Fantastic experience: In the past eight months I've had PT at BSW for a pinched nerve in the neck, and also for total knee replacement surgery. Eric Florance has been my therapist both times and he is fantastic. Best PT ever! My primary care physician recommended him and BSW and I'm sure glad she did.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jace Brown, PT for several weeks. He is a true professional. He listens and then adjusts my therapy as needed. Time management expert. He is caring and a delight to work with.

Fantastic experience: Taryn tried different kinds of exercises to get leg muscles to connect to my brain. I have seen her a month now & I have seen others for years that could not find the problem. I am almost finished with her exercise program.

His friendly and confident manner keep the therapy sessions interesting and challenging. I am lucky to have Patrick in charge of my case and feel confident the results will be optimum.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to do rehab/ physical therapy! My PT explained to me the photographs from the surgery in detail and now I understand better what's been done. They don't go by "one fits all" plan for rehab/ physical therapy but rather truly listen to you and see what's best for the you. The knowledge they share and the tender care to get the most out of the session is absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: Don't go anywhere else for PT. Chris & Josey are a perfect team. They challenge you but don't push you so far that you want to run away. I wouldn't advise you to hurt yourself to meet Chris & Josey, but I considered it for a while.

Fantastic experience: I’m impressed with Michael Lucido’s knowledge and focus. He considers multiple modalities and works with only one patient during an appointment slot. He listens well and seems to incorporate my input into his assessments and my treatment. He also seems happy to answer my questions.

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean and sanitary, with workers constantly wiping down surfaces. Aubrien, my PT, is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She tailors my workout to my abilities, encourages me, and compliments me when I progress further than we expect. I am really glad I have her as my therapist, and Baylor is very fortunate to have employees of her caliber and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at this BIR outpatient clinic after knee replacements, shoulder repairs and neck injury. Obviously, I think this clinic is great! The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. There is zero time spent at check in after your initial paperwork so you can get back to your physical therapist. I can’t say enough about Jace Brown, PT. He is very skilled and professional, and encourages you to do your best. The other clinicians seem to learn from each other best practices and how they might improve something. They truly strive to provide the best and most progressive treatments. My physical therapy treatments are alway1-1, I’ve never been put on a machine and left there while the therapist treats another patient. I highly recommend this clinic no matter what age you are!

Fantastic experience: The staff and therapists at Baylor Scott & White Rehab are professional and caring and the treatment areas are clean. Because of my first experience, I chose to return BS&W Rehab & therapist,Taryn. She always has a solid plan, listens carefully, and quickly makes any needed adjustments to treatment. I leave my sessions with a smile because everyone seems to be enjoying their sessions. For a facility that deals with injury and pain, that says a lot.

Fantastic experience: Following my knee replacement, Aubrien Chaney, PT, has expertly and effectively guided my recovery through her knowledge about joint replacements and her ability to keep me motivated. I don't dread my appointments - I actually look forward to them, because I'm making good progress, and the exercises are reducing the discomfort in my knee. Aubrey is a pleasure to work with, and I'm thankful for her help in reaching my goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this Rehab twice now. The first time was for low back pain with Patrick, and he was awesome. He knows what he's doing, does a great job educating you, and he cares about patients. This time, I am seeing Chris to rehab from a torn achilles tendon, and he's awesome, too. He's funny, energetic, and you can tell he cares about his patients. He jokes to keep the mood light and make it a better session. I leave in a better mood, and it feels like I'm making quicker progress than I expected.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Michael Lucido for rehabilitation after all 3 of my back surgeries over the course of 15 years and have had terrific success recovering. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to assess a specific problem and design an individualized plan of care. He does not just use "cookie cutter" protocols based on the over-arching diagnosis. He is professional and empathetic in dealing with his patients. He has contributed to his profession by providing training to new physical therapists and ongoing education for experienced therapists. Michael's expertise has been acknowledged by the North Texas orthopedic surgeons who refer their patients to him.

Fantastic experience: I had rotator cuff surgery in October, 2019. I went to physical therapy the first four months at a different facility. I wasn’t happy with my progress and started asking around for referrals. Jace Brown came highly recommended from two different people and I decided to give him a try. I am so very happy I did! Jace has a different approach from where I first went and I’m so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Jace if you need physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with my therapist clear explanation of my exercises. Patrick Cook also discovered immediately where my pain stemmed from. After my session I can see a significant improvement. I highly recommend Patrick Cook and this location for physical therapy.

Chris and the therapists are world renown in my humble opinion. I wasn’t sure what to expect with my first visit since I’ve never seen a physical therapist in my life. Fantastic experience: The Baylor Scott 7 White Rehab center at Central Expy and Forest Lane is an outstanding facility. The therapists are highly trained and also compassionate. The center staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The center is clean with up to date equipment. I've used several therapists here over the years, and it is the only center I would recommend.

He is extremely skilled, after some 36 years in Physical Rehab, for patients with neck problems. This is the second time I’ve needed P T for severe arthritis in my neck. Fantastic experience: A physical therapist at another clinic referred me to Michael Lucido, saying he was better than her. Michael indeed got me running again - but not in the typical way. At the end of my initial evaluation, he recognized that my problem could not be solved simply by PT. He referred me to a specialist who discovered a structural problem. I'm running again now, thanks to Michael's selflessness and the perfect recommendation.

He helped a great deal with injuries in the past, but … no offense, Michael … my workouts with Patrick were every bit as productive measured in terms of both physiological outcomes and the intangibles: encouragement, instruction, bedside manner , humor, and all of that.

Fantastic experience: Christopher Rogers, Physical Therapist, provided me therapy for 8 weeks after my back surgery. He is very caring and provided thoracic, lumbar and balance exercises. Fantastic experience: Visited BSW Rehab for recent physical therapy that i needed post surgery. I actually transitioned to BSW after having a poor experience elsewhere. I enjoyed the team here. I have worked with Patrick and Taryn. They are hands on. Focused on your progress. And listen to feedback on what is most effective and working for you. They will take feedback, provide guidance and structure something that works best for your improvement plan. I've been to others where the PT might poke and evaluate for a minute and then quickly pass you off to a tech.

Fantastic experience: I started Physical Therapy last week with Michael Lucido and am very pleased with my time. Everyone there has been very nice and easy to work with. In particular my time with Michael has been helpful. Six weeks after major back surgery and I had heard thru another PT friend that Michael was the best spine PT in Dallas. I was thrilled to have him evaluate me and begin working with me. I really like that he listens to me to and hears what I am saying. Fantastic experience: Baylor Rehabilitation on Forest has been my choice for rehabilitation therapy since 2013 after several surgeries due to Osteoarthritis. The therapy works, as I am a warrior about doing my home therapy exercises and following instructions. Thank you the staff for your kind reception and genuine interest in my health.
