Fantastic experience: The therapists- Steve, Noah, and Erin are all absolutely wonderful! Having a major injury can be life changing, and the staff are all so uplifting and kind. It was evident after just one visit that they truly care about their patients and have a passion for what they do. Steve and Noah are hilarious, it makes what normally wouldn't be a pleasant experience fun and light hearted. Steve usually works on me, and I tell him all the time he has magic hands. He knows just how far to push you, where it's still challenging, but not more than you can handle. I broke almost every bone in my arm and have severe nerve damage. This group of talented professionals have truly been a God send! Their front office manager, Natalie, is very sweet and helpful as well. Their prices are extremely fair and reasonable. If you are looking for a place to do physical therapy, I would recommend Core Rehab hands down.

Fantastic experience: I am a returning patient. Back in 2019 I noticed that I have two herniated discs in my neck. My surgeon informed me that without surgery, I would never fully recover. But as I was not ready to do it he recommended me physical therapy, I decided to take a chance on Core Rehab and met Steve. In just the first session, Steve was able to restore feeling to my fingers! It took me nearly two months to fully recover without undergoing surgery. Steve knew exactly what to do with my neck to make it feel better and return to normal. He knows human anatomy like the back of his hand. He told me Physical therapy is a complex process. Some days you will feel like you’re back to normal, while other days you may feel like you won’t get better. In October 2023, I had pain in my back which I had surgery about 15 years ago. This time my surgeon again recommended physical therapy. Steve did his miracle again. He taught me to listen to my body and voice my concerns to him that really knew what I was going through. Communicate with me! I am thankful that I have such a wonderful Physical Therapy business near me in time of need. This place is unlike others, they don’t stick to just adjustments or neck/back traction, they work with you and listen to you on how to help you get better. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Core Rehabilitation in Keller. After battling with sciatica for two years, I decided to give physical therapy a try, and was referred here. Dr. Mitch was extremely thorough and patient with me, and we worked through several treatment modalities until we found what worked. At the same time, his unique sense of humor kept me in stitches…figuratively, not literally. I am glad to have found a physical therapist that I can work with, and who can work with me, and highly recommend this practice for your aches and pains.

Fantastic experience: I just finished going to Core Rehab after left shoulder surgery involving rotator cuff repair, bicep tendon repair, and removal of distal clavicle due to arthritis. I had the opportunity to work with several different therapists who were all excellent! They used several different modalities and lots of stretching and range of motion exercises to start, then progressing to strength training. I have full mobility and minimal to no pain. Ready to start back to doing archery again:) Thank you for all your help and encouragement at Core Rehab!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and understanding. I'm a born skeptic but they have made a believer out or me. It was my first injury and at 51 years old I have learned more about taking care of myself in a long time. Fantastic experience: I chose Core first because it is close to my house and second, I went to the shoulder workshop and was impressed that they give the information people need. However, I ended up having shoulder surgery. I am now doing physical therapy on my shoulder. Everyone here is very nice and knowledgeable from the front office to all of the therapists. I will definitely recommend this for anyone who needs PT.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Core rehab the first time I was in pain. In a week my back pain was gone at that time due to stroke on my right side I was not able to pick up a cup of coffee do dishes or walk up and down stairs at my house after 4 weeks I am doing every thing at the house Its a miracle. Fantastic experience: Love this place! I was apprehensive because I have no tolerance for pain. But they reassured me over and over again with their techniques, knowledge, and great bedside manner. The exercises work and all of the people I have worked with are making sure that I’m getting better by giving me exercises and tips to be better outside of physical therapy as well.

Fantastic experience: Joe was great. When I started PT on my shoulder I was in constant pain and had limited range of motion. After a couple of mths I was in almost no pain and regained most of my range of motion. He was great helping me build the strength in my shoulder muscles so that I did not have to have surgery. Fantastic experience: Core Rehab is amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My upper back had been in so much pain for months and wasn't able to move around very well. Steve and Mitch worked hard with needling, laser and strength training. They were always willing to work around my schedule. I am now stronger and have full range of movement than I had before. Fantastic experience: Highest recommendation! I came to my first session broken physically and discouraged mentally after a serious calf injury I suffered while running. The staff at Core Rehab is the only reason I got better. They truly care about each patient as a person. They sincerely want to see you get past your injury and they tailor the therapy to you as an individual. All the staff are true professionals who are great at what they do, from the front desk to every physical therapist. When I first came to their office, it had been four months since my initial injury. I had not been able to return to the normal activities I used to do and could not even jog slowly through a crosswalk without pain. I had gone to several doctors, spent a lot of money, and gotten nowhere. I wondered if I would ever be able to do everyday activities again without pain, let alone run 30 miles a week and compete in races like I used to do. The Core Rehab staff used a variety of therapy methods to ensure I improved. Their techniques included manual manipulation, dry needling, cupping, laser, and scraping in addition to what seemed like countless creative varieties of exercises that improved my strength, balance, and dynamic movement. They had a great feel for when my body was ready to accept a new challenge and they also knew when to modify an activity if they thought it was too much for me. Fantastic experience: Core Rehab is the best place for any kind of physical therapy! I can vouch for that! I had to drive 30 mins to Keller to get to this place for my therapy, but I had no complaints and the reason being they have the best therapists and my favourite being Steve Biorn. The staff is also very courteous! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs PT. You enter this place in pain and come out a new person!

