As that improved various other aches and pains came up and we worked on them too. I feel like Robert, Athletico, PT, are my secret weapon to manage the pains of aging, along with exercise and. Healthy living. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. I love knowing that I have this resource in my corner. Robert is a true professional. Fantastic experience: I had a bad knee injury that I had made worse by trying to push through the pain, but I ended up completely benched from basketball. My Dr. recommended PT, but said no guarantees. I came to Jennifer in a lot of pain and my bad leg was really weak. Twice a week for a little more than 2 months now, she had me work on strengthening without aggravating my injury. But I didn’t realize how much strength I was building until I finally got to practice again and it was like I didn’t miss a single day. I even beat my previous sprint time! I had no idea PT would make this much of a difference. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love Athletico! Robert is amazing and is always good about paying close attention while I'm doing the excersise so I don't hurt myself even more! He gives great corrections and challenges me. He is very good at designing excersises to meet my goals to get back to skiing and Crossfit while following doctors orders. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to do recovery from shoulder surgery at this athletico. My therapist, Ali (also the manager), was knowledgeable, intuitive, endlessly patient and encouraging. He varied my routine to keep the boredom factor low and was open to suggestions and feedback. In a word, everything you could wish for in a therapist!

Fantastic experience: Mr Alireza Abedi was very nice and patient. He helped my 92 year old grandma get back on her feet after an extensive stay in the hospital. Thanks to his help she is more independent and is able to walk again. I highly recommend him and this location to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Athletico is amazing! I had a painful stiff leg which it didn’t t let me walk right.I decided to go to Athletico to see what they can do.couple of exercises later my leg felt amazing.I could walk with comfort again.I have never felt such relief in years.

Fantastic experience: Began therapy here January 2022 and completed in May. Came here for troch bursitis (hip muscle pain / inflammation) from all my jogging. After a month I was frustrated and wanted to give up but the staff encouraged me to keep going. As soon as month 2 rolled around, I started seeing great improvements. Month 3 saw even more improvement and almost 100% recovery. The clinic manager (Ali) and his staff do an excellent job listening to the patients and addressing all concerns. They are encouraging and create customized workouts for all your issues / pains. Ali especially is excellent at focusing on his patients and recommending workouts /exercises to complete. Update July 2022: had a “relapse” (likely my mistake for pushing too hard, too soon) and Ali quickly helped arrange for me to come back in for another 6 rehab sessions. Now , in September, I am back to feeling better and nearly pain free. Very thankful for having them available to take me again and get me healed up

Fantastic experience: Ali, and all employees are friendly and professionals. Covid guidelines are followed, all equipment is wiped down, after use. I look forward to each scheduled appointment. Workouts are difficult, but it is fun.

Fantastic experience: Came here after four years of misdiagnosis in two states by several doctors. Ali found the root cause in minutes and started a therapy that literally changed my life. I have lived with severe chest pain for years and was limited not only in workout and sports in general but in my everyday life as well, which had an impact on my work too. After his correct diagnosis (twisted ribs after a serious accident) he mobilized the area and the chest pain was gone after one session. But more importantly, he continued to work on the real issue (ribs and spine) and has set me up with proper exercises and equipment to be able to continue PT at home as well. Beyond that he worked on another, unrelated old muscle problem as well and gave me proper root cause analysis and methods to correct my posture and improve my over all condition that lead to a healthier general living. Ali goes above and beyond to help but most importantly his professional knowledge is solid and extensive. The staff is always friendly and helpful, answer all my questions without hesitation and assist with everything, they make you feel at home and cared for. I am forever grateful for the care I have gotten here.

Fantastic experience: I really have to recommend Athletico in Richardson Tx. Since February I have had so much pain. This is the end of August now. A month ago I could not walk or drive, because of a hamstring injury. I’d been to the Dr . 4 times and an emergency room visit. after lots of pain medicine and painfully wasting time. My orthopedic Dr sent me to Athletico. I am able to do therapy. Justise has helped with my therapy... she is extremely knowledgeable and great at what she does. She has done miracles with my right leg and back. I could not thank her enough. Thanks Justise!!

Fantastic experience: I found Athletico after a sudden and terrible back pain when I was new to town. I was able to get a same day appointment for an assessment and started therapy with Ali. Tiffany worked with my insurance to get pre-authorized for sessions and easily scheduled/rescheduled my appointments, as needed, to make sure I got the necessary treatment. Ali was knowledgeable, provided different treatment plans until finding the right one for my issue, and gave me exercises for home to make sure I would heal faster. He also gave me tips in case of flare ups to mitigate my back problems. Thank you again!

