Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry was able to see me on the Saturday before Christmas, when I could find no other orthopedic doctor in DFW to see me before January to evaluate my broken right humerus. He was very knowledgeable, created a succinct action plan, gave me sage advice to heal quickly and correctly. He was also very compassionate, unlike the ER doctor I had seen (which had refused to provide opioid pain medicine for my immense pain and had incorrectly provided me a regimen of NSAID anti-inflammatory medicine which could cause great harm to my condition). I would STRONGLY recommend Dr. Berry and his staff for any orthopedic or sports injury needs. I truly believe he is the best in DFW.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience with Dr.Berry. His bed-side manners were GREAT!! He sat down with me one-on-one and explained ALL my options unlike most Doctors. He provided some temporary relief until I made a decision as to what route I decide to take. Highly recommend!! I forgot to mention - it is all in one shop lol. Everything is provided fro. Physical Therapy to knee braces and excellent Patient/Doctor care.

Fantastic experience: This company is small, casual, and yet professional. I felt well cared for, and courteously treated. The doctor was willing to spend a little extra time when I had a couple of unexpected questions, and was very personable.

Fantastic experience: The entire team is welcoming! Dr. O’Brien also takes his time with the patients and confirms information is understood upon leaving. The only thing I would like them to add is imaging in each patient’s room. Or at least have personnel display images in front of patients.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend this place. I’m a stubborn runner and not the most compliant patient. I appreciate how Dr. O’Brien saw me as an individual and customized my treatment plan to my specific needs, taking into consideration my sense of urgency to get back to my normal routine. And they have Saturday hours!!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment of the call to the practice to make an appointment, to checking in, being taken to an exam room, getting xrays, and meeting with Dr. Berry... every single step and interaction with Staff and Dr. Berry himself was courteous, professional, exceptionally efficient, yet felt completely unrushed and precise. And the conversation with Dr. Berry made it immediately clear he was tremendously capable. His demeanor was calming and insightful while displaying a clearly obvious desire to insure I was informed and aware of every step ahead. Don't keep looking... you've found what you are looking for with this medical practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry is the best surgeon you can find. I have only had two surgeries my entire life. I trusted Dr. Berry to scope my left hip to clean it up with great success. 5 years later I enlisted Dr. Berry to review my right hip which he had to replace. This was done two days ago and now at home, I just thank God for him to have come into my life. If you ever have hesitated with a surgeon, do not with Dr. Berry as he is the best!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate that Dr Barry takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them. I've gone to other orthopedic doctors but this is the best orthopedic doctor I have ever gone to. Dr Berry's staff also takes their time and listened to all of my concerns and they really do care about their patients. I love that Dr Barry's office has Saturday hours. I don't know if any doctor that has Saturday hours. There's also physical therapy right next door for convenience. Chris is my physical therapist and he has been wonderful he is very patient with helping me with my rehabilitation. I Definitely recommend Dr Berry and his entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Starting from the front desk everyone is friendly and does everything possible to help you. I had 2 total knee replacements and Dr. Barry was fantastic. From all the pre surgery meetings I felt secure with his capabilities and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The physical therapists at preston office are the best. They dont give up on you and are sympathetic to the challenges you face right after surgery. They are really encouraging and I'm so happy I did it with a team like that. Many thanks to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my knee on a Friday night, and knew this facility was open Saturday because my husband is also a patient here. When I looked up the number on the website, I saw they accepted walk ins, so I went around noon. They fit me right into the busy schedule and saw me the second i finished check-in. Dr. Berry is very sweet, kind, and caring. I did not feel like he was in a rush and took the time to talk and listen. The rest of the staff was super sweet and gentle as well. I love this place!

Fantastic experience: I was treated like a human being. Dr.Berry and his staff were prompt and knowledgeable. I saw them on a Friday and was scheduled for my surgery the next Thursday. I do have to show so much love and respect to my physical therapist who I was referred to by Dr.Berry; Tiffany Sene! What an angel ! It was made very clear after my first therapy session why they work together. Having her really rounded out my whole experience. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have only been there once so far however the PA-C Ryan Hawkins is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and respectable. He got me in and out of the office very smoothly and referred me to get the testing that I need with no hiccups. They were very quick in obtaining the precertification required by my insurance company for the MRI that I needed. I have not had my follow up appointment with Dr. Berry yet but my experience has been great so far. This is also one of the only ortho practices that are open on Saturdays which works perfect for me since I live in Mansfield and it is about an hour drive for me to get there. Update: If I can avoid it, I will not obtain services from another orthopedic doctor. Dr. Berry is fantastic. He looks at things as a whole and doesn't have "tunnel vision" for just the problem presented. He tries to dig up the root cause and be proactive. Highly recommend utilizing his services.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very helpful and friendly when I arrived. I did not stay longer before I was called for an X-ray. I hope I used Dr Robert Berry when I was in pain in the first place, he’s the best. Thank you for your good work and service. Stay safe.

Fantastic experience: It's a very professional atmosphere, when I arrived I was running late and they had no problem with me keeping my appointment. The doctor and assistant show they are very knowledgeable in their field of study. This was my third visit, but this was for a new medial issue with a new doctor. Over all I was very satisfied with my appointment with the physician and will be coming back for physical therapy.

