Fantastic experience: I've been to four different physical therapy center in Dallas over the past eight years and OMPT stands head and shoulders above the others. Both the therapists and the assistances are well qualified, attentive and very eager to help improve your situation. They're also welling to keep trying different methods and do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goal.

Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery and was recommended to come to OPT for my rehab. I am so glad to have found these guys. My knee has bounced back so fast with their help; within a month, I am walking and feeling "normal". The entire team works closely together but I'd like to give Hannah a special shout-out for her guidance and knowledge.

I keep returning to them because the staff are highly knowledgeable, professional and positive, and take a genuinely personal interest in the individual. Fantastic experience: Just completed my PT following rotator cuff surgery. I could not be happier with Zach Couch, the Physical Therapist at the Walnut Hill location. Great therapist, great guy and great results! The entire team there is professional and friendly, from the time you are greeted while signing in, to entering, completing the therapy for the day to exiting and scheduling your next treatment. Almost sad I will not be going back!

Fantastic experience: I can now turn my head thanks to Josh!! Several forms of arthritis have severely limited my range of motion. I had been told by Rheumatologists there was not much they could do for me. The Meds prescribed did nothing to give me more physical flexibility. I then went to see Josh Buis, who has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Baylor University, and he was my salvation. After he did a thorough evaluation of my problems that went back over 20 years, he developed a regimen of in-office and at- home treatments that gave new life to my 77 year old body. It is one thing for a PT to know what the "Book" says to do---which Josh certainly knows, but then to apply his hands-on treatment where he can feel and sense the responses to his technique is the "secret sauce" to his expertise and to my ability to have progressed beyond what I - and others- did not think possible. I can now turn my head and talk to Dinner partners on either side of me. I got closer to touching my toes. It is easier to pick up a dropped object from the floor and I gained almost 20 yards on a golf tee shot. FLEXIBILITY. Life is BETTER! The entire staff at OMPTI is five star professional. Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of physical therapists over the years, and many of them did more harm than good because of not doing a thorough assessment and just giving me cookie cutter exercises. Rich, on the other hand, did an extensive evaluation of my body mechanics and nailed down the source of my problem. Although I was there for knee rehab, he was able to determine that a weakness in my gluteus medius was causing the imbalances that led to my knee problems. By focusing on the source, this prevented me from doing only knee exercises that would have never fixed the problem. I am very grateful my doctor specifically referred me to Rich and I would definitely return here for any future rehabilitative needs.

Fantastic experience: Had the best therapist ever here. Leo Carranza was wonderful! Lots of positive reinforcement and still quite demanding. I started with I shoulder with essentially no movement without pain and am back to normal without surgery and no more pain. Yeay! Everybody there was friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life! I am a former collegiate athlete that has had years of injuries that have been negatively impacting me for a long time. It has been a blessing to be able to start my road to recovery with Rich and the entire staff! Since day 1 they showed excellent care and concern for my health with compassion and great exercises to do at the office and at home! The location is great with plenty of parking to get in and out . Fantastic experience: I am a clinical health psychologist primarily treating people dealing with the lifestyle effects of musculoskeletal injuries and/or chronic pain. I have seen the difference excellent physical rehabilitation makes, emphasizing improved functioning and self-management. I have had my own conditions over the years, lumbar arthritis and meniscus tears in both knees. I have seen Josh Buis, DPT and the team there all three times and had excellent outcomes. My functioning has always returned to normal and all my pain resolved in both knees without surgery, including the most recent more serious tear. They will keep you moving forward with warmth, excellent education, and support. If you need physical rehab you will benefit from their services.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute of Dallas. But I will try. I began physical therapy at the Institute in late June, underwent knee replacement surgery in late July and have continued twice-a-week sessions for the past three months. Rich and his staff did a terrific job preparing me for surgery and an even better job afterwards, working with me to strengthen my leg and regain flexibility in my knee. They patiently answered my questions, provided encouragement and superb instruction at the Institute and carefully prepared an exercise regimen for me to follow at home. They are professional and seemingly always in a good mood, no small achievement in these times. If you are in the market for physical therapists you can trust, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I needed PT in the past (following 2 back surgeries) and was sent to well known Dallas facilities - both were good. However, my recent experience at Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy of Dallas was superior to any previous PT experience. Josh and his staff were excellent and well trained. Josh provided exceptional expertise in planning and supervising the program following my arthroscopic knee surgery. The front desk staff assisted in scheduling appointments and made each visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy of Dallas.

Fantastic experience: Josh and his team got me back on my feet from my knee replacement surgery! Physical therapists are under appreciated for the work they do to get us back in motion. Josh has excellent techniques and taught me how to regain my strength and get back to my tennis game. Staff are very professional, well trained and very kind. He also identifies the injury and gives challenging exercises to accelerate recovery. He got me back to racing bikes quickly!
