Fantastic experience: You will not be sorry if you choose Greater Therapy Centers – Alliance Physical Therapy center. I scheduled my surgery to reattach three of the four rotator cuff muscles in my shoulder and one detached bicep. My surgeon Dr. Howard Harris gave me a list of approved Physical Therapist who were trained to meet his specific protocol which was unique because the day after my surgery he started me on PT. I decided to research his approved PT Office list and do in person interviews with four offices from his list. After interviewing the clinical director DPT Preston Jones, I knew it was the place I was going spend the next 4 to 6 months rehabilitation my shoulder. Preston and his team took a real interest in making sure I was given the best chance for a full recover from my surgery. They kept me engaged in therapy with challenging exercises, explained why we were doing certain exercises and the muscles on which we were working. They provided me with home exercises to work on between office visits and made sure my therapy schedule was consistent. I was release from my Doctor after 4 months of PT because I had reached their accepted mobility goals, but I decided to continue for another 2 months. Charlene the office manager is the glue that holds the whole office together. She helped research insurance questions I had about my coverage, and she is happy and cheerful every day. Best of all she is working hard on her transition to become a true Texan so feel free to help her on her path. Caroline who is in school and getting close to become a licensed Physical Therapist is one of Preston’s most experienced assistants. Holley started working there toward the end of my recovery and she was a real stickler for you doing the proper technique when exercising because you can become lazy with your technique and not get the maximum benefit from the exercises. They are both fantastic assistants and they never had a bad day. There are a many Physical Therapy offices out there, but I am glad I decided to go to Preston’s office.

Fantastic experience: The staff at GTC are excellent at what they do. For my therapy, I was challenged every session to best improve my recovery and get me back to where I needed to be. Also, while session work is serious, each visit was kept light and fun and it was an absolute pleasure to recover under Preston, Blair and Caroline’s supervision. These folks will guide you and challenge you, but you have to put in the work to make everything click. You cannot go wrong here if you want to recover the right way

Fantastic experience: I don’t want to sound dramatic but thanks to Kirstein I am walking again after a really bad ankle fracture. She took me from a walker to a cane to regular walking with her therapy and home exercises. She is thorough, personable and has a great sense of humor. In fact the whole staff is just awesome and not only professional but easy to be around. If I need physical therapy again I will definitely be coming here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This physical therapy facility is in the little corner strip mall on the corner of N. Beach and Alta Vista road next to the 7/11. I've only gone here in the mornings and there is always plenty of parking with 2 handi-abled parking spots on that side of the building. The staff here are wonderful, from the people you meet at the front desk to the therapists and assistant that work at this facility. I have Kirstein as my physical therapist and she's kind yet firm and always comes up with ingenious ways for me to work my muscles in order to get them to function as they're supposed to. I will gladly use this facility again when I have my next surgery.

Fantastic experience: Blair and Sophia are patient and thorough. They provide thoughtful care with empathy. Blair assesses and will re-employment new exercises to overcome difficult maneuvers allowing for quicker rehabilitation. I truly appreciate the care I have received here

Fantastic experience: Sadly this isn't my first time at physical therapy. I have had several joints in my body replaced over the last 10 years. Luckily I have found Greater Therapy centers. This is my first joint replacement rehab at this physical therapy center and I must say it is the best by far. Kirstein is my therapist and she has been wonderful. She has been very helpful in pushing me to my limits and giving me plenty of exercises to work at home with. The rest of the staff at this facility is also very good. Hopefully no other joint replacement soon, but if I do I will always come back here.

Fantastic experience: I am a very happy customer with Greater Therapy, I should be after all this my second time around around using them. In reality this place is a happy place to be for therapy. Everyone is great and fun to be around and high energy. That is what you want when you are trying to get back up to being normal and getting back to work. Jad and his team are great listeners when it come to your pain as well. If I have a third time around I'll be back!.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the people in it. Making an appointment and getting help with insurance questions is top notch and always done with a smile. Jessica is a joy. My PT was Jad Chatila. He is a very sweet and caring person. Physical Therapy may not be the funnest or most comfortable experience but it really is with Jad. He sincerely cares about his patients and takes great care to ensure your comfort and progress. Now here I am 7 months out from shoulder surgery and I am again playing golf and able to do all the things I did prior to surgery. I attribute that, yes to my surgeon, but also could not have achieved it without Jad. Thank you thank you for making it a joy . Will honestly miss Jad, Jessica, and all the others there.

Fantastic experience: Our podiatrist referred us to Greater Therapy Centers Alliance due to the great results her previous patients have had. Our experience was nothing different. The Physical Therapist was very personable and did a thorough assessment of my child's issues. She explained everything in detail to my child and I. She came up with a plan that has really helped. The reception staff was very professional, personable and was very accommodating with our scheduling. Would definately recommend this office for any physical therapy needs you may have.

Fantastic experience: This is going to sound like a paid ad for Greater Therapy Centers but I assure you I have no affiliation with them whatsoever other than as a patient. I had an accident mid-year this year which resulted in needing one and one-half months treatments in physical therapy. I’d never had PT for anything before in my life so therefore had no real expectations. To try to make a long story short, I was amazed at the improvement I made with the guidance of Tori Lopez, the clinic manager. Results easily exceeded expectation both in pain reduction and final results in body movement. Tori gently led me while quickly adapting to any changes with me. I can’t recommend her clinic enough!! I could write lots more, but I think you get the drift. :) P.S. It's located BEHIND (around the corner from) the 7-11!!