He is not a "cutter", he believes in conservative interventions when he thinks they are a good alternative to surgery. He is such a superb doctor and an outstanding, compassionate human being. What else could you ask for a doctor. I am a RN a VERY particular about the doctors I see. So, for me to give him 5 stars and a glowing review, is a step I rarely take. Do you want someone to treat you as a whole person? Dr. Robert Berry is the doctor for you. I can't say enough good things about the man, both professional and as a kind, caring human being. He treats all his patients with respect and dignity.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry and everyone at S.P.O.R.T are great! Dr. Berry performed a total knee replacement on my husband Scott 5 days and he is doing great! I am so impressed with the care and professionalism everyone has shown and so encouraged that after seeing Scott suffer for so many years from severe knee pain. I am grateful for the physical therapy I have received at S.P.O.R.T for my knee and the fast improvement I've already in my range of motion and pain level. I highly recommend Dr. Berry to anyone who needs orthopedic help whether it be full blown knee replacement or any other type of PT!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Berry for several issues over the last year! I was referred to them by good friend, and as testimony, I have passed that on to several of my friends! From the initial call for an appt. to Dr. Berry himself, I have been greeted with professional and pleasant attention always! Not by just one person, but all the staff and the Physical Therapists as well! It's not often that I can say I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of a doctor visit, but this practice is exceptional! Dr. Berry and his staff are truly the best at what they do!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry performed surgery on my shoulder in June 2019 to resolve a number of issues including a Type 2 SLAP tear, arthritis, a nasty bone spur and a few other things. I was hesitant about surgery but he was wonderful explaining everything and reassuring me why it was needed. He was thoughtful, realistic, conservative and thorough. His staff is polite, professional and caring. When my insurance co. argued that the surgery wasn't needed (which was absurd), Dr. Berry and his staff took all the required steps to get them to reverse their decision quickly. I didn't have to deal with any of it. As for my surgery results, I was happily surprised at how smoothly it all went. I followed their instructions strictly and used the CPM machine at home post surgery until my PT said to stop. (The CPM was very helpful to reduce scar tissue.) PT has been very productive, too, and I am progressing within the projected timeline. My physical therapist, Dr. Herring, (adjoining office to Dr. Berry), has been awesome. She is supportive, caring, professional, and even through the necessary pain she can make me laugh. I am happy to recommend Dr. Berry, his office staff, Dr. Herring and her office staff. This experience has been much better than I expected.

Fantastic experience: On 09/20/2019 I had a great experience meeting Dr. Berry. The office is clean, and quaint. He was very thorough, and explained all the details of my injury and I am grateful for having had the consultation with him. Side Note: The older woman on check in was a little rude, I came in and I greeted her before she greeted me, she seemed annoyed when I told her that I wouldn't be using insurance. In an almost "matter of fact" way she told me how much the visit was going to be, although I already knew and was prepared to pay the price. When I handed her my card at check in to pay she seemed annoyed again. Then told me I had to fill out paperwork, I said to her (in these words) "Oh! I did fill some documents out online did that come through" her response was "Yeah no we need way more than that so you'll want to sit down". She never called me by my name, or even "Ms. Bennett" instead, when she wanted my attention she just yelled "Bennett" across the office. My initial interaction just made me feel truly unappreciated. I was scared the dr would be the same way! The Younger woman however was the exact opposite, very polite and welcoming. Maybe the other one was having a bad day, regardless I felt she was rude to me but the doc was so good it didn't impact how I feel about going again.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to Dr Berry for a sports knee injury. I like the way he and his staff interacted with her. They know the right questions to ask to get to the root of the problem. We never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr Berry at either of his locations. C. Hart

Fantastic experience: Went in as a walk-in patient as I had severe wrist pain. There was a bit of a wait but I was seen by Dr. Berry, diagnosed and given the proper treatment. They also have physical therapy on site if needed which is very convenient. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. Berry and his office .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry is always spot on and very informative with diagnoses and treatment. He always takes great care of me. I feel like it’s tough to find an excellent, well rounded orthopedic surgeon, and he’s definitely that. He has treated me for my hips and spine and he’s just fantastic. Also, his practice is very flexible on appointment times which is ideal.

Fantastic experience: Sport Orthopedics has provided quick medical attention for joint injuries comparable to the Doc-in-the-Box medical facilities that have been offered for years to save time and money. Dr. Berry and his staff are fantastic! They can assess most common injuries on site and often provide immediate treatment. I'm 64 and developed some severe bursitis in my hip during a business trip. I returned late on Friday and saw that this office was opened on Saturday. I called the next morning and got an appointment that day! I limped in with severe pain in my right leg and hip, and walked out pain free after Xrays and an injection to calm the bursitis! Amazing! Dr. Berry has great communication skills and made me feel comfortable with his evaluation...but the shot DID hurt a bit!! LOL! Rarely can you get in to see these types of specialists within a month, let alone SAME DAY! Got joint pains or injuries? This is your first stop!

Fantastic experience: I was so surprised to be able to Dr Berry on a Saturday and a holiday weekend to boot. My experience in the office was a learning session for both the Dr to learn about my injury and for me to learn about options for getting me back to healthy. The staff is kind and caring. I have been to both the Preston office and the Frisco office and find a high level of professionalism at both. I have seen both Dr Berry and Gina Falke Berry NP. Both have caring, direct and clear communication styles. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and caring. Listened to all our questions, didn't feel rushed at all like some doctors I've had in the past. All the staff we encountered had a smile on their face and were very upbeat. Accessible location, though my only complaint is that there's no actual Preston-facing entrance you have to circle around in front of Lowes. But that's just a minuscule inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the work of Dr. Berry. I have had a wrist problem since high school (after a soccer injury). It has made it very hard to workout because there was limited range of motion. He was detailed and took the time to tell me what was wrong while also answering all my questions. His staff was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I have never been put under for surgery so I was a little nervous. But after my visit I am getting back more range of motion and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As the parent of a dual-sport college athlete, it was very important for us to find someone who our daughter was comfortable with and trusted.
