Negative experience: This place is a joke staff are so rude it takes them forever when called to change a patient's diaper to the point of them getting a UTI. Front desk won't even acknowledge you when you approach them for help one with her airpods on and the other pretending to be one her computer. It's ridiculous to see what the medical facilities have become and we supposed to trust this people to take care of our loved ones.

Fantastic experience: Our loved one was recently transferred from an extended hospital stay to Alta Vista, and the transition was seamless. The staff immediately met with us to discuss our loved one's care plan, thoroughly explaining all potential treatment options and the approach they would be taking. We have been deeply impressed by their kindness, compassion, and expertise. I have complete confidence that our Tía will receive care with the highest levels of integrity, compassion, and skill. The clinical team has been incredibly attentive, with the care providers responding quickly and effectively whenever needed. Her nurse took the time to explain the treatment orders in detail, and the wound care specialist demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge. The Social worker carefully explained the process as well as the director of nursing Norma Ortiz who was extremely compassionate and understanding. Based on our experience, I am confident that Alta Vista is the best place for our loved one’s care, and we are grateful for the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. Fantastic experience: Tube a mi ser querido ahí para que se recuperara de una cirujía primero tenía dudas pero al estar ahí día a día me convenci que fue la mejor opción mi papá logró recuperarse y regresar a casa el departamento de terapia muy profesional y atentos pero lo que más me impresionó fue el departamento de enfermeria Todas las enfermeras muy atentas y con conocimiento de las necesidades de el paciente otro aspecto que es excelente es la Directora de enfermeras Norma muy amable y todos los días al pendiente de el progreso de sus pacientes Ella la vez tanto en su oficina como en el piso ayudando a sus enfermeras y CNA siempre al pendiente me impresiono mucho que eran las 2 o 3 de la mañana y ella ya andaba en el edificio inspeccionando todos los días venía al cuarto a saludar y preguntar si todo estaba bien y eso me hizo sentir que mi papá estaba en el lugar correcto Alta Vista es el mejor lugar para tu ser querido Le doy un 1000% gracias por todo

Negative experience: Horrible night staff. I came here for wound care and have to wait over an hour just for them to answer the nurse button so that they can readjust the gauze dressing. Daytime staff is helpful, but not enough.

Negative experience: The place needs some serious updates. They have window units in the rooms. I did not feel comfortable leaving my love one there.