Fantastic experience: I had surgery to repair a torn bicep tendon. I started my PT in early January. I had the good fortune of being referred to Core Rehab. From the first visit, I knew I had found the right place for my rehab. They were very compassionate and had my total recovery and rehab as their main focus. I was very fortunate to spend time with Scott and Noah. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable and true professionals. Last, but certainly not least, a big thank you to Madison. Fantastic experience: I started my rehab from double knee replacements at Core just 2 weeks ago and can already feel how much stronger I am. Working with Kim and Noah, I have learned about how to stretch and strengthen my knees. They know just how hard to push you but never go too far. They genuinely care about you getting better. I actually look forward to my rehab visits at Core.

Fantastic experience: I saw great results at Core Rehab! I have arthritis and not much cartilage in both knees, which limits the range I can bend my knees. Steve used a variety of techniques to dramatically improve my mobility, and the range I can bend both knees. All of the therapists at Core Rehab are friendly, knowledgeable, and want to see positive improvement in their patients. I highly recommend their practice to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I have been in PT at Core Rehab for 2 months. When I started, I had extreme spasms, weakness and pain from 3 falls. Dry needle therapy proved to be very effective in reducing and even eliminating muscle pain/spasms, even after 1 treatment. Kim has been a joy to work with and I am consistently improving weekly. I will make Core Rehab my first choice any time I may need physical therapy and would highly recommend them. Great skill, great staff!

Fantastic experience: Core Physical Therapy Team is amazing. I had a lot pain in my neck from a mountain bike injury but Dr Hay and Dr Fritch have figured out how to fix me - no surgery (like others said I needed)! First visit instant pain relief. I feel like it was a miracle no lie! I can run again no pain, look over my should, basically have full functionality back. I can’t believe I would of been in pain my whole life if it were not for this team. After years of suffering, it is simply unbelievable. Life changing and I thank them every visit. So lucky to have found them! I choose to go every few weeks because I am too afraid of the pain coming back! I don’t think it would but I come anyway because the treatments are magical and the Dr’s help me maintain a good routine to keep the pain gone hopefully forever, so why not! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Core Rehab! The staff that I have worked with are incredible, they have lighthearted personalities and each of them have an amazing sense of humor! Even with all the laughter, they push me to work hard and reach my limits while still being 100% cognizant of my pain or discomfort. I have learned a lot about my pain and how to manage it outside of the office, which is what I appreciate about this practice. They teach me how to do things on my own so that I can feel good all week, not just for a few hours after my appointment. They specialize in customer service. Even when I arrive a few minuets early to my appointments, they acknowledge me and check on how I'm feeling compared to our last visit. Overall, I have only had a positive experience here. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Core Rehab to anyone. I injured both of my legs and my knee. I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome AKA really bad shin splints. Prior to getting badly injured I tried everything and every suggestion from "experienced runners." Once diagnosed I received physical therapy at Premier Rehab Physical Therapy. It was clear they were unfamiliar with this injury and treated it the same way I had already been trying to treat it. Switching to Core Rehab made all the difference. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly more experienced. I finally started to experience pain relief and felt like I was progressing toward healing and getting back to not only being able to work again, but back to the physical exercise and activity I was used to. They really listen to you and adjust treatment as necessary to help you. I'm so grateful and thankful for their help.

Fantastic experience: Core Rehab was recommended by a friend for an old injury. From the time I set foot in the door, Steve and staff made me feel at home. After 5 years of difficulty with my lower back and hip and a year being unable to play soccer, the results of dry needling were immediate and dramatic for me. I am back to playing and am pain free. Fantastic experience: As a future physical therapist and patient myself, I have visited three different PT clinics at Fort Worth area for treatment and for observations. I spent at least three weeks with each clinics, extensively witnessed how the therapists treated the patients and how the patients' conditions improved. The therapists at Core Rehab are the most knowledgeable and skillful, who genuinely cared for their patients. Every one of their patients' condition was improved effectively. I am so impressed with Core Rehab, I now recommend this clinic to all my friends who need treatment.
