Fantastic experience: I have been here for two different vestibular therapy rehabs. One in 2021 and one in 2023 and both were awesome experiences. All of the staff there is very welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Nathan O’Malley was my main therapist and he went above and beyond to help me get back to 100%. If you need any type of rehab I highly recommend this NovaCare location!

Fantastic experience: All of the physical therapists that I worked with at NovaCare (Bethel Rd) were great. They are all very knowledgeable and caring. I felt like they wanted me to be better as much as I did! In addition to the PT exercises I did at the office, the therapists provided me with appropriate home exercises, as well. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first visit at NovaCare with Bryton. My next 2 visits were with Courtney and Natalie, his PT assistants. I was obvious that the plan was clearly discussed and the assistants were amazing. The front office was efficient and friendly. I was able to fill out the majority of my paperwork on line. The clinic was pristine. Equipment was cleaned as it was used and all staff and patrons were wearing masks. I asked if all staff were vaccinated and the answer was yes. Bryton was kind and compassionate as I had just had surgery and was quit painful

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Nova Care on Bethel Road for many years. It is my go to for physical therapy. I feel very comfortable with Marianne Gradisar and her PT associates. I know they will get me to my best physical place of recovery.

Fantastic experience: Marianne definitely deserves 5 stars. Rarely have I had a physical therapist seem to understand more about my knees than the doctor, but this is definitely the case. After talking with her a bit, I found out that she studied physical therapy at Columbia University, which explains a lot about her ability to understand the complicated biological system that is the knee. On another note, one thing I really appreciated is that she gave me her whole attention for the whole hour. I was actually doing physical therapy at another location, but the physical therapists there were always working with at least one other patient. This really seemed to make the physical therapy experience run less smoothly and efficiently. I suspect there was some idiot bean counter somewhere who thought having a physical therapist work with more than one patient at a time would maximize profits. (Unfortunately, this would really only work if an outfit was willing to engage in insurance fraud and charge the insurance companies for one patient while working with another.) In any case, Marianne was great. :)

Fantastic experience: Over the years I've been to several physical therapy and rehabilitation places and was reluctant to start again in a new place since moving to Ohio. I'm really pleased with NovaCare and am glad my doctor sent me there. I felt an immediate welcome and the therapy itself is very personal and just working at the right speed and intensity I look forward to continuing with the therapists and gaining strength and better stability.

Fantastic experience: Karen has expertise in Pilates which is great for all areas of the body. She’s a great listener and made adjustments for me when the exercise was too easy or causing discomfort. She gives great guidance overall.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff very friendly. I had never done any kind of therapy before so I was very nervous going in, but the staff at Novacare made everything go very smoothly. My recovery was quick and my experience was very enjoyable. Everyone makes you feel at home. It was a blessing to get to work with them throughout my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with respect and professionalism at every visit with a regimen that was prepared to improve my strength and mobility. That was accomplished. I am encouraged about the future prospects of surgery, and will be glad to return to NovaCare for further rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I was totally happy with the service I received from the therapists at NovaCare. This was my second experience having to have physical therapy, having done the first one at a facility in Georgia, & the experiences were WORLDS apart. Everyone at NovaCare knows their stuff. They are encouraging & attentive. They provided an at home regimen I could do for the times I wasn't at the facility & am continuing to do post discharge. It requires no equipment & mirrors the exercises done at their facility. I was pushed to succeed but always felt I was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at NovaCare. The therapists were all very personable and knowledgable. The exercises they had me do during appointments, and the exercises that I was given to do at home all helped tremendously in healing my sprained ankle. I hope I don't do anything again that causes me to need physical therapy, but if I do, I would go back to NovaCare.

They are truly committed to provided an exceptional experience toward meeting my goal in a safe and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this site since 2009 for 2 injuries and pre and post joint surgeries. Marianne Gradisar is experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, creative and makes the healing process easier and faster. Her staff is careful and caring as well as knowledgeable. They are an excellent team. I like the smaller clinic size and individualized treatment. I always feel a part of my treatment. I have referred 6 friends over the years who had very positive experiences and outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I found the staff to be professional but friendly beginning with the receptionist. The PT is knowledgeable and communicated directly with concern for my health and progress. The techs are well skilled and encouraging. The attitude is positive and always helpful. I think I’ve received excellent care and made good progress on my rotator cuff issue.

The facility has quite a variety of tools and equipment to utilize during the rehabilitation process. Fantastic experience: NovaCare at 783 Bethel Road is the ONLY place I go for physical therapy. I have had several surgeries and other times I needed therapy. All of the people at this location really know what they are doing! They are so kind and listen to how you are feeling to know what to do next. I would rate them all a 5. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have made a full recovery each time.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare is a fantastic place to get physical therapy. My doctor suggested I should go there after I was diagnosed with a pinch nerve in my neck. Al the staff there are very professional and friendly. I will recommend all my friends and family if they ever are in need. After 3 times going there so far, I can tell a big difference already. Fantastic experience: Although it is a small location and doesn't have all the latest equipment, this is a great place to get physical therapy because the therapists are knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: I Suffer from numerous back problems since being wounded in Vietnam. The staff at NovaCare reviewed all my mri reports and X-rays. They developed a program to strengthen my core muscles. I started feeling better after the third visit. I’ve worked with Marianne and Courtney. They are designing a routine I can do at home and at my local gym. Very pleased with the care I’m receiving.

Fantastic experience: I walked in a little nervous, but was made right at home. The small class is nice and you get a lot of personal attention. Even though I don’t get the breathing right the first time, my PT is patient. Couldn’t have chosen a better place.
