Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with PT and it was exactly what I’d hoped for! Michelle listened to my concerns about the injury AND insurance and came up with a plan that met all my needs. Her exercises were extremely helpful and I left each time feeling like I got a good little workout. After our agreed we upon number of visits were completed, she sent me home with a plan that I knew I could execute at home. Highly recommended OneRehab and Michelle in particular!

Fantastic experience: Are you in need of physical therapy to remedy skeletal or muscular problems? 'One Rehab' with locations in Dallas and Richardson Texas are the places to go. Their modern, well equipped, clean, spacious, and orderly environment surpasses other therapy facilities. Their courteous and friendly administrative staff make the registration process unimposing and tolerable. Here is my story. I suffered from a right knee-related issue. I needed extensive rehabilitation therapy. At 'One Rehab' in Richardson Texas, Dr. Carly Russo and Dr. Seth Gross administered novel physical therapy techniques that soon alleviated my pain. Their expert directions helped me to achieve a prompt return to improved levels of mobility. Now, I again walk without the use of a mobility aid. Thank you, 'One Rehab'. Thank you, Dr. Russo. Thank you, Dr. Gross. Your services were very well appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is wonderful! She helped elevate my hip pain and eventually eliminate it. Michelle is very knowledgeable, in addition to working on my hip, she also pointed out other mobility issues along the way for me to work on to avoid future injuries. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: One Rehab in Dallas has the best physical therapists I have come across in Dallas thus far. I had the pleasure of getting to work with both Alma and Ashley. Both ladies were highly educated, compassionate, and personable in the care they provided to me. I am so happy I was referred to them, my pain has increasingly improved under their care and I am so thankful to them both for that.

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience at the facility when I was there. They did a nice job helping me get fit and get back to playing soccer! Ashley, my P. Therapist, was the best at helping me exercise, very fun! They helped out with any questions about billing w/ insurance too. I appreciate all of the work these guys do. Would recommend this place!

Positive experience: Update to prior review: The therapists are quite good. They are the best part of this practice. Ashley is quite knowledgeable and listens to provide great care. All the therapists care for their patients with empathy and treat the whole patient. Because this is a small practice, the business side, and the processing is a bit slower than most. I had had some issues with the slow processing, however, after speaking to the owner that was resolved. Also discussed some training and ways that things could be improved for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is the best she knows exactly the place on my neck that is causing all the problems that started years ago she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of physical therapy she is deserving of a high rating in her field

Fantastic experience: OneRehab is a great place to go for rehab. I had two sports hernias and needed to get 8-10 weeks of rehab post surgery. This practice was awesome to work with, from scheduling to exercise plans to focus on form. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: My father was treated for chronic hip pain and my sister was treated for neck pain, both were treated by Dr.Carly, and were very pleased with the progress they've made. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! Highly recommend OneRehab to anyone needing therapy!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! After tearing my rotator cuff, they made a great program for a speedy recovery. The staff is friendly and accommodating and I was pleased with the amazing exercises, feedback, and service. Definitely will be back to see Ashley and the rest of the crew if I have any further injuries.

I had surgery on my shoulder and was in pain and didn’t think I would be able to bounce back so fast, but they helped me so much! I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to come here!!
