Fantastic experience: Taylor Marshall is an incredible Physical Therapist. I know my results are unusual, but after only one session, that included some wonderful massage on my healing ankle, I walked out with zero pain.This is especially remarkable since I was experiencing a pain level of 2 or 3 walking in. The administrative assistants are friendly and accommodating. A wonderful overall excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I've found myself in need of outpatient Rehabilitation several times since 2017, for various physical needs. There expert and professional Physical Therapist rapidly through there examination identified my needs and proceeded to perform the best and most conducive treatment. Be it in clinic hands-on or aquatic therapy, which ever needed. The term treated myself and family with the utmost respect and dignity, ensure that we felt comfortable at eased and had a complete understanding of treatment to be given by care provider. Thanks and job well done.

Fantastic experience: I am never disappointed when I experience the skills and knowledge within BSW of Dallas opportunities! I recently had Trigger Finger Release surgery and had to have occupational therapy. BSW was recommended by my H&W Institute. Needless to say, I was impressed by their customer service, cleanliness and knowledge! I tried changing my appointment and not thinking I needed it, but my experience was well worth it once I convinced myself that my thumb and middle finger needs to get moving again in the right way! Eventually pain-free! My therapist was Teresa and I felt comfortable and at ease with her. The time flew by because we literally talked for an hour. I loved the thoroughness and time spent going over getting to know me, why I had surgery and when, and then setting me up for my personalized program at home. It was very simple but I was able to log into the app and watch videos on how I need to continue beyond seeing her once a week! I enjoyed her spirit and professionalism! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Dallas - Landry Center by my orthopedic surgeon for rehabilitation of a separated shoulder (an "AC separation"). I was extremely pleased with the whole process from initial scheduling, insurance handling, appointment setting, convenience, free parking, comfortable environment, etc...and mostly, the professional, attentive, and personal attention of Poli'aha Warwick, my physical therapist. She tailored treatment to my injury, gave me homework to do, checked my progress, and worked with me to achieve as complete a recovery as one can get from that injury. She was great! And, when she saw that I had achieved my goals, she wished me well...no unnecessary continued treatment just to be treating. I could not be more pleased with the whole process.

Positive experience: I have had a positive experience at Baylor Scott and White Rehab. My therapist was Reid Frazier. I felt he cared about my progress and my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been referred and requested Landry's out patient rehabilitation services several times after insures. Each therapy series there was instrumental and quickend my recovery. Therapists carefully tracked my progress and offered ways to continue a wellness routine when a session ended.

Fantastic experience: Reid Frazier is an exceptional PT. He is particularly sensitive and responsive to my particular concerns. He is both gentle and challenging. Our work together has made me very optimistic about a full recovery.

From the first day..going forward my knees feel oh so much better...what A Joy as I wait for my next treatment.... Fantastic experience: Lindsey Smith is a gifted therapist, it has been a therapeutic journey of exercises that Lindsey has planned for my knees. My knees were very stiff and painfully sore and now through daily knee exercises I can walk my little Shih Tzu and climb stairs with little or no knee pain. The exercise plan is age appropriate. I am 76 and find the exercises challenging and rewarding. The best thing? is the MySelectApp where I can review my exercise plan and see the exercises modeled at home. Fantastic experience: I have only been to physical therapy twice with Arique! It is with great pleasure that whenever I complete my physical therapy sessions, my knees feel super operable. I feel flexible and the pain intensity minimizes. He's very knowledgeable, calming, professional, and emphatic. I also conduct the exercises that he gives me for "homework"! He is definitely astute at his craft and I thank God for him I look forward to each session and conclusion of each session because I know I will feel better and that my pain in both of my knees subsides. I almost feel like I can run or jog after each session, and I have not had that feeling because of my knee pain in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Easy access/free parking. Staff is overboard helpful with check-in/extremely polite. My PT is Albert Marban and what a polite/helpful/energetic/positive gentleman. I've only been 3 times, but I can assure you I will be seeing more improvement in my recovery as time progresses. Thank you for truly caring!

