Fantastic experience: My experience at compass health has been one of overwhelming amazement. The staff from environmental services on onto the nursing staff have are completely amazing. I have been visited by The dietitian, pharmacists, doctor, OT and physical therapist case management and every other service provided here. They have all taken the time out to assess my niece and also give me the chance to ask questions concerning my care. I have had many experiences with hospitalization and this is the first time I feel that I have a hand in assessing my care. This this journey that I am currently on is made possible by the caring, knowledgeable, patient and understanding staff here at encompass health highly recommend. Highly recommend 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: It has been a few months since my uncle was in this establishment, but I have other facilities to compare to now. The food wasn’t that great. Nursing staff was just OK. Carmen the nurse aide was great. Case management could have been better, I felt like the therapists informed me more than they did. Therapy was wonderful. Sloan with therapy went above and beyond calling multiple times throughout my uncles stay. The other PT girl was good too. My uncle was able to accomplish all his goals with their help. I would recommend this establishment strictly for the therapy purpose.

Fantastic experience: My mother was a patient at this rehab facility and I was extremely pleased with the services she received! The food was alright, better than we expected. The nursing staff was polite and helpful with managing my mothers pain. She really enjoyed when Precilda was working because she felt that she took her time with her and really tried to meet her medical needs. I will say that the therapy services provided were absolutely fantastic. Her OT Ms. Sloan really helped her get her regain her strength so she could get herself dressed and bathed. Sloan went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. I felt that she really gave her and I the tools and resources for a safe discharge and my mother really thrived there.

Fantastic experience: I just recently moved to Dallas, Texas and I was referred to the most wonderful rehab center that I cannot say one bad thing about this the most wonderful staff all the nurses everyone so nice so compassionate and the name of the center is encompass rehabilitation hospital in Dallas and it’s 7930 North Haven Rd., Dallas, TX it is one wonderful place anyone needing rehab or any help with any kind of rehabilitation would be more than please or overjoyed to come to this rehab hospital. Fantastic experience: I had verygood experiebce for whole hoapital. Entire staff were nice and friendly, patients were very nice and friendly too in our group. The physical therapiat Meghna helped me to mobile and Have An Awesome caseManger and Doctors. Karli, madison, blaze and justin was also good.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Encompass Health for last couple of weeks!!!!! It has been a very positive experience ! I have increased my strength, my balance and overall health! While the facility is great food, equipment, accommodations all super the real story is the personnel providing rehab!!!!! I was blessed to have Meghna Patel as my physical therapist Meghna had high expectations, didn’t allow me to get lazy and truly and honestly pointed out what I needed to work on All the time Meghna made it fun!!!!! Karli and her assistant Madison were wonderful with occupational therapy as well May Encompass continue in its delivery of a great program John Bonnet

Fantastic experience: The people at encompass are so great. My daughter Alexis has been there for almost a month and has come along way. They are very encouraging people there. I so happy with everyone at this place. I want to thank everyone there. Keep up all the work yall do to better the patients. Iris is such a great case manager. Karen is such a great tech. Positive experience: They are so much better than the last place my boyfriend was at. They are friendlier, seem to care about the well being of the patients more, cleaner and better equipped. I highly recomend

Fantastic experience: I was recently a patient here and it was the best experience I've had ! I want to personally think my techs Karen , Denise and Whitney , Moses ,Aletha for taking the best care and treating me like family and I Also want to thank my respiratory Team Dede, Toni, Celeste ,And Candice they were the absolutely best respiratory team I could ask for and last but not least my Therapy Team I give y'all a Big shout-out because I don't know where I would be without y'all Rehana Gabby Abby Johnathan Samson and Z and Sirika and lastly thank my nurses Richard and Katie , Diana And Cynthia .... Thank you to my caseworker Iris for coming through the hardest she made sure everything I needed got done and always kept me postive! Dallas Encompass is the best !

Fantastic experience: No need to make finding the best rehab in Dallas area any harder. I researched and visited the top 5 for my husband (and I'm very particular) and chose Encompass Health. The openness was wonderful. No halls... just rooms lining the floors. Staff from doctors and nurses was glassed

Fantastic experience: I have to say I am very pleased with the service's there. Staff is wonderful! For it to work you have to work the program the program is not going to work for you. Once you get out the therapy doesn't stop you got to keep going. Sometimes it's hard but trying to keep a positive attitude helps. Kudos to the nurses, pt, ot, staff.

Fantastic experience: My 88 year old went in for two weeks of rehab and loved it. We were very happy with the Dr. Freez and Dr. Katari, along with some therapists, Meghan (who was very pregnant) and her student PT, Ashton, and the OT Lauren and Kiki were outstanding too. The case worker also went above and beyond on helping us with mom. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were and how well they took care of all of her needs. Sheree, the receptionist, is a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly, bubbly, and always greeted us with a bright smile. Our family called her sunshine. We have had stays in Baylor, and many other rehabs, but I would not hesitate to go back here! OUTSTANDING. Hats off to everyone. (The spellings are wrong on many names but the sentiment is the same!)

Fantastic experience: I cannot rave enough about Encompass rehab hospital. I was hesitant to choose them going from medical city Hospital but it was the best choice! The doctors, nursing staff, Supportive staff and therapy departments are proactive, and provide amazing support. The only needing improvement was the kitchen food. Menu sounded great but each day a major disappointment. Therapy (YAY purple team!) guided me to improve my healing in ten days..it could have been two weeks or more. Three hours of rehab daily. Everything was coordinated with my personal doctors so everyone was on the same page. I Highly recommend for anyone needing these services!

Fantastic experience: On October 21 I had a fall breaking my femur causing me to have a femur repair surgery. After my hospital stay they made arrangements for me to go to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas, and I had reservations of going because I did not know what to expect, so I went home to start home care. When I tell you that it was so depressing when went home. I w found myself going backwards instead of forward, so I decided to go to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital Dallas. That was one of the best decision I ever made. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is on the road to recovery or if your love one is on the road to recovery. Their motto is "CPR" Comfort, Professionalism, and Respect. I received it all... I love the staff!!! Everyone was so loving. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. The staff, very friendly, great doctors that care about your well being, the therapists is on their job working with you with your problems.i just loved group therapy was exciting.i have been here for two weeks I have no complaints. The doctors discovered some things wrong with my body that my PCP hadn't detected.If you want your love one to be in a awesome place this is where they need to come for rehabilation and more. The place is always clean, spacious rooms, atmosphere is great, staff always checking on their patient to see if the patient needs are meet.

Fantastic experience: If you have ever been in many rehab places, this one is tops. The atmosphere is great, big and spacious rooms, the open hall I love--encourages you to get out of the room. I have had my husband in and out of hospitals and rehab 6 times in 14 months, so I have seen it all!

Fantastic experience: Well, i cannot believe all the bad reviews....like night and day to what I have seen. My mom just arrived today and i was so impressed with every staff member. Very professional....like staying at the Hyatt Regency!! Very impressed!!!!!
