So far my therapist, Brandon has diagnosed exactly what I need and has me on a regimen that is helping tremendously. Not only Brandon but everyone there is kind and considerate and supportive. Fantastic experience: Nicole is amazing! Very knowledgeable and hilarious! It makes the time go by fast and PT a lot more fun. I had a lot of anxiety going in but the entire staff is pleasant and answered every question I had on day one! It is also impressive that they know each patient on a first name basis! Hopefully I don’t ever have to go through the injury again but I would most definitely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: These folks are absolutely phenomenal. I've been going on and off since mid-2019 (recovery from two separate shoulder surgeries). Not only is their care terrific, but their people are great. And they're really go above and beyond when it comes to handling billing and insurance issues. I had a surprise nearly four-figure bill, which I thoughts was going to be a massive headache. The team at BSW Dallas Carroll got it straightened out for me in no time. Couldn't be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: I've had physical therapy many times at various locations due to different surgeries over the years. Southlake Methodist, Tom Lsndry, and a few others. None have been as attentive, professional, and personal as this BSW Rehab location on Carroll. Great feedback, great listening, and good results. (I'm still recovering.) I honestly would not return to other places I've been in DFW area, but I would here. Also, clean, quiet, & easy parking. I'm pretty hard to please, but I can't find anything to complain about. I never thought I'd write a good review of PT before this.

Fantastic experience: The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. The office/tehab center was clean. Alex was my PT. His caring attitude made me feel safe with my balance problems. I know he is truly an expert as a PT. If/when I need a PT, I will ask for him. I will highly recommend him and that center.

Fantastic experience: Recovered from a spine infection, but still need to use a cane. The staff at Baylor Scott & White Institute of Rehabilitation is working to strengthen my back. Fantastic experience: This was my first time with Physical Therapy and I couldn't be happier. Going in, I was skeptical if my therapist would be invested in me and will I see myself wanting to come back here every week at 7am, because that requires a lot of motivation! But I wasn't worried even one bit once I met Jason. He is a great therapist and really cares about his patients. Also, everyone there works like a team and absolutely love the environment. Also, Alex is amazing and so is Kelsey at the front desk. They are really warm & caring and I couldn't be happier! :)

Fantastic experience: Jason is very professional, respectful and courteous. He has been very supportive and very patient listening all my concerns during my entire rehab process of my neck and shoulders. He treated my injury focusing first on pain relief and then with excercises to ensure a speedy recovery and also prevention of future reoccurrence. I am really pleased and grateful with the treatment I received. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

They are understanding with appointment reschedules, good with reminders, and prompt with insurance organization. The therapists are professional, expert, and challenging and always concerned about your health and progress.

Fantastic experience: Only have good things to say about my experience at BSW Rehab on N. Carroll Ave. Working with Jason was productive and enjoyable. We worked on multiple exercises, stretches and massages. Throughout this Jason was helpful and informative. The team worked around my schedule (the 7am appointment is great!) and the set up (equipment, machinery etc) was extensive. Overall I left after 2 months able to run at full capacity and I'm grateful to the team there for this. Could not recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Baylor Scott & White Rehab at 1500 N Carroll Ave is by far one of the best facilities for getting you back to normal after having an injury or surgery. I've had the pleasure of working with George, one of the physical therapist who has help me strengthen my new hip so I can get back to doing things that I haven't been able to do because of a bad hip. I highly recommend anyone who needs physical rehab to consider going here and choose any of the fine physical therapist practicing there to help them get back to life as they're use too.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best facilities for rehabilitation. I had a total knee replacement in October 2018. I came to Baylor rehab-Carroll & worked with Jacob. He was firm but nice. I tried to give him a hard time but he didn't let me win. He was determined for me to succeed. Now I have to have shoulder surgery. I will return in order to ensure my success. Thanks Jacob & Baylor Rehabilitation!
