Fantastic experience: The staff at Nova are Rehab Center in Galloway, Ohio truly demonstrate their care and concern for the many individuals who use their services. From the moment I walked into the facility I was welcomed and treated kindly. When I dropped my can and fumbled to picked it up and get things from my bag, a staff member walked around her desk to come over to me to help. Appointments were made with ease and with my preferences in mind. The PTs with whom I worked wre just as kind and caring as well as professional and very knowledgeable. When I had trouble with an exercise, they slowed down and offered alternatives to ease me into the routines. When I told them of the pain I experienced, they changed my routine and suggested practical solutions. I can honestly say that I am in very good hands at NovaCare Rehab and am on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing! I went for a rotator cuff issue. They were great at having me do exercises that helped as well as making sure I was doing them correctly!!

Fantastic experience: I had surgery on both of my hands, I was referred to NovaCare for Physical Therapy. From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and informative. My Therapist Erika was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The facility is very clean and that is very important to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Physical Therapy of all types.

Fantastic experience: Dakota Billings and the staff were exceptional. They listened to my issues and concerns and helped me become more mobile in my movements and walking. They started out my therapy slowly and increased as I did better and pushed me when I thought I couldn’t. The stretches and exercises they taught me are continuing to help me daily. Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments at outpatient therapy. My experiences were both super. I was pushed to achieve my goals and given verbal support. The folks were kind and considerate. Granted, you are in control of your road to recovery, they can only help you so much. But it is great to have these folks on your team.

Fantastic experience: The staff and therapists at NovaCare are top notch. They are kind, positive and so encouraging. I had been in pain for 6 weeks while working with docs on my diagnosis. The first visit at NovaCare and with some stretching while being evaluated 50% of my pain dissipated. I was so amazed. Great people. Highly recommend.