He make sure that he takes care of everyone to the best of his ability during a time like what we are living in daily. He and his team make sure the facility is clean and safe. Fantastic experience: I went for neck pain that was impacting my work. Ali was awesome. Very knowledgeable and caring. Was able to identify the cause of my pain and gave me a repertoire of stretching and strengthening exercises. Each week he taught me something new I could add. By the time I was discharged, my pain was reduced significantly and I felt like I had the tools I needed in case it flared up again. I am sure if I was more disciplined and if I took the time to do my exercises daily like I’m supposed to, I would be even better. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated!!! Can't say enough good things about the people at Athletico. I came in after my shattered ankle had healed enough to start PT in early January 2021 and in a few weeks am walking with a cane. The PT's dedicated to getting your recovery started from your first day and is by your side all the way. I looked forward to physical therapy each week and know I would not be as far along as I am without them!!

Fantastic experience: We are here for a second therapy appointment. Ali performed a very thorough examination of a shoulder diagnosed with Bursitis by an orthopedic surgeon. His recommendations about posture and methods for addressing both the current issue and avoiding future problems are sound give us confidence for a full recovery.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with Athletico for my physical therapy of complex wrist fracture. The therapist is really professional and knowledgeable and even talked my surgeon to understand my surgery and condition of wrist. He spends more time with me to make sure I come to speed quickly as my muscles were very stiff along with swelling. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I am thoroughly enjoying my therapy. I was so happy that I found this place close to home about a 15 minutes drive. My therapist Ali is awesome. He encourages me to do the best I can in exercising. At one time I thought my mattress was the cause of my problems but therapy have changed my mind about purchasing a new one. Fantastic experience: I give my highest recommendation to Athletico of Richardson. Ali is my PT. I had shoulder surgery to repair torn tendon and muscles. Ali is very knowledgeable about PT, stretches me and knowing when to stop. He is very friendly and very patient. I still have a little ways to go to in my PT. They are willing to work my schedule and I appreciate that very much. The facility is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and mindful to check my temperature before my treatment plan. The parking is very good and they open early like 7:00 am and even on Saturdays.

Ali and Kenton were very attentive to every single patient and offer a wealth knowledge while getting to heart of a specific issue with a reasonable solution that I would not have been able to do on my own. Tiffany was very flexible with my work schedule and always one step ahead of me on billing and scheduling while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Fantastic experience: The Richardson location of Athletico is fantastic. I have nothing but praise to give. The facilities are very nice and always appear clean. All of the equipment looks new and is in working order, which is a definite step above the place I had to go a few years back. The staff has been great and is very on board with COVID requirements - constantly wearing masks, washing/sanitizing their hands, cleaning the equipment after use, and checking temperatures. Speaking of the staff, they are the best part of this place. Not only are they knowledgeable, patient, and kind, but they seem to be genuinely good people who want to help. They do a great job of making everyone feel welcome and at ease through the whole rehab process. Definitely ask for Ali if you can. He has been super friendly, patient, and helpful. He listens when I talk about my aches and pains and has given me a ton of insight into my issue. Don't get me wrong, he will push you to your limits in PT, as he should, but he will never hurt you and is adamant that pushing through pain, which I'm guilty of, is bad. I have seen a major increase in my range of motion since I started working with him and I feel like it gets noticeably better after each visit. I should also note that he's just an interesting guy to chat with as well. I can get a bit chatty when he has to manually manipulate my arm because it helps distract me and he just goes right along with it. I really appreciate that. I also want to give a big shout out to Tiffany at the front. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her front desk presence is definitely a big part of that sense of feeling "welcome and at ease" that I noted earlier. In person, she always greets everyone who comes in with a genuine smile and hello and doesn't make you feel like you're a bother in the slightest, which is so refreshing. On the phone, she is just as gracious and helpful as in person, even when I have needed to reschedule or cancel an appointment. She is a definite asset to this company. If you need their services, the Richardson location of Athletico is definitely a great place to go for your physical therapy needs. From the front desk on, the staff will treat you like a human being rather than another copay and make sure your rehab process is as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brad and the staff at Athletico are very skilled and knowledgeable. I have had a cervical disc problem for years, and the hands-on adjustments of my neck plus the physical therapy exercises they prescribed have dramatically reduced the neck and arm pain in only a few weeks. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for at least two months and just recently graduated. Not only were the staff really nice and fun to talk with but the people there.
