Fantastic experience: The office was very accommodating and Emily Evans, therapist, was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get hydrotherapy approved as well as some workouts I could use with a permanent spinal injury. Everyone from the scheduling, front desk, and therapist were outstanding and I look forward to following up with them soon.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my PT experiences with NovaCare Rehabilitation Eastside. I have had knee replacement on both knees about 5 years ago. Over the years they have gotten stiff and it is hard to get up and down. The staff at NovaCare that worked with me listened to my concern and are helping me improve the functions of my knees along with the numbness in my feet. Although some of the procedures are difficult I can feel improved functions. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Connie

Lisa is a wonderful physical therapist who has helped me understand what I need to do to get healthier and better. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient when working with me. She never gets frustrated and her patience is obviously unlimited. She is respectful and kind. I am already seeing progress, small but still progress. I strongly recommend Lisa as a therapist. I am confident in her abilities to help me progress in my therapy goals. All around a nice person who makes me feel comfortable. She is definitely 6 stars out of 5! Fantastic experience: The therapist positive, friendly, caring , non judgmental attitudes motivate me to come and do my therapy. I enjoy their company and they not only hear, but truly listen to me . The therapist are careful to push me , but not harm me. That means a lot considering in the past I hated everything about physical therapy and gave up.

Fantastic experience: I am a repeat customer, unfortunately, (my fault) so I know they are consistent in the level of care they provide. Great staff, great listeners, wonderful overall atmosphere. They actively listen and make adjustments, so I get the most out of my therapy. They remind me to actually check-in with my body, educating me about what muscle does what so I can focus my efforts. The place is bright, clean and cheerful, but it’s the people that make it awesome.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly and so sweet. The therapist Christian I work with is great, he is the best.. They also treat you like family.. An they make sure that what they are doing with you is working. All in all they are great.

Fantastic experience: My mother comes here and shared an experience with me so I’m going to share with you. A Front desk receptionist by the name of Bre went above and beyond for my mom and I’m beyond grateful. My mother just lost my father recently and can’t seem to cope or gather herself most days. One this day this week my sister just dropped her off without waiting and with me living in a different state and my father no longer living she had no ride home. I was told she set up my moms Uber account and helped her to get a Uber AND went in the rain to get it after it pulled into a different parking lot, to me that is beyond any pay grade you can offer her at this job. Many people in today’s world do not care to go the extra mile. I’m writing this hoping it gets to someone higher up so that realize they have a pure hearted gem at this location. My mother will never go to a different physical therapist office this will be the ONLY facility I will recommend to anyone. To know that my elderly mother is taken care of while I’m in a different state is indescribable THANK YOU BRE I appreciate it more than you will ever know and if my dad was here he’d be glad to know she had someone watching out for her thank you Nova Care for hiring inspiring people may you business be blessed !

Fantastic experience: I feel Christopher is a very good physical therapist. He was my first therapist and he evaluated my condition. He made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. I believe he really was invested in my progress.

Fantastic experience: Decided to get Physical Therapy for my on-going Sciatica. After my 1st week I felt the difference. The assessment targeted the area giving me the problem. A plan was written and the Therapy began. Everyone is very cordial, professional and trully working toward your best interest. It is clean, mask are worn, distance is used. Tempertures are taken at arrival and hand washing required. Safety 1st. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from pain in my neck, shoulder and arm due to RA that was aggravated by an accident. At NovaCare, taking Physical Therapy with Victoria, my PT, has set me on track to being pain free without medication. I am so thankful to have the tools to help manage my pain.

My therapist (Emily) did a great job of explaining and demonstrating all of the exercises that I needed to help me recover. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy physical therapy with Ariana Jones. She’s very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. She does an excellent job anatomically demonstrating/explaining/teaching to help her patient better understand how the body normally works and how therapy will help with restoration. Ariana is amazingly empathetic and always makes sure that her patient is comfortable before moving forward. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness and interpersonal skills. Finding genuine customer/patient service is hard to find and Ariana is a gem. Thank you for everything!!!!

Fantastic experience: I started with this particular Rehab almost 3 years ago after hip replacement. I have to say that I wasn't much of an exercise person but by the time I completed rehab for my hip I loved it. Emily Finn was my therapist (and still is), and I am sorry but I can't remember the names of the others that worked with me or were just plain nice to me. They are all considerate, kind, understanding and gentle with me and with all the patients, which is a rarity now. Since the hip, I have gone through therapy with Emily for neck surgery, severe leg and back pain. I have gone through being tested for getting dizzy and with Emily's help and another therapist I overcame it. So for Emily again, her skills and knowledge are above and beyond approach. Actually everyone in that facility are above and beyond approach. All make you feel that you are so important to them and that they would work with you and help you with anything that was on your mind. Please don't think that because they do take a little extra time with me that they are taking away from their other patients. It's not the case at all. I don't know how Emily or the rest of the staff do it, but they do and for one I appreciate them all, and they deserve any compensation that would be feasible. Fantastic experience: Kelley Burian PT treated me with respect and listened to my story. Her evaluation and plan of care for me made me feel heard, cared for and gave me hope to recover pain free walking and be active again!!

Fantastic experience: I found my therapist to be very persistent in finding out what would resolve my pain. She also came up with the right home exercises to continue my relief and strengthen the area involveded.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist at this location genuinely care that they are assisting you in improving your health after surgery. They explain why they are doing and what they are doing as you go through the different exercises and respect your wishes. Cannot say it was absolutely pain free but the therapist made it easier because they did not push you to do more than you could. They progressively raised the bar.