Fantastic experience: Albert Marban, PT and BSW OP - Landry (4th Floor) Albert is a very knowledgeable, patient and kind physical therapist. He worked wonders in restoring the functioning of my wife's shoulder after her rotator cuff surgery. He is currently working to resolve stiffness and knee pain in her left knee. Albert is an outstanding physical therapist and the staff at BSW OP - Landry (4th floor) are great to work with.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist Reid Frazier is the best….. he continuously ask if I’m ok whn doing strenuous exercises….. he allows me to push myself to my limit and will correct me whn I’m not doing an exercise properly and is doing great at assisting me in obtaining full use of my dominant arm after an arthroscopic repair…. And the front desk staff are very helpful and polite as well

Fantastic experience: 4th Floor has been easy to work with and staff are friendly. Bobby has been a great resource during my treatment. He has been patient, yet pushed me towards my recovery goals. Even when he’s had another patient on the same hour, he still provides quality care and attention. I would recommend Bobby to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Rehabbed here after a hip replacement, and it went really well. Bobby Dhimmar was my physical therapist and really knows hips - he pushed me hard enough to get my strength, balance and flexibility back quickly, and he answered my many questions about different states of rehab and how hard to push myself. I strongly recommend him and BSW for anyone who wants to get back to pre-arthritis condition quickly and safely.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Julia my wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist. I was referred to her by my OB and am so glad I found her! Julia worked with me for about 4 months and since the very first appointment she calmed my fears and helped me have confidence that I could make progress through physical therapy. She truly gave me hope! She is so knowledgeable and helped me learn so much about my body. She was professional and helpful and provided me with resources and book recommendations as well. I am moving soon so she was even kind enough to recommend a great pelvic floor physical therapist in my new city, should I ever need additional support. I appreciate her time, honesty, her ability to provide clear explanations when I had questions and her kindness. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you, Julia!

Fantastic experience: I have had Physical Therapy in many places - this is distinctly one of the best. I came in with horrible leg pain and spasms (I have spasticity from a spinal cord issue) within 3 visits all that was gone. Now after 2 months I am walking like I did before the spinal cord issue 20+ years ago.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with fibromyalgia and neuropathy for a very long time. Unfortunately; I had a serious fall in June of 2020. The damage to my back greatly aggravated the normal pain that I was having. I was recommended for surgery; however; the surgeon said that was the last thing that he would do. He refused because of the additional damage that surgery would cause. I have been trying to get into physical therapy; and I finally got it. Brandon has been the perfect therapist working with me while focusing on my strengths and my weaknesses. Once we’re done; I believe I’ll be able to function so much closer to normal. Thanks Brandon.

I have only had a few therapy sessions but am already finding the therapy is slowly working. Albert is working with me and is so patient and does not push me past what I should be able to accomplish early in my treatment plan. I highly recommend this facility

Fantastic experience: I'm new to this outpatient therapy as I only have been injured with my Spinal cord injury for a short time. Was recommended outpatient at location going through the process from impatient,real life rehab and now outpatient. 1st day was great for me. The therapist have a great attitude and you can tell that they care about your feelings.

He paid deep attention to my injury, history, goals, and abilities as he built and progressed my plan. He pushed within reason and kept every session fun and positive. Fantastic experience: I had rotator cuff repair and have been doing my physical therapy at Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center. The entire process of filling out the insurance forms to accessing the steps for a complete recovery was made so simple by all of the knowledgeable staff. The progress I have made has been remarkable! The facility is clean and well staffed with professional therapists that plan your care so you will make the fastest recovery with the least pain and most benefit to you as their patient. I highly recommend Tom Landry Fitness Center for all of your physical therapy. I also joined the fitness center so I can excercise on a regular basis. It is very affordable and has luxurious amenities.

Fantastic experience: The people here are so nice and respectful. Always willing to help. They want to make sure that you get the best care they have to offer. They even take the time to talk with you not at you. I appreciate Booby and Louise very much so and very happy I came here for therapy. The Valet driver is great too!

