Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Ethan for over a year now after suffering an injury while playing football at the University of Idaho. I had knee reconstruction surgery and he helped get me back on the field quickly and has continued to help improve strength, mobility, and many other things. Definitely recommend this spot for athletes wanting to continue playing into college.

Fantastic experience: Caitlin and Ethan are great! I trained with Ethan for a few weeks - he's knowledgeable, attentive, and very pleasant to work with. The place can feel a little bit crowed at times - which is expected when the services are good. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came to Athletico with pain and weakness in my previously replaced hip. I'm so grateful to Caitlin, and the entire team at Athletico. Their high ratings and proximity drew me in, and now I must whole heartedly agree! I am seeing wonderful results in the work we've been doing and I am regaining function in my hip again. Fantastic experience: The physical therapists there, Caitlin & Ethan, have been wonderful!! In June I fell, tearing a ligament in my foot, & I got surgery to fix it in July. When I was finally was approved to start walking again, I struggled to walk after not being able to walk for almost 10 weeks. My podiatrist recommended physical therapy & said I should use this location. I had my assessment with Caitlin on September 11th, 2023. Shortly after that, I started doing physical therapy there. I’ve worked with both Ethan & Caitlin to get my strength back up, along with their physical therapist in training Marjan. They are all so caring, kind, & good at their jobs. They sometimes work with 2 or more clients at a time so sometimes you have to wait for your next set of instructions for the next workout move, which is perfect for taking a break to just breathe, wipe sweat off, or get some water (or all 3). I would definitely recommend this location & physical therapists to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is so nice and proficient in what they do. I had knee tendonitis and they helped me get back to full health through specific exercises that made me feel so much better. The team here really cares and you won’t regret coming here.

Fantastic experience: I was so blessed go be able to have this team of dedicated professionals to give me back my range of motion. Everyone of them listened to me and gave me the exact rehab exercises needed. One day when I went in I was so tired and Ethan just massaged my arm. Fantastic experience: This place is top notch. I'm pretty introverted initially and the second I walk in it feels like I'm hanging out with long time friends, but very professional at the same time. I have a nagging foot injury that has definitely grinded me down mentally, but all of the staff treating me has kept me in high spirits. The exercises are amazing and the care to address the pain is awesome. In short you should just come here.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my experience at Athletico. I had very limited shoulder mobility when I first arrived and after just a few short weeks working with Kelsey and Jonathan, my shoulder feels like new! The facility is clean and quiet, and I had the full attention of the therapist I was working with. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: My rehab with Athletico for my open hip tendon surgery was progressing, but I kept getting random pain in my glut and calf. After some discussion with the therapist, we decided it might be associated with adhesions from the recovery of the surgical wound. Dry needling was recommended. After three sessions I could feel the difference and could now sleep on that side of my hip. I would recommend you add as part of your rehab therapy sooner than I did.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, and everyone is very friendly and professional. Never thought I'd look forward to going to physical therapy, but it felt more like going to hang out with friends than being a patient. And, in the meantime, my leg got fully healed by their great efforts! I mainly worked with Kelsey, but I got to work With Sandy, Vardahn, Jonathan, Sam, and Bennett on various visits as well, and they were all wonderful, and I'm incredibly grateful for their efforts in getting my leg back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Athletico! This is my 2nd time having physical therapy at Athletico and both experiences have been great. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. Throughout my 8 sessions there were consistencies yet the staff pushed me just enough to get the results we were all looking for. I hope I never need physical therapy again but if I do I will definitely return to Athletico!

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Dr Vardhan, he is absolutely good at taking care of my injury. I had a right hand surgery done recently. I started my rehabilitation very recently and it's going awesome. A 5 star for their hospitality.

