From start to finish, the whole team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they are very kind with elderly patients. I highly recommend it, you won't regret choosing this place for your rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Was injured while visiting Dallas. Danielle worked with me five days a week to get me quickly to the point where I could continue my travels. Great understanding of my goals and structuring PT to achieve them.

Fantastic experience: The therapist at this location are very skilled and are in touch with exactly how to deal with your specific surgery recovery. Even understanding of the frustration of recovery and lend support in mentally dealing with working thru and being patient with the process. If you have to go to PT, choose this location. Been twice and if I have to go thru PT again I will certainly come here.

The PT's are very personable, professional and knowledgeable as they provide physical therapy to patients. The facility is clean, with ample convenient parking. It's a pleasure to visit this site for my much needed physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased to share this review of my experience at Baylor PT, Kessler Park. This facility is extremely well organized, very professional and very patient concentric. All the folks I have dealt with from being greeted at the front desk to the Therapist has been nothing but outstanding. The best group of professionals I’ve had the pleasure to work with. It is not just a job for all of them. It’s a passion and you get that sense from the time you step in the door. I’ve had the pleasure to have worked with Constance and you couldn’t ask for a better therapist. She is passionate, caring and extremely knowledgable.

Fantastic experience: Alyssa is an excellent therapist. She knows just the right amount of therapy and pace that's necessary. She also communicates well with the patients. I like the fact that this place adheres to safety protocols with hand washing, taking temperatures upon entering and wearing masks. I would heartily recommend BSWR. When I had to have therapy a second time on my other side I immediately went back to Alyssa.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this BS&W facility. I am 72, was referred for my shoulders, and participated in physical therapy for approximately 10 weeks. First, the clinic has easy access, with parking right at the door. The facility is well-equipped and fastidiously clean. My main therapist, Constance, is excellent - supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and professional. I enjoyed working with her and learned so much. I found the entire staff easy to work with, helpful and supportive. The atmosphere at the clinic was always upbeat and positive, which helped so much. At my age, after being immobilized for so long, I wasn’t sure how much could be accomplished. Being trained in proper technique during treatment, and following through at home, has significantly improved my ability to function, and the quality of my life. I am so pleased and grateful to everyone who got me moving again. (❤️Constance!)

Fantastic experience: I'm a 63 y/o male from Dallas. I have Liver Cirrhosis and shortly after I found this out I developed Left Hip Pain. While walking down the stairs in my home, my hip fractured at the neck. I was found to have osteoporosis an ended up with 3 surgeries on the left and 2 on the right. I started going to rehab center at at Lake Cliff in the Oak Cliff area of South Dallas. The therapists gave me my confidence back and I really did well with their enthusiasm and guidance. Unfortunately I had set backs and more surgeries. But I kept going back to Baylor Scott & White and after going back for a couple of sessions, I got the enthusiasm I needed to really make progress quickly. The therapists have changed recently but they have the same training as the original staff I started with. This last surgery was difficult for me but they quickly got me going and my attitude has changed. i really feel like nothing is going to defeat me and have these professional (but fun) therapists to thank!

Fantastic experience: Lauren Elizabeth, the therapist, is wonderful. My daughter feels confident with asking her question throughout her therapy session. Clarissa, the front receptionist, is great accommodating with our schedule.

I had a knee replacement and was able to get my follow up physical therapy at the Baylor Scott & White. They are very convenient to my home. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: A great place for rehab from injury or surgery. The facility is bright and clean with easy access and parking. But the best aspect is the staff...the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there. You are always greeted warmly and genuinely cared for and about. Recovering from a major foot surgery is a long process, but Will and everyone at BS&W have made the journey much better.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. This was not my first PT rehab but it undoubtedly was one of the best. The therapists are so friendly and helpful and they got me back on my feet and functional in record time. Also conveniently located in my home neighborhood, I would go back again if necessary. (But it's not!)
