Josiah graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. After moving back home to El Paso, Texas and serving his community for 6 years, he decided that he wanted to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. He graduated from Texas Woman’s University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022. He enjoys working in outpatient orthopedics and loves helping patients reduce pain, regain function, and meet their patient centered goals. He is interested in getting certified in Blood Flow Restriction Therapy,Graston Technique and Postural Rehabilitation. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, spending time with his wife, Leah, and their two dogs Maddox and Molly.

Scheduling my evaluation was easy and quick. The evaluation was through and detailed. The therapist was friendly and asked a lot of questions. Scheduling my appointments after the evaluation was quick and easy and accommodating. My appointments have started on time or before time. The therapy has been created just right for my needs. The therapists are great and so easy to work with. I have used other physical therapy offices and this by far is much better. I look forward to continuing my therapy here and look forward to the outcome.
I have been going to Vista Physical Therapy since I had my knee replacement surgery and I was lucky enough to get Vee as my therapist. She has helped me so much! Everyone in this location is friendly and supportive! They make you feel welcome and are genuinely concerned about your progress.
V was very professional and had a warm personality that you’ll find comfort and laughter in. Herself and Joziah helped me not just physically but mentally as well. It’s a great place to get yourself back to normal. Latasha was always helpful and joyful in the front office. She always made me laugh and completed the team.

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.
Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.
The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.
We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.

I thought when I first got my leg injury that I would have permanent damage and wouldn't be able to use my leg at full capacity, but ever since I started coming here my leg has become stronger and stronger to the point where I'm running again my balance has improved and I'm genuinely happy with the progress I've made so far this place is amazing!

Fantastic experience: With me being a single mom of 2yr old twins, having a work related back injury made it hard to pick up or play with my kids like I'm use to doing. With the help of Josiah, I'm getting back to a point where I'm able to interact with my kids like before with little to no back pain. Fantastic experience: Vaishnavi took excellent care of me for two different injuries. I was in really bad shape from some accidents. She was gentle and incredibly patient with my limitations. The medical director, Ryan, was also very knowledgeable. The front desk staff was a ray of sunshine and always great with scheduling and communication. I am now healed, but I will miss them. I could not recommend this Vista office enough.
Fantastic experience: I give this place a five star rating. Very neat and clean and the people that work there are very professional. The therapists are very knowledgeable, specially the one that I worked with Vaishnavi Raghu is a young lady who is soft spoken and friendly and excellent in her work. She worked on me for my knee and shoulder pain. She showed me some stretches and exercises that helped me get relieved from my pain. Her assistant Session is also very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady Latasha is also very nice and accommodates you according to your convenience. Overall I highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy.

The therapist not only took his time making sure that I was ok, he really cared and listened to what was going on with me. This place is what you call professional, the staff is awesome at putting what really matters most (their clients). Fantastic experience: Vista PT has been a game changer for me during my recovery from a torn achilles surgery. I had never had any experience going to physical therapy before, and this specific Vista team blew away all expectations I had. They have been extremely thoughtful and intentional with my recovery program, tailoring it specifically to me and my goals for recovery. I said from the get go that I wanted to get back to 100% and be able to run long distance again and participate in sports, and they have rigorously sought out to make that happen for me. I'd consider myself over a month ahead of schedule for a normal Achilles recovery timeline, and I'm certain that is attributable to the team at this Vista facility. They've continued to push my limits as I've progressed and at times it's felt more like I was in a high-end athletic training program rather than just working on making me comfortable walking again. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and would recommend this Vista facility to anyone that really wants to get back to 100%. Thank you to Ryan, Session and Latasha for everything!
Fantastic experience: I received treatment for approximately 5 months. My therapist, Ryan, was very patient and provided excellent care. I never had trouble rescheduling appointments if I needed to and any question I needed answered was answered. If I am ever in need of physical therapy in the future, I would not hesitate to return.
