Fantastic experience: I started my rehab at Baylor Scott & White outpatient Rehab at Preston and Midway in Dallas after a lengthy illness. My PT is amazing and the entire staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend Jason Wishin he is an excellent PT and definitely knows how to get you back to your healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I don’t live in Dallas full time but I am a part time resident. The physical therapist gave me wonderful instructions on exercises to help me with the upcoming surgery and to buy a cane. That was a such an advantage for me. The cane opens “doors” and I forever grateful. I am back in West Texas until a later date. I appreciated all the help

Fantastic experience: Baylor Medical Uptown is the best place I’ve been for surgery. They were efficient and very informative before, during and after surgery. Every staff member I encountered were so nice and helpful. My favorite nurse was Eddie. He had such a wonderful bedside manner. He not only made me laugh the entire time but he was also so informative on what to do for my recovery. He took such good care of me and made sure I was always comfortable. Can’t wait for my next surgery - this is the place I’ll go to for all my surgeries in the future. You all have done a great job in hiring and training people. Keep up the good work. Fantastic experience: I am having the best experience at this location. Everyone is so very nice, from the moment you walk in and until the moment you leave. From calling to schedule/change appointments and observing all the employees (from front entrance desk to the therapists), everyone is kind. The entire team makes PT enjoyable. While sitting in the waiting room, it is always encouraging to hear the patients talk to one another and discuss how well their PT is going. I am especially grateful for my therapist, Edgard Cheng. I arrived at this location with two back issues and terrible pain. He assured me that I would improve and I have definitely made progress. Anytime I don’t understand what is causing my symptoms, Edgard always takes time to explain what is happening. He is very encouraging. Edgard is always patient with me (answers my many questions) and on his computer, he will draw what is going on with my back, or show visual examples that make my condition and pain seem less scary. I am grateful for this experience I am having with Edgard and his level of expertise, as well as his kindness as a human being. I highly recommend this location for all your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Love BSW Rehab Dallas Preston Hollow location. Facility is great, staffs are friendly, and plenty of parking spaces. As for PT services, it has only been two weeks so far after my rotator cuff surgery but the progress is absolutely astonishing. Lauren, my PT, has done an amazing job in two weeks getting back some of my range of motion. Still have long road ahead, but I have full confidence that I will get there with Lauren’s expert knowledge and guidance.

Also, I was always informed what was happening. So many pleasant and friendly staff members it’s hard to name them all individually. Awesome people!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here at this location are very friendly and really know what they’re doing. I have been to rehab centers in the past where they just seem to go with the flow, and don’t give you exercises to rehabilitate what you injured. Michael and the rest of the staff seem to truly care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Michael Losito and his team of physical therapists. For my rehabilitation after my multiple leg fractures, Mike outlined my course of therapy to get me back on my feet. He was very clear in his communications - from exercises in clinic and at home, to progress checks, to altering course based upon my recovery. All of the PTs are compassionate, passionate about rehabilitating the patient, and fun to be around. I highly recommend this office/location for PT.

Fantastic experience: Outpatient physical therapy from Jacob at Baylor Scott and White is the treatment that has been the most effective in learning to use my leg/hip properly again.. I was encouraged very step of the way and am proving at my own pace.

Fantastic experience: Jacob Landers is my physical therapist and he is great! He is very professional and personable. He always asks me how I’m feeling before we start, how I felt after my last therapy session and then again when I’m finished. He pushes me and encourages me at the same time. Jacob is spot on in his training, he listens to your concerns and puts together a detailed therapy session. No two sessions have ever been the same for me. My hips have become stronger through his intense sessions. I enjoy my time at therapy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, everyone is very kind and professional there and you can tell they enjoy doing what they do best...helping others get back to their norm. Fantastic experience: I came to Baylor's Preston Hollow location on the recommendation of my home-care physical therapist, especially for John Losito's orthopaedic experience. My experience here is just as good as I experienced at the Baylor's Tom Landry Center PT Rehab. & it's 5 blocks from my home--on the way to work! I have been completely satisfied by John's knowledge, ability to push me to my strength limit each day, & perception of the next required muscle group to address. The equipment & the facilities meet every need for my post-surgery recovery.

Fantastic experience: Previously Mike solved my rotator cuff problem with lasting success. Now 3 years later I am working with Mathieu Meyers to solve another issue. He has created a personalized plan and we have made great progress. They listen, they evaluate, they make a personalized plan for positive results.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here in May for my hip which required surgery and a substantial amount of rehab. Stanley Nwosu was my physical therapist and I have nothing but positive things to say about him! From day one he made me feel very comfortable about my plan of care and addressed all of my questions and concerns, which were sometimes very lengthy. He made therapy challenging, but fun at the same time. He is bright, genuine, and a great motivator. I had a lot of emotional days where I wasn't the most positive, but he always helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. I went from struggling to be able to lift my leg off the table to doing dead lifts and squats. Not only is my hip at a place where I can work as a nurse again, but my whole body is significantly stronger too. Thank you Stanley and everyone at Baylor Rehab. You guys are Rock stars!

Fantastic experience: I had never undergone either major surgery or rehabilitation. Thus, I was somewhat hesitant when I first went to Baylor Rehab at Preston Hollow. Right away, Stanley Nwosu put me at ease. He answered all my tedious questions, helped me make realistic goals, and inspired me to keep plugging away at the clinic and on my own. Every session with Stanley was instructive, encouraging, and fun; I looked forward to my sessions. All the employees at Baylor Rehab at Preston Hollow were engaging and helpful, but Stanley won me over with his warmth and compatibility.
