Negative experience: My mom was referred to this office, they agreed to pick her up and take back home through her whole treatment, but tuens out that by her 2nd appt they did not show up not even a courtesy call to advise they had no driver. Of course she decided to change to another rehab center after this insident.
Fantastic experience: First time here today with my mom and the Dr. and staff was very and understanding. He took his time and ask a lot of questions to better understand my mom situation with her back pain and right away show her and printed sheets for exercises to do at home. He allowed me to go in with her and showed me where she will be doing therapy in case she and I had any questions. Dr. and staff were friendly and answered all our question and concerns.

Fantastic experience: I totally recommend Performance Therapeutics at Brownsville, TX. This is the BEST physical therapy facility anywhere! Physical Therapist Andrew Reed and his staff provide awesome care and treatment. They are dedicated professionals focused on their patients successful recovery. Their personalized care, dedication and treatment regimen resulted in my total recovery from a shoulder injury and massive rotator cuff surgery. Thanks to Andrew Reed's Team, I now have 100% range of motion, absolutely no pain, and my shoulder is stronger than ever. I am happily returning to my active lifestyle; playing tennis, fishing and other activities. Thank YOU for everything you do!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The staff are very friendly. They have helped me heal the pain on both of my arm(tendinitis). I had been suffering with the pain for about a year to a year and a half. Now 1/25/24 after two/three months of on going therapy, I am with very little to no pain. I never thought my arms would be painless again. Thank you so much Performance Therapy and staff I am very satisfied with my results. A Great place to come, feel welcomed and heal!!!

You get a personalized plan, they show you how to do the exercises, let you do the exercises, and keep an eye on you while you do them ( not by standing right next to you) to make sure you’re doing them correctly. I love the heating pad!

Fantastic experience: These folks are fantastic. Before I worked with them, I had a foot/toe injury that kept me from running and could not walk properly for about three months. I’ve had approximately 5 PT sessions with them and I can not only walk normally, but most of my pain is gone! I’m cautiously optimistic that I’ll be running again in no time. Also, they make great conversation while doing PT, so it’s not dreadfully boring, which is a plus! Thank you to Dr. Andrew Reed and his staff for their efforts so far!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They monitor your exercises and insure you are doing them correctly. The therapist is very knowledgeable of her job and works with you to insure you improve in a timely but safe manner. I am very pleased with the Brownsville office and their entire staff.
