Fantastic experience: This is thee place to go for PT! I drive 30 minutes just to see them they are worth it. They are kind and work on the problem area. Some of the nicest people you could ever meet. I have gone to them for 6 weeks twice a week and still have 4 weeks to go. I wouldn't choose another PT in Columbus area if they paid me to. They take the time to listen to what ails you and work hard to make it better. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: If you or your athlete need Physical Therapy or core/strength training, go see Teresa Pepera at Advanced Physical Therapy Centers. She did wonders for son when he strained his calf muscle playing baseball this spring and is currently working with my youngest son to help manage the frequency of migraines. Teresa and her team work with many of the local athletes in this area for proventive care to avoid injury as well as physical therapy to heal your athlete as soon as possible. This is an awesome family-owned business with top-notch care!

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience at Advanced Physical Therapy Centers. Teresa has treated me for back and knee pain. I went to her thinking she was going to fix my problems and make the pain go away, which she is doing, but she is also taking the time to work with me and make sure the problem doesn't happen again. Most Physical Therapist work on the current pain and issues. Teresa is doing that as well as fixing my mechanics to prevent the same problems from occurring again.

Fantastic experience: I was highly recommended to see Teresa by a medical provider I trust. As a person with a medical background, I came in very skeptical of finding any solution to shoulder issues that I have had for years that resulted in multiple surgeries. After having tried multiple types of physical therapy, some of the methods here may seem unorthodox at first. However, please see it through to the end and listen to what they say. They truly want the best for you and are more than willing to speak with you and understand what your personal goals are, as opposed to just checking boxes on a PT protocol. Thank you Teresa and Kelsey for providing me with the tools to continue improving on my body far after I finish my last PT appointment with you.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple injuries and have generally beat myself up over the years. I had resigned myself to being in pain going forward and was looking at a less active lifestyle. The team at Advanced took a whole body approach and worked a section at a time. I feel the best I've felt in over 5 years. If you are looking for a PT in the Columbus area nobody is better than Advanced. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Came into this practice with moderate to severe mid back pain that caused aches through almost every day. I’d visited chiropractor, massage therapists, no one was able to identify my true cause of the issue. ON THE FIRST VISIT, Teresa helped diagnose the “core” to my problem, was activating my core while I worked out, golfed, or even sitting at a desk. Throughout several other sessions, her friendly & professional assistant Kelsey helped make me aware of core stability and what muscles to use with multiple specific & certain exercises. Fantastic experience: I received amazing care from Teresa and her staff. I had been to 4 Chiropractors and 4 other Physical Therapist with no relief. The therapy and special exercises/stretches helped me and gave me some relief. I have mentioned this office anytime anyone mentions they need Physical Therapy. Many of my extended family members have been treated by Teresa and will return there if ever needed.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about this place. Teresa is wonderful and very knowledgeable! All the staff are friendly and helpful. I've had several injuries and surgeries and always drive 20+ minutes to this business when there's at least 30 places closer to me. Their approach is hands on and 1:1. You're NOT thrown on a machine or given exercises to do while they are working with someone else. You are their only patient during your appointment! Go here, I promise you won't regret it! I'd give them 10 if I could!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my neurologist, for migraines and sciatica. I'd previously done a round of PT at OSU, which helped, but not nearly as much as the treatment I received here. The stretches and exercises they taught me have continued to manage my pain, increase my flexibility and allowed me to return to work. The staff is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
