Fantastic experience: After researching 4-5 places nearby, I actually decided to drive from Jersey Village here. The folks here are great and I look forward to my sessions. God forbid you ever need rehab, but it's the place to go.

Fantastic experience: John West provides great care with attention to detail. I had issues with my shoulder after an injury involving breakdancing. Within the first assessment, the therapist identified my issue and worked on mitigation. The routine and exercises they put me on targeted the core issue and within my 10 appointments, the pain mostly went away. Each appointment started with a massage and transitioned into exercise. The exercise was to strengthen and increase mobility to my shoulder. The professionals were very kind and treated me with care and compassion. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. There were no problems with arriving late or insurance that I have seen other reviews for.

Fantastic experience: The professionals at John West are amazing. They were able to determine immediately what had happened with my right leg when I fell. Today I no longer need my medication for the pain since my right leg is healing. My neck is also improving. I love the help I receive from Rico and Blake. They also have Amanda and Katy who can help. You will find them to be helpful to you. Choose John West for your physical therapy.

As a chronic pain patient for nearly ten years I have seen my share of facilities, and John West is part of the best. If you use the aqua therapy program be sure and request John P. John is an excellent therapist who is very attentive to his patients condition, welfare and physical improvement. He is by far the most receptive therapist I have used to date.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the Aqua Therapy at John West. This is the third time I've needed PT over a period of about eight years and this is my best experience yet. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and work with you in both scheduling and billing. There is an physical therapist dedicated specifically to the pool (also named John) who understands the different needs of patients in the water. Safety and attention to detail is practiced every single session and the atmosphere in the pool area is positive and friendly - but also non intrusive. John monitors, communicates, corrects if need be and encourages you every step of the way. Not only does he help you learn, but he explains what's happening to your body in a way that makes you want to work the right way, to not just get through it. If you're having a particularly "sore" day, John will take into account your needs and adjust accordingly. This is definitely the best place to have aqua therapy.

Fantastic experience: This is a very diverse clinic that offers excellent physical therapy and rehab. Great service and I felt comfortable returning there for my appointments. Also the staff there seem very caring and answered all my questions in a meaningful and concerned manner. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Great rehab facilities. I was sent to rehab after falling and straining my groin at a Larping competition. Several visits and I was back to Larping in no time.

Positive experience: I enjoy my new aqua therapist! There have been problems in the past when my boyfriend completed his therapy but seems to be better for me. My personal experience is that their therapists are caring and helpful. The billing dept may not share the same loyalty and ethics, but still a good place to go.
