She's quite knowledgeable, professional, and has an extremely pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend her and will request her for and further treatment or and/or consultation.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so polite and caring. They appear to be generally invested in helping their patients get better. I have personally only worked with a couple of therapists so far but everyone has been great. There is a lot of different exercise equipment and tools readily available and this location even has a pool for those who need that kind of therapy. Would recommend this place to family and friends and would go back if ever needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Gisele Johnson, PT. She was very knowledgeable of the specific condition and had exercises that maximized time with her, and created an at home plan to enable the work to continue after sessions end with NovaCare.

Fantastic experience: My first PT appointment was with Tess Steele. She was absolutely amazing! She took the time to listen to my medical history, my recent surgery and procedures and asked a lot of questions and suggested solutions! I feel like she truly cares about my recovery! What a great personality as well! Looking forward to more treatments with her! Highly recommend!!

Totally patient-centered, she gave me her full attention at our appointment and shared contact information so that I could reach out to her for questions or additional information. Gisele is a tremendous asset to NovaCare and to the fortunate patients she sees!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to aqua therapy here for about two weeks and I appreciate the time spent explaining to me what we were going to do and the charting of my progress. I love that they are always on time and answer any questions I may have. A shout out to my therapist, Joel, who has great pool side manners.

Patient, understanding, and with compassion, they are helping and encouraging me through my painful recovery from a very severe concussion.

Convenient location for those in the southern Gahanna, Blacklick and Reynoldsburg area, nestled in a commercial area just east of Mount Carmel East. Convenient scheduling hours, and staff seems more than willing to work with you to help mesh their schedules with yours.

They all knew my name in the first week, even if I hadn't worked directly with them. I'm feeling much better than when I started physical therapy, they listen and make adjustments to the patients needs. So, not only are they really nice people, they are good at their job.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Libby for a dry needling procedure to reduce pain I was having due to plantar fasciitis. After 5 visits, my pain was greatly reduced. Libby not only performed the procedure but also taught me several exercises to strengthen muscles in my foot. She was so positive and a joy to work with.

Fantastic experience: I have been to 3 different physical therapy places and out of them, Novacare is the best! It's not easy for me to show my vulnerability when it comes to what I consider a disability. They have made me feel at ease every single time I've gone there. I actually enjoy going to physical therapy there and want to continue past the initial prescription my back doctor prescribed. The other 2 places I went before Advocare weren't horrible, they just never cared enough to make me feel at ease with them. The Physical Therapy place located on the 2nd floor in the Pickerington Ohio Health facility wasn't concerned that I had major back and knee problems. They only cared about the Physical Therapy on my foot after I had 2 ligaments repaired in my foot. I tried to comply because I was scared to death that my surgeon would drop me as a patient if I didn't because that's what they told me would happen. I ended up hurting my knee to the point where I had to have cortisone shots 3 separate times over a 3 month period.

Fantastic experience: The staff, John, Devan, and Libby are fantastic. They care about each person's recovery and gives them all their attention. I have fibromyalgia and the aquatic therapy has helped immensely.

Fantastic experience: Need Physical Therapy?? NOvaCare on East Broad has a very caring and knowledgeable staff. They are able to modify any exercise based on the clients needs. I highly recommend them. They also have aquatic therapy.