Fantastic experience: I saw Vardhan for my TMJ. He is amazing at what he does! I started out Monday barely being able to open my mouth from the pain and having 2 appt with him and I'm almost 100% better. He did like a 360 on my jaw, from the dry needling, mobilizing my jaw from the inside of mouth and helping the muscles on the outside. I highly recommend him for TMJ. He is very nice and knowledgeable about what he does. The staff is also very nice and welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I went in for pain in shoulder and my neck. Vardhan and Kelsey were very knowledgeable, and shared with you what was going on. At the end I had learned tons of stretches and exercises to support my body. They treat you like family from the first moment you walk in. I highly recommend this as an excellent place to start your recovery in.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several therapy locations over the years due to miscellaneous issues with my shoulder. I can confidently say that Athletico's Physical Therapists are the best I've encountered. The team at Athletico is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Vardhan, my primary therapist, has helped me rehabilitate a shoulder that has given me tremendous problems for years, and orthopedic doctors have said it needs to be replaced. After just a few weeks with Varhdan, Kelsey, and Vivian, they have been able to give me back my full range of motion, and my pain level is down to very manageable levels. I can't say enough nice things about them, but if you want to feel better and work with caring professionals, go to Athletico. Thanks to the entire team at Athletico for giving me back a functional shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience. Feeling great from the moment I started the physical therapy here along with dry needling which also helped me feel way better. Along with this, whenever there is any doubt it was always easier to communicate without any concerns and they would take time to clear all of my concerns and doubts.

Fantastic experience: I’ve dislocated both of my shoulders many times and came here to strengthen them so I didn’t have to do surgery. I did 6 weeks of therapy, 3 times a week. I worked mostly with Kelsey, but the times I worked with Vardhan was great as well. Kelsey always showed up with enthusiasm even for the 7 am sessions. She was creative with coming up with person-specific exercises to help push me to become as strong as possible. The entire staff here was super friendly and attentive. If I decide to get surgery, I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I have had the best the experience with Athletico! The atmosphere is very comfortable and positive. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going for my physical therapy. I was very nervous about the whole process of rebuilding flexibility and strength in my arm. Vardhan put me at ease immediately. I have worked mostly with Vardhan and Kelsey and within the first 2 visits I saw improvement. I see some improvement after every visit.

Fantastic experience: This place is super great! I went there after my shoulder surgery and my PT Vardhan did an excellent job working on my shoulder towards regaining my motion back. My doctor said my recovery was rather quick than what he typically sees from other patients. I tribute my quick recovery to Vardhan who really knows his work. His gradual and systemic work on my shoulder resulted in speedy recovery. I’ll certainly recommend others to this place specially PT Vardhan.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the friendliest medical establishment I’ve ever visited. Everyone is so nice and seem to genuinely care about you. Vardhan did a good job at pushing me without overdoing it. I like that I was able to go at my own pace and I didn’t have “down times” where I’m waiting for them to tell me what to do which can happen at places when there are too many patients. They also make sure you are doing the exercises right. There is always someone helping you or watching you so you’re not left doing things wrong.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment for your physical therapy. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming - so much so, that I look forward to my sessions each week! Vardhan and team seem to genuinely care about you. There is always somebody monitoring you/ guiding you to see to it that you do your exercises correctly. And yes, language is never a barrier here! Be it Hindi, Spanish, Tamil, Telugu - you will have Vardhan or someone from the team who knows the language. My progress has been exponential because of the help I’ve received and if you’re looking for a well rounded recovery, I’d say look no further!

Fantastic experience: Vhardon, Jake and Lilly have been a phenomenal resource during my recovery from knee surgery. Their passion for PT and their patients is evident in every aspect of their care. They also collaborate and work well together as a team - switching in and out of activities like a well oiled machine. The clinic itself is extremely well kept & clean. They are diligent about disinfecting everything as it is used and putting it away to avoid any unintentional accident. Lilly adds personal touches with decorations and Zach keeps music going which always seems to fit the current group of patients. If you've read this far then you should just pick up the phone and make an appointment already!

Fantastic experience: Athletico helped me immensely!! I went to the facility with four painful areas, lower back, neck, right shoulder and left knee. Vardan and his team are amazing! They are totally professional and so thoughtful, constantly checking on me and giving valuable suggestions during treatment. After a few weeks I am pain-free in all areas and my range of motion is greatly increased.

