Fantastic experience: Dr Richard Dietzen is a miracle worker. 3 surgeons wanted to cut my neck open but with CHAT I'm pain free with full rotation of my neck, even still able to stay a tummy sleeper. 5 years and still at 100%. I live in Florida for 3 years and with each visit back home he's my first stop for a tune up. The entire team is fantastic...they really care about every patient. 10 stars.

Hands down, the Dietzen doctors are the most compassionate, understanding, personable and knowledgable doctors in this business (and I have tried a few). Their careful attention and care to my immediate and total health needs continues to impress and keeps me coming back. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Albert after a disaster with a chiro chain who left me without help over a long weekend. I was able to reach Dr. Albert and he responded immediately. He, the physical therapy team and the staff have been amazing. I can truly say, they saved me and got me on track to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice and professional. They work with you if you can not make the appointment and there is no waiting time. You are seen when you are supposed to be seen, which is huge for me, I hate waiting when I've made an appointment! The doctors are very nice and know what they are doing!

Fantastic experience: The chiropractors and therapists here at Chicago Health and PT are the best in all of Chicago - hands down. Dr. Anton Dietzen is the most caring, knowledgeable, and effective doctor I've ever met ... not to mention that he holds two doctorates (DC and MD). Even more, Dr. Dietzen knows more about health, fitness, and wellness than ANYONE in Chicago. One look at this guy and you realize that he lives what he preaches. If you are looking to make a lasting change in your health and wellbeing - do yourself a favor and call Chicago Heath and PT. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: The people at CHPT are amazing! I have been there for PT (Ryan, Kristen, and all of the other PTs are amazing. I regularly go there for chiropractic car (Dr Cunningham has been taking care of me for 15+ years) and massage therapy (AJ is amazing)! The support staff (Henriquetta and her team) are friendly, patient, understanding, helpful, and professional! I can’t say enough good things about these folks!!

Fantastic experience: Beth is my favorite PT although everyone here is awesome. I love having 1 on 1 time with PT rather than one of many patients. There are so many places where PT has multiple patient at the same time (I’ve been to couple of locations due to hours and my work location). Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: My shoulder went wonky. I got a referral from my NW doc. I went to CHPT for therapy. Everyone is super friendly. I started PT with Beth, who explained everything she was doing to find out what's bugging my shoulder. She did lots of note-taking too. I was thinking yep, I'm in good hands. We did some specific exercises. After a little while, I left with a big (rubber) band and directions, and now I'm on my way to a better shoulder! Love this place!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I have been coming for years. I tend to mess up my back/ neck frequently due to poor posture and stress at my desk job. These guys fix me up in no time.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is awesome!. It's a one-stop shop for seeing the doctor, chiropractor getting acupuncture and also physical therapy. Dr. Cunningham is awesome! Love his bedside manner and his passion about treating patients. It's obvious that he loves what he's doing because he provides excellent quality service.

They really want to address the issues you have and get you feeling great. Everyone I have encountered here are nice, relatable people you feel comfortable talking to.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to CHPT I feel great. I've seen a few different physical therapists and each one is great and brings a different perspective. I highly recommend this place. I went for post-partum and pregnancy issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dietzen has been taking care of my family for years. I came back recently due to an on duty injury and Dr. Clement and the PT team got my back, neck and shoulder feeling way better and I was able to return to work with no issues. This was a combined effort and this team is A1 in my book. Everyone in the office is very professional, friendly and nice. Super clean office. I highly recommend CHPT as a way to get your body on the mends. Fix the problem don't mask it or put a bandaid on it with medication. Let this team help you, I promise you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: CHPT is a gem that I never knew existed in Portage Park until I needed help with diastasis recti and Kristin Ballenger was recommended to me. Prior, I had done videos to try to help my condition. Working with Kristin was invaluable because she taught me how to improve my breathing, engage my core properly, and do exercises to better my condition. She asked what I was having trouble with, and pointed out how I can improve. Results do not happen quickly, but I diligently did the exercises and I do see a difference. I am going to continue doing the exercises. Kristin is friendly, a good listener, and knowledgeable. I was a little sad to "graduate" from physical therapy because it was a friendly and helpful place. In addition to physical therapists, there are also chiropractors and massage therapists at CHPT. I plan on getting a massage. And to add a little more, I felt safe with CHPT's COVID protocols. My appointments always started and ended on time. Both of these were plusses for me.

Fantastic experience: If I am in town and need someone to alleviate a back issue, I call for an appointment with David Cunningham. I have been seeing him for about 20 years and he is consistently able to provide care that helps my heal. He also is great about providing exercises that will strengthen or stretch the problem area.

Fantastic experience: Dr,David Cunningham is our chiropractor for almost 18 yrs and he is amazing because he knew my problems and I always get my acupuncture with him and the front desk stuff are wonderful, God bless and congratulation to your 100 years of service.

Fantastic experience: Well cared for at CHPT. I tweaked my back this morning and after an adjustment and ultrasound, plus acupuncture for the problem that I originally had the appointment for, I feel like I am on my way to a full recovery

Fantastic experience: I have been getting treatments at CHPT for approx 8 months and cannot give enough praises. I started having treatments for aches and pains from my back due to years of heavy lifting at work. I now do not experience daily pain anymore and now go monthly for preventative maintenance. All the chiropractors their are very professional and knowledgeable. AJ and Barb give the best messages in the city!

Fantastic experience: As a long time patient, this is a very patient oriented group. They take finding solutions seriously. The team works closely with patients to deal with problems as they arise often eliminating the problem before it gets worse. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have used all of their services over the years to treat migraines, back/joint issues, accupuncture for a number of issues over the years and physical therapy for injuries and post knee replacement surgery. Having an MdD in the practice has also been helpful. They have my highest revommendation.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since I was a teenager. In over 20 years of experiences, I have never once felt like I wasn’t being heard or cared for or like I was being given advice that wasn’t right for me. Kindness, consideration, and reality checks. Options. Lifestyle changes and wellness recommendations, nutritional advice, finding exercises/stretches/therapies that work for me. If I hadn’t moved 47 miles away 3 years ago, I’d be in far better shape right now than I am, and wouldn’t have needed today’s visit. That being said, I was able to put my sweatshirt and boots on and drive home without crying (an immediate improvement). I’ve watched this practice grow over the last two decades into a very well-rounded, multidisciplinary, Feel Better office that I called home for years. If I had my way, I’d literally never go anywhere else. And as soon as I can move back closer to the city, I know that my migraines will once again disappear, my breathing will be easier, and when I mess something up on this Mortal Coil, I won’t delay coming in for relief, solid advice, and maintenance that makes living with chronic issues more about Living, and less about merely Existing.

Dr. Cunningham's treatment for my back pain has made a tremendous difference. I have not been pain free or have had such a noticeable improvement in the pain level in many years. Fantastic experience: The closest thing to an old-fashioned family doctor that I've ever encountered in the big city. The chiropractic care is among the best available. The Physical Therapy is very personalized and compassionate while also maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

I immediately took his advice and followed up with my doctor a few months later. Needless to say, my physician was amazed at the results, inclusive of the side benefits of the advice. Fantastic experience: It has been a while since I visited a chiropractor. I typically see one in the downtown area. After experiencing a chest muscle injury I wanted to see a Chiropractor close to home and after some research I decided to give CHPT a try. I give Dr. Richard Dietzen 2 thumbs up! He is professional and very attentive. After asking several questions and discussing your health history he makes his recommendations. Finding the right doctor is not always this easy. In my experience I found the right one after my first visit.
