Fantastic experience: I had bilateral hip replacement (both hips done on the same day), so getting good physical therapy and sticking with it was vital to a good recovery. Jackie and the rest of the staff at Select PT took great care of me. They are smart, well-informed, and professional, as well as warm, friendly, and very nice. They almost make being tortured enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: It is a lot larger than most, one large room with all the equipment needed to help. Staff is well trained. It works! Try it.

Fantastic experience: I went to Select PT for tendinitis in my elbow and a small rotator cuff tear. The staff is always pleasant. The receptionist Tanya was extremely polite when I called to make my initial appointment and is the same each time I arrive. More importantly, my therapist, Stacie is THEE bomb dot com. She is patient and consistently asks if I’m okay. She has superb bedside manners, which since Covid, has become vintage in the medical field. There is already much improvement in my arm after just 3 weeks. If you select this location, ask for Stacie

Select Physical Therapy has seemingly provided pain reducing results with rather simple exercises. The therapists I have as my trainers and those I have deserved seem extremely kind, considerate knowledgeable a flexible in crafting their care plan.

Fantastic experience: As a life long exerciser and 11 year Rugby player I've recovered from my share of injuries, so I was skeptical of Physical Therapy. With Covid now is not a great time for "elective surgeries" so I tried it, hoping for some relief for the herniated disks in my neck and right shoulder osteoarthritis while waiting for things to "calm down". No miracle, it confirmed that what I was doing on my own was basically "right" although Thu Mai showed me some subtle improvements to what I was doing and showed me a few new exercises and stretches where my instincts were incorrect and I should not avoid these type of motions. Its been worthwhile and I've learned some good things to better help me get through the day. I've got a few more sessions left and expect I'll learn a few more things that will help.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice and friendly here. Thu is my PT and she is wonderful. Easy to work with through my physical issues. Very calming and good communication skills. The receptionist is great as well. The location is just off Fannin in an old strip mall, easy to get to from the 610 south loop.

Fantastic experience: Five stars, and I would give more if I had the option. Kristen McKenzie is a solid, knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. She will push you, but never to the point that is unbearable. Kristen wants you to heal quickly so you will feel better and can return to your normal activities as soon as possible.

Kristin McReynolds, PT was a very kind and intelligent PT, very good at diagnosing problems and also offered targeted therapy for my needs which really helped relieve my symptoms and develop confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience from check in to departure. The ladies at the front desk was very personal and welcoming. Pamela Penn was my PT and she explained step by step what she was doing and why. It's very important that you complete the pre-work before you arrive, my check in was so easy and little to no paperwork to complete upon my arrival. Great experience and I would recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone.

She is also very patient, and spends sufficient time to assure that I understand the exercises that she directs me to do. I am completely satisfied. The location is easy to get to, and parking is very close and easily accessible. I highly recommend this group and location.

Fantastic experience: This is probably the only physical care I've ever received that I would rate 5 stars and recommend to someone else. I've been to this location for two different issues within a 4 month period and have had Chrissy as my therapist. She is extremely friendly, patient and caring. When she knows I am in pain or not progressing like I should, her empathy seems genuine and she adjusts the session as needed. She also takes an interest in my personal life and actually remembers the things I bring up in conversation. I also appreciate that she explains what she is doing, why and what her plans are both short and long term for me. The other aspects of the clinic... The front desk check in and check out is pretty effective. Both Mary and Keisha move as quickly as they can when there is a crowd. The facility itself is kind of small and when it is crowded it is difficult to share equipment, but the therapists do a good job of accommodating everyone. The other therapists are also friendly and will kindly step in when needed if my therapist is with another patient.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful clinic, where you get all the attention you need, professional evaluation by a friendly PT, list of exercises to perform at home. Most importantly, your concerns and questions are taken seriously, you feel support and compassion. My condition greatly improved, and my routine has been adjusted in the process. Fantastic experience: Before taking physical therapy serious, I was treating the pain with meds, topical pain creams for months without relief. I didn't or wouldn't make time to go to pt. I guess I kind of lost hope after being given the as we get older speech.....After the first visit at this location I felt better. The treatment and support I'm receiving is helping me recover and I'm in a lot less pain. Good people, good location, free parking, close to med center. Howard knows his craft.
