they helped me with various movements to rehab my tail bone, which is a very tricky one. I went from not being able to do certain workouts and needing a donut to not needing the donut and being able to fully work out again! I definitely feel stronger as a result too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with the stellar team at PT Solutions for some time now. I can’t say enough about Rachel and MacKenzie and the work they do. They take the time to get to know you and help you understand a clear path to your end goals. I was also provided with plenty of exercises to do at home to stay on track if I was unable to come in for an appointment. There were some days I didn’t feel like pushing myself but somehow those days ended up being my strongest because of them. The entire staff is very friendly as well and I highly recommend anyone to work with the team at any PT Solutions location.

Fantastic experience: When my doctor mentioned I needed Physical Therapy to help me recover from an injury, to say I was dreading was an understatement. I went to PT Solutions with the mindset of "ok, I have no choice but to do this" and boy, was I surprised to actually want to do it after my first visit. Rachel and MacKenzie are the best, super friendly and very professional. Everybody at PT Solutions is happy to see you succeed and achieve your goals. I haven't been in a week and I actually miss it! I can't say enough nice things about PT Solutions. It is nothing like what I thought Physical Therapy was going to be. The whole staff make it fun and celebrate your achievements as tiny as they may seem. I highly recommend this location, whether you are an average person and were injured in an accident or maybe you are an athlete recovering from a sports injury, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: PT Solutions was key to getting me back to normal activities after foot surgery. Rachel and Mackenzie took extra care to create a custom recovery plan based on my lifestyle and specific fitness/sports goals. I always left feeling stronger and able to take on a new challenge. I am back playing tennis 2-3x/wk which is well ahead of what I was expecting. I highly recommend PT Solutions for a fun, welcome and results-oriented approach to recovery.

Fantastic experience: My kiddo goes here to help with pain related to a back injury. The entire staff (PTs and front desk) at the one we go to in Austin are incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They are following a plan to build muscles around where her surgery was to help support her frame and the pain levels have gone down significantly since going regularly. They are able to schedule us at a time that works for us. 5 stars + 2 thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience all around. Met with a smile every visit, and they will push you to be better and get back to where you want to be. While doing so, they encourage you so you honestly feel they think the exercise you are doing is one of the hardest in existence…at that time. A few weeks later you’ll do that same exercise and realize it is super easy, and the ones you are doing now are the hardest ones in existence. They keep the space clean, check in throughout your visit, and make sure you hit the goals you set out to achieve. Additionally their texting service is fantastic, I’ve scheduled or rescheduled using texts without interrupting my day, and they are super prompt. From Carolina at the front desk greeting you with a smile and a fun dry erase board with voting for various “hot takes”/“this or that” while you warm up, to MCKenzie and Rachel setting you up with exercises to challenge you to be better every day - the team at the arboretum PT solutions is fantastic. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how easy it is to find space on their schedule. I never had a problem working to find time even same day out a day or two out. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about the team here. Everyone is so welcoming, and warm. The Administrators are patient, engaging and kind. The PTs are knowledgeable, and have been able to answer every one of my unyielding questions with confidence. Their confidence made me confident in them. The Director is actively engaged with all of the clients and team, and makes the daily balancing act look like first nature. And they do it all with a smile. Could not recommend this team more.

Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience at PT Solutions over the past few months - first for shoulder pain and then after fracturing my ankle. Mackenzie is knowledgeable and creative in the exercises she comes up with and everyone who works there is extremely friendly and organized. I always find sessions to be appropriately challenging - all staff is very receptive to feedback and will modify exercises accordingly. PT Solutions is great - I strongly recommend them!

She helped a foot injury that allowed me to still compete in a 50 mile race. She also helped me with a back injury that allowed me to still go on a backpacking trip. Fantastic experience: After a four-month hiatus due to a sports injury and many doctor appointments, I started seeing Mackenzie at PT Solutions of Arboretum as a last resort. Mackenzie helped get me back on the trails and training for my next half in no time. She is knowledgeable and takes an individualistic approach when providing treatment. Fantastic experience: I’ve been extremely pleased with PT Solutions. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. My favorite part is that they limit the number of folks they treat at one time. So often with PT, you’re just told to do exercises while the staff goes to treat all the other clients across the room. PT Solutions has been great about ensuring I’m maximizing my time and speed to recovery from my knee injury. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Mackenzie and the team at PT Solutions. I had ACL reconstruction surgery and they have helped me achieve all my goals in recovery. I had good days and bad days mentally and physically and they supported me through them all. Fantastic experience: PT Solutions is the place to go!! After dealing with a stubborn muscle strain, I decided to start physical therapy to rehab and get back to being active/start playing sports again. Rachel has been a phenomenal therapist. She is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about getting you back to doing what you love. Every time I go to PT, I have a blast. Fantastic experience: Rachel is my PT but I've gotten to know each of the ladies there and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! I haven't "exercised" and had so much fun doing it! Their care, the way they include you in your plan of care, and their encouragement only help to ensure a speedy recovery! Carolina-she's the first one you see when you walk in- is ALWAYS smiling, super friendly, and makes understanding your insurance so easy (Thank God!). Fantastic experience: Can’t thank the team enough for all their support. I was halfway through my marathon training program when I started feeling significant pains in my Achilles. The pain was bad enough that I could feel it each time I took a step. I called around for PTs in the area, but most required a doctors referral before they would see me - PT solutions did not. Rachel was awesome and immediately made it feel like we were a team that would get through it together. She knew my goal was to complete a marathon, so she pushed me to get stronger. Between the regular PT sessions and dry needling, I felt 100% for the NYC marathon. A complete night and day difference than when I first stepped foot in the clinic. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with PT Solutions. I am a professional athlete who had an adductor issue only a couple weeks before training camp. I specifically worked with Rachel, and she was absolutely wonderful. Great knowledge base and quality care. She helped me rehab, so I could show up to camp in the best condition possible! Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have Mackenzie for my physical therapist after my shoulder surgery and she was wonderful! She is so skilled, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, patient - I just can’t say enough good things about her! PT is not an easy thing to have to do but the care, attention and friendliness of all the staff make such a big difference - it really helps make it easier to get through it!
