Fantastic experience: This location is the best!!! Jackie, Jessica and Andy are all so friendly and I truly enjoyed my time at PT with them. Jackie always has a smiling face. She does a fantastic job of getting everyone scheduled even on short notice. Jessica and Andy are both fantastic with everyone who comes in. I am always welcomed by name and with a smile. They each truly care about every person who comes through the door. They are a great team and I am glad I had the opportunity to work with each of them weekly. If you are looking for a great place to go as a patient, this is the place!! If you are management seeing this review, they need a raise ;)

Fantastic experience: This team of therapists is genuinely responsive to my needs. Their expertise combined with good communication have been able to hone my exercises so I make noticeable progress from one visit to the next. Fantastic experience: NovaCare New Albany is a pretty amazing place. They make me feel like I have an entire team of awesome professionals who are committed to making sure I can walk again without pain or restrictions. I have worked with Jess, Andy, Tess and Giselle and they are all kind, knowledgable, encouraging and professional. I actually look forward to physical therapy, even when it's strenuous, because I know they're dedicated to helping me get better. Also, Jackie who manages the office is phenomenal too! She tries so hard to get the scheduling where you need it to be, she's kind and thorough. They have all created a best-possible care scenario and I appreciate working with them!

Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery and came to Nova Care for physical therapy. I was so amazed at how fantastic the physical therapists (Jill, Jess, & Andy) were at helping me recover so quickly! They were patient and knowledgeable and used a variety of methods that helped me get back to my regular activities in a short amount of time. They answered all my questions and gave me stretches and exercises to also help me at home as well. Jacquelyn always greets you with a smile and kind words when you enter the facility as well. Fantastic experience: The entire team at NA NovaCare Rehab are outstanding. I have been to many PT places for rehab but I have received extremely helpful expert help in just 3 weeks that has improved my physical challenges greatly. Jessica seems to be more intuitive and insightful when it comes to assessment and recommendations for improvement/remedies overall. I would highly recommend this location and any of their staff.

They work with a number of patients who have different injuries, but the therapists clearly are knowledgeable of multiple strategies to address each individual’s needs. My personal experience has been excellent and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience here following knee replacements. Andy has been instrumental in helping me through the recovery process, providing motivation while being very empathetic regarding my pain levels, etc. I cannot imagine attempting to recover from an injury without Novacare's assistance. Kudo's and special thanks to Andy. I couldn't have done it without his careful guidance and genuine interest in my full and comprehensive recovery. While my experience was primarily centered around Andy, all NovaCare staff members are professional, positive and fun to be around, making it a great recover environment. Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of physical therapy sessions at this location since having my knee surgery. I will continue therapy at this location when surgery is done on my other knee. The staff is very kind and professional. Appointments are always on time. They encourage you to do the best you can while never pushing you beyond your limits.

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapists are knowledgeable and work well with patients; my husbands PT is Emily who also has her DPT in addition to being a PT. Tina handles the front desk in a friendly efficient manner.

Fantastic experience: I had my second rotator cuff surgery in early June 2018. My first was in 2015. For each of these I was given a prescription for physical therapy to help me regain normal use of my arm. I chose NovaCare Rehabilitation since it is only 2.7 miles from my home. For each of these periods of physical therapy, my therapist was JULIE, now JULIE RENNER. For each of these periods of physical therapy Julie treated me with utmost care. She was considerate of the pain I experienced and stayed with me throughout these times. Julie is deserving of a rating of 10!! Yes, I give NoraCare Rehabilitation a high score, a 5. For Julie, I giver her a 10. Thank you, Julie, for being a top-rate therapist, caring and so very considerate. You’re TOPS!!

Fantastic experience: Really run professionally with the patient's safety/comfort and confidentiality paramount. The surgery went as planned and we were kept informed of progress. Once in the room the nurses couldn't have been more helpful and responded to all requests rapidly. We were made to feel welcome not as if we were a bother. At shift changes the oncoming nurses stopped to introduce themselves and ask what we needed. All nurses/medical help seemed very knowledgeable and explained/answered all our concerns.

Fantastic experience: From the time you walk in the door til you leave every staff member is helping, encouraging you and each other. You feel right at ease working yourself back to health. I felt like I gained a family.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised and impressed by the process and teamwork of these offices. I had several appointments for pre-surgery and was guided through all appointments same day. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so friendly. Never felt like just a patient. I really felt like I mattered and still do. I had an issue after post surgery at home and called the office. I had a nurse call back within 10 mins. And walked me through it. Very helpful. I saw the PT staff twice and they walked me through my PT which is at home, but I have the PT number to call with any questions or concerns and I am confident they’ll be there if needed. I would highly recommend to anyone!

They are trained to know exactly what your specific needs are and will work with you one on one to get you back where you started. I can honestly say they have saved me twice now. Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery so my doctor required me to visit NovCare Rehabilitation prior to surgery. The therapist did an excellent job informing me what I would need to do after surgery to get me rehabilitated. I followed her instructions and after two weeks of walking with a walker I was walking with a cain. After three weeks I didn't even need the cain. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I just recently started going to physical therapy here, I chose this location because the hours they are open work with my work schedule and I am familiar with the company. So far I have had a very positive experience with everyone there, they understand my injury and are working WITH me to regain as much function as possible without overworking my wrist with each visit, however they want to push me to work harder so I can get full use back.
