Fantastic experience: Annie Cerda, the speech therapy specialist at BS&W, is easy to work with and listens to every concern I may have! She is also quite knowledgeable on the “Speak Out” program which we follow during my appointments. She always has suggestions over and above what the book says to do. She is so concerned that I have different issues looked at; ie: my swallowing is not strong enough and I sometimes get choked on a sip of water so she’s going to have a swallow study set for me whereby they come to my home and do a study of my swallowing. That’s just one example of her “persistence” in working with me to get my voice stronger! She’s the best! K. Jarrett

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positive things about Gretchen! She is so knowledgeable and has been able to pinpoint specific areas that I didn’t realize were causing my issues. I am already doing so much better in just a month. She doesn’t overwhelm you with too many exercises but gradually adds them over time.

Positive experience: I have been working with Jessica and I have seen improvement in my symptoms. I feel heard and cared for in the right way. I appreciate the personal attention I have been receiving which I missed in other PT clinics I have experienced in the past 3 years. I feel confident in the diagnosis and treatment I have been receiving. 5 stars for the service! I took off one star because of the way their billing works. The front desk is very diligent on collecting payment upfront while not being able to provide clarity on billing details. I tried calling their billing department and no one picks up my call. Also, the cost per session seems much higher than other PT places. I have a decent insurance and so am fine paying a little more than what I pay at other clinics for the service provided but for those paying 100% out of pocket it can be a little much.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Hall has given me expert treatment for vertigo and the resulting dizziness and loss of balance. Every visit gives positive results.

Fantastic experience: Due to health conditions, I was referred to Baylor Scott & White for therapy. Now I almost completed the therapy and will be discharged soon. During the.therapy process, I felt the caring BS&W offered to me that was even more than a family can do. Although I do not know how my health conditions will be in the future, I do appreciate all the care I had received from Ashley and Annie at BS&W.

Nicole is very busy but tries to get PT started as soon as possible, so she looks to her colleague's for help, which in my book means she cares. I feel between Nicole and Brady my PT will be done, which I am grateful.

The rapport I have with my therapist is excellent, I feel completely at ease and know I am in good hands. My symptoms have decreased steadily since I started treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and personable. My pain has been reduced considerably after 2 appointments. The front desk staff are very personable and helpful as well. Fantastic experience: Update: My first experience was not the most pleasant due to miscommunication with one of the administrative assistants, but I was contacted by another staff member and they were quick to own their mishandling of the situation so I could continue my care with no issues. After weeks of care, the staff has exceeded my expectations of care and treatment. I would recommend this location to anyone needing treatment and rehabilitation. The physical therapists all work pretty well together and it makes for a great welcoming environment. Try to get scheduled with Jake if possible.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Select Physical Therapy could not have been better. The front office staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. And real big props the therapy group. Morgan Kolencherry (now at the north facility), Amanda Aguilera, and Courtney (Jake Schneider's tremendous intern) were directly responsible for putting me on the road to recovery from a herniated disc. They expressed, thru word and deed, genuine concern for my well being and my healing. I cannot thank them enough. My pain is now virtually gone, and I've been able to get back to my life. Thank you Morgan, Amanda and Courtney!!! You guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time using Select PT. The entire staff from the beginning of my visit till the end are wonderful to deal with. Monica is my therapist, and has been outstanding to work with. We set a goal at the beginning and I am on track to achieve what we set forth. I would highly recommend this location, and more specifically, Monica if you can get on her schedule.

Fantastic experience: In the last 12 months I've had the necessity to work with therapists at Select twice (for two different issues). In both cases, the therapists were knowledgeable, effective, and extremely nice. The staff is pleasant and co-operative, too. Nothing but good things to say about them!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time with these therapists, and on both occasions they did excellent work. A few years ago, I was rear ended, and developed a painful back. The therapy made me whole again. I am now in therapy following a reverse shoulder replacement, and my therapist has brought me a great distance in m recovery and my arm is constantly on the improvement. I am nearly completely recovered. Excellent work, Ms. Toussant.
