Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and knowledgable. This is my second week in therapy and it's clear I made the right choice. Every session the therapist is always conscious of my comfort level and they take time to explain each step of rehabilitation so that I'm educated and informed in terms of my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Had an accident this year and thankfully we were referred to Criterion Therapy Center! Not only is the clinic neat and clean, Dr. Nusom & the staff are also one of the greatest, they are all about true genuine patient care & gave me the assurance and peace of mind I needed. Wouldn’t be able to survive this whole thing without Dr. Nusom, Brandon and Ms. Darlene.

Fantastic experience: The facility is immaculate! No crowds or long waits ,individually attended, every call is answered and all requests are meet. Brandon does a great job especially being that I come with a crew I honestly couldn’t ask for more or be happier! And Ms.Darlene I was referred to her by a friend I love her she goes above and beyond! She has been on my side meeting my every need and more! Over All great Welcoming space and Absolutely amazing care!

Fantastic experience: Refused me of my records from them because my doctor requested them and they never send them and this not how you treat pass patients I use to thing the same thing you are think but now I’m confused because of them .

Fantastic experience: Brandon is amazing on my bestie Tammy (Emma Myles). Since her accident she is smiling after her PT appointments with Brandon & staff there because of the excellent relief she is feeling from her automobile accident injuries. I’m so glad she’s feeling better with therapy versus taking medications.

Therapist Darlene when I first spoke with her I knew I was in the right hands. Very professional and caring people in this office and I love them to pieces!!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my time at therapy it is small but such a (homey feeling and cozy), peaceful, and friendly. Brandon does amazing with therapy as far as making you feel comfortable and calm. The doctor is even nice and concerned any time I see her!! Please don't sleep on this BEAUTIFUL BLACK business.

Fantastic experience: This place is a place of dignity,love and respect for human body.I I have been in several wrecks in the past few years of my life and I've never experienced this type of treatment this type of treatment is so sweet and gentle that these people hit every spot that was hurting I recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience: Me and my husband highly recommend Criterion for your therapy needs we attending after our wrecker and the staff have treated us marvelous. They are very attentive, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about treatment. Massages are to wonderful love them I give two thumbs up

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have to seek physical therapy from a car accident and Criterion Therapy has taken great care of me. They have treated me with respect since day one. What I love most is that they worked with my schedule, so if that’s something that you need, just be honest with them and they will work something out. Therapy was also great, it wasn’t the same thing all the time, the therapist is friendly and easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here a few weeks now and they have taken great care of me every time. I feel comfortable with the therapy they do in my back. Best time to come in a little after their lunch after 1pm. They have a first come first serve basis after a few scheduled appointments.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I was in a car accident and my pain was unbearable but since I've been here there has been improvement to where I can walk more confident and less worried of taking the wrong step and hurting myself even more. Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! I was in a bad accident Sep 2019 and my recovery was slow to start due to my injuries but they remained patient and took the time to work out the best plan for me. The Dr was also very tentative to my case and would follow up on my progress after my many off site doctor visits including two back injections. They had a whole network that put me in touch with a great lawyer as well that handled my case. I had someone I could contact at all times to also help with my car accident, too. I hope I am never in a car accident again, but if I am, then I will no doubt recover well this amazing staff.