Fantastic experience: After undergoing four specialized surgeries on my hip before the age of 22, being optimistic about recovery has been a challenge in itself. Finding a physical therapist who understands the post operative recovery of this surgery is very rare. After not having successful rehab following the fourth surgery, my most recent surgeon (who is located in Denver CO) recommended I go see Bobby at Baylor Rehab. After only going for 3 weeks I have seen more improvement in my hip than I have seen in the last 3 months. I’d recommend Bobby and Baylor Rehab at the Tom Landry Center to any of my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: People are so nice here. Starting with the lady at the front desk and the person who sits down w you to go over your paperwork. There’s just a very unusual happy vibe at the place, like the people who work there as well as the people who visit there. (Plus the coffee’s not bad and the magazines are good.) The big rehab room is sunny and it’s bustling with people working out/doing rehab exercises and sort of almost socializing. People a lot older than me looked pretty darn fit and happy. My physical therapist was incredibly nice and gave me her full attention and at no point did I feel rushed. It felt very old school/country doctor-esque. Like the patient is important in this process. Removes much of the dread I anticipated.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate Baylor Scott & White Rehab for having a wonderful caring group of Therapists. The staff that was here twice a week during my therapy worked very well together as a Team. They are a wonderful, helpful caring Physical Therapy Family. :) Joshua, my Therapist, Was very respectful, professional, patient, a great listener, and very kind as well as my Therapist for an evening, Ronnie. I even saw my previous Therapist from years ago, Romola, she is awesome and caring as well. This let’s you know they are doing something right. The caring group of Therapists and supporting caring staff in the front office and therapy room, greet you with a smile, they are very efficient, respectful, professional, kind and have warm caring hearts. ❤️

Fantastic experience: My Speech Therapist is Kristina Kelley. Words cannot express my gratitude for her bedside manner. She always listens to me and knows how and when to redirect my thought process when I become frustrated in our sessions. I have been treating with her for a year and she has always made me feel that I am important. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: My Physical Therapist, Louise, is absolutely fantastic. She listened to my concerns and walked through a very specific treatment plan. She made me feel very at ease after having baby and gave me many tools to help me feel like my old self. I would recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The speech pathology department was wonderful. I had difficulty swallowing normally after surgery on my cervical spine. When I first met my speech pathologist, Rachel Parry, she listened to my concerns and performed a thorough assessment. She recommended two specialized evaluations which identified my specific problems. Once the specific difficultities were identified, she recommended a five day program (one hour a day sessions) of intensive therapy. We worked hard and were able to accomplish success in only 3 sessions. I was so pleased and Rachel Parry, my speech pathologist, was just as excited as I was. I celebrated by eating steak, which I had been afraid to eat for months! All I can say is thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have been a paraplegic since 2005, had initial rehab at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation and periodically, additional rehab as an outpatient. I especially enjoy services at BSWRehab Outpatient at The Landry Center. The therapists are very thoughtful, patient, gentle, considerate, ask for patient input about what works and what doesn't and offer great encouragement throughout the rehab process. I strongly recommend their services...you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Baylor Scott & White Rehab for two different health-related issues. Both occasions (one is which I am currently being treated for), I was extremely pleased with the services provided. The therapists have been wonderful - providing therapy to help address my nerve and muscle conditions, as well as providing exercises for home and longer-term follow-up. This time, I even tried trigger point dry needling which sounds a little scary, but I have been so much better since I started the treatment. I can certainly appreciate alternative forms of treatment (vs. medication). Excellent place, physical therapy staff and front desk staff. The downside was getting to speak to the initial intake coordinator. That process was not good and it was difficult getting to speak with her live, but thankfully that was not indicative of how the rest of my experience would be. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I went Baylor Scott and White Outpatient Physical Therapy after having had a knee replacement. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and size of he facility. My physical therapist was Christel Ray, who is also the unit manager. I was impressed by Christel's positive attitude and her knowledge of how to move me forward in my recovery. Christel was patient but firm as she guided my through the exercises. I also worked with Chris Noland and Christian, the graduate student. They were also both excellent to work with. I will be having my other knee replaced next year and I will definitely be coming back to the outpatient physical therapy at Baylor Scott and White.

Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn has been wonderful, she listened to me and she is so well trained. She puts all my "situations" together I like that. So far it has been a great experience. PT is so much more important than I realized when I was younger. Bobby also was very thoughtful and knowledgable when he took Kaitlyn's place one day this week. Thank you, BS&W Rehab.