Fantastic experience: The staff has been amazing during my physical therapy. My questions have been answered. They fill me with confidence. If you're given the option of dry needling, DO IT! Dry needling promotes healing without drugs. After my 1st session, I felt no pain when I woke up the next day. Activity brought back the ache but it's nothing like it was. I highly recommend Athletico on Preston Road!!

Fantastic experience: My physician told me I was in need of PT after I had some back and leg pain. I had been unable to work for 2 months due to severe pain. Once the pain subsided I was able to call around to find out who accepted my health insurance. Luckily, Athletico did accept my insurance. The staff are great Vardhan, Zac and Lilly! Fantastic experience: This is a great place for rehab! The therapists and staff are knowledgeable, highly professional, courteous and caring. They work extremely hard to get you better. I am having rehab following knee replacement surgery and could not be more pleased with my recovery to date. My physical therapist, Vardhan, has been a great partner in my healing, as has Zach, the Physical Therapy Assistant. Lily does a great job on the non-clinical side. If you are seeking rehab, I suggest you seriously consider Athletico.

Fantastic experience: I was prescribed Physical Therapy for scolliosis in my spine. I found Athletico through my insurance and the closest one to my home. It was my second time to get Physical Therapy. I was bit skeptical about the experience since the Ist one (years ago) didnt help in my case much. I was screened by "Lily" over the call and was scheduled as early she could per the availability coz i needed it badly! She is very helpful, soft spoken and warm! To my surprise my very 1st session with "Vardhan (DPT)" helped me A LOT! I was living with an inflammed hip and painful gluteus (sitting, standing or even walking was painful) since 5 months coz of scolliosis which was eased off in just 1st session. I just love working out hard and when i could not coz of my pain, it is difficult for me just accept it. Vardhan asked me to not do alot of physical activity for initial few weeks and but he promised i can go back to all cardio, lunges and jumping soon! In just 3 sessions he allowed me to do few excercises since the way he treats me helped getting strength back and my body responded to it well! Soon with each session he will be adding more to my work out regime, which i am excited about! Last but not the least, this is one stop shop for manipulations and dry needling! Vardhan is certified in dry needling and is very good at it and manipulations! It saves me (time and money) from the hassle of going to chiro and accupunture and helps me a lot. I highly recommend Vardhan if you need any Physical Therapy! He understands and works around your body requirements and response which is just AMAZING!! The staff is warm and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: This Physical Therapy location is amazing. I had a severe case of bursitis in my hip and Vardhan took great care to ease my pain and get me over that episode. He is one of the sweetest most caring therapist I have ever had. I also had some back problems and both he and Zac were amazing to solve that problem too. Lilliana is very sweet and helpful. I would definitely go back there if the need arises and I would certainly refer this location to anyone who asked. This was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a partial knee replacement surgery done in July. I went here not knowing what to expect but my experience here has been the most amazing since the first day i entered the door. The staff here is always so helpful and so kind and willing to help in any way they are able. They are very genuine in the care they give to their patients. They are never too busy to answer and question you may have. You are never felt like you are left alone because they are constantly monitoring how you are doing in each process. This is a FANTASTIC place to go for any kind of PT that you may need. The one on one time you get with the staff is the best by far. I am due to have another knee surgery in the future and i will NOT go any other place. Vardhan and Lilly are the BEST. Thank you for helping me to get back life as i knew it before surgery.

Fantastic experience: I love Athletico, this was my third overall experience with this company, and I will return every time (hope I don’t have to though)! Everyone is so friendly and it really makes physical therapy so much more pleasurable (because let’s face it, when you are hurting it’s not!). I attended PT at a major orthopedic clinic group before, and never felt welcome or motivated. Maynard was my PT for 5 months, helped me through recovery after shoulder surgery and a frozen shoulder afterwards, and did an outstanding job! I always left feeling better, not just physically, but emotionally as well.
