Fantastic experience: When I first started this program I wasn't able to bend over, and if I did it was painful. I use to take Tylenol or Advil multiple times a day. By the time I was finished I could bend all the way over with NO PAIN. I also don't have to take the medication I was taking anymore. Tucker and Jennifer were lifesavers. I honestly don't know where I would have ended up without their guidance and care. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stop hurting and needs physical therapy. THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Fantastic experience: I had an evaluation with Dr Jennifer and she was amazing. She handled my case with professional care and compassion, not like a number. She took her time with me, not rushing or brushing me off in order to see the next patient. All of the therapist I saw seemed to take care of each patient very well. Everyone was kind and very welcoming, thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have had to have THERAPY after surgeries for different times. Each time was at a different THERAPY Center. The Ratner center is by far the best experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, and the therapist are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The main therapist I used was named Kasey Brann and she was exceptional. I believe one of the most important things that she did that was beneficial for my THERAPY was that she inquired about my needs and preferences, and she actually listened and incorporated my responses into my therapy treatment . I have told everyone I know who might possibly benefit from or need Physical Therapy to not waste their time and go anywhere else except for the Ratner Center.

Fantastic experience: My practitioner is Rachel Fair. She is so professional while still being warm and kind. I get nervous being in places like this and she is so accommodating and puts me at ease. She is especially good at explaining why I have the symptoms I have in a way that’s easy to understand. She is an expert at educating the cause and treatment of my pain. Couldn’t be happier with my treatment with her!

Fantastic experience: I messed up my shoulder and was going to a PT in Springtown but was getting poor results. My doctor recommended Dr. Ratner I will be finishing my 3 week this Thursday and I have seen a 50% decrease in pain and better motion. The facilities are clean and welcoming from the ladies up front to the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I have several bone spurs in my neck from setting and doing work at me desk. The staff at Ratner PT are simply the best!!! They are working on me and the pain and discomfort are decreasing. My wife of 33+ years of marriage is a PT herself and she has told me that the staff at Ratner are some of the best PT's she has ever worked with. If you need physical therapy this is the best place to go. They are simply GREAT!!!!!

Fantastic experience: These folks are simply amazing. I was referred to Ratner Center, specifically Christina "Chris" to rehab my right shoulder after surgery. I could not be more satisfied with the care I have been given. Chris is amazing. Jeromy, Janet and the front desk staff are great as well. Fantastic experience: I just finished more than two months of physical therapy here for an ankle fracture, and just like the last time I went to this Center, which was two years ago for a different injury, I was extremely pleased with the treatment that I received. My Physical Therapist Anna, her PT Assistant Ernesto, and the rest of the staff are outstanding. My ankle is doing really well, considering that when I came in I was in an ankle boot, moved to an ankle brace while in treatment, and now am walking freely in regular shoes. What I like about the Ratner Center is that they listen to you and provide individual attention. They don't just give you a piece of paper with exercises on it, and then after initially showing you how to do them, leave you to do them yourselves for the rest of the time you are there, as I have experienced at other facilities. They are with you throughout each appointment. I can't guarantee that everyone will have as good an outcome as I did, every injury is different, but I would say if you have a choice of PT facilities to go to, I would choose this one hands down.

Kate was so kind and professional and was instrumental in my recovery from 360 fusion back surgery. Tech assistants, Jeremy and Francisco, were so encouraging and pushed me to complete my workouts. I appreciate the services that Ratner Center supplied for my physical therapy and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have done physical therapy several times in the past at other facilities. Rather Center distinguishes itself in several ways from the other places I have been at. For one thing, Ratner offers a more comprehensive range of modalities than most places, which in my situation has proven to be very useful. Dry needling, for example, is not available just everywhere, and it has turned out to be a very beneficial part of my treatment plan. My primary therapist is Chris Bearden, and she is extremely knowledgeable and very caring! However, I have also seen 4 or 5 other therapists at various points (due to scheduling constraints, usually on my part), and each one has done a great job of maintaining the plan Chris outlined. However, each one has also brought a little something different to the mix, and always with good results. I think that they are intent on individualizing treatment according to the needs of my body on a given day, not just doing the same old drill each and every time. One thing I have really appreciated in the almost three months I have been going there is the professionalism and collegiality of their entire staff. Every person treats every other person on their staff with respect. I have not seen any signs of personal conflict or professional rivalries among the staff. Everyone they hire has been a joy to be around; they treat their patients like family. The spirit of good will is contagious, too, as patients even treat each other in a cordial way. I will be forever grateful for the orthopedic doctor who referred me to Ratner Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness! I am hoping to make use of the wellness branch of the center once I am released from PT. I think I would miss them if I just stopped going!

Fantastic experience: Ratner Center helped me avoid surgery for a C5-C6 herniated disc. I later suffered a annulus tear with severe pain. The therapeutic techniques Ratner Center used relieved my pain. THANK YA'LL!

Fantastic experience: The people here are amazing! I have had 9 back surgeries, all kinds of physical therapy and work hardening in Ft Worth and Dallas. My ability to function has declined steadily for almost 15 years with pain barely tolerable. Anna Moore has helped me more on day one than anything else I have done. I have been going a few weeks now and every day is positive progress that I never thought I would see. I’m walking upright for the first time in years. Walking to my mailbox was a chore last month, now I count my distance in miles. I cannot put into words how awesome she has been. They will absolutely change your life for the better!

Fantastic experience: I've been treated at 2 other good therapy centers, but Ratner outshines them both. I received superlative care from all the crew, Christina Bearden, Pam Tucker, Ernesto and most of the time from Chelsea Barron, who bent over backwards to create a program carefully considering my special needs, and future maintenance. The most outstanding to me was the sense that they focused on my injury in the context of my whole person. I felt so well cared for, and have fully recovered with more strength than previously. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best Physical Therapy place I have been. Jen and her staff really care about their patients. This is the first place I have been that after treatment said, "If you need some maintenance come back to see us." All other places I have been would discharge me and be done. Jen and her staff are knowledgeable with the most current treatment as well. I have had some major back issues and they have kept me off the operating table for 4 years now. I would not go anywhere else and I refer as many people here as I can. I believe in them that much.

Fantastic experience: I just love going to the Ratner Center for Physical Therapy! It is truly a unique place. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk through the door. Their facility is bright and uplifting and the smiles that greet you offer the comfort of trust and healing. I came in for physical therapy a few months ago and I was broken. Both physically and emotionally. I was dealing with significant post surgical pain, extreme weakness, stiffness, and depression. I was unsure if I would ever feel “normal” again...... Once I began going to Ratner Physical Therapy, I was encouraged by the commitment and compassion of the people that work there. Jennifer Ratner and her staff of skilled practitioners have given me a new outlook on my own personal healing journey. Fantastic experience: The Ratner Center earns every one of those 5 stars. It is a super clean and well thought out facility with plenty of room. The staff is excellent, the equipment is new and well maintained. Ratner is top notch in every respect. Personal care and attention to the patients needs is second to none. If you live in FW, this is the place to go for PT. Super pleased.

Fantastic experience: My husband was in a really bad car accident and broke his femur (literally it came out of his leg). Two weeks after the accident the doctor told us to start PT so we called around and decided to go with Ratner. THEY WERE AMAZING! When he went in there he was on a walker and could barely stand. Within 12 weeks they had him healthy enough to go back to work, walking, driving, etc. They did a great job and were so encouraging throughout the whole processes. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
