Fantastic experience: Lake Houston PT is Amazing! I had severe injuries and was bed ridden for 10 mos. In that time my health deteriorated and was in rough shape. Petina at the front desk is amazing! Warm smiles and Hello Roger when I walk in. Pt J and Taylor were amazing. They got me believing in myself again to rehab my leg. It was a long tough Journey however they knew exactly how hard to push to get a good workout in without overdoing it. They were more than just PT, they treat you as family. They also helped me with my mental state as it took a hit from being laid up so long. I would recommend anyone I know go here including my family. The care they provide is like none other. If it were not for th we m I would not be walking they way I do today. For them doing this for me I am forever greatful. This was a workers comp claim. If you have ever dealt with their insurance it is a Huge pain! Lake Houston Physical Therapy fought for me to get the correct care after insurance wanted to stop. Fantastic experience: Taylor is an amazing person to work with. Jonathan will push you pretty hard. Betina will make sure she has you on schedule whether you like it or not. Great atmosphere, clean, and organized.

Fantastic experience: LHPT has been great for my daughter’s recovery. She went through extensive ankle surgery and the PT has improved her mobility tremendously. She’s on her way to % recovery. Special shout out to Jay, he’s very knowledgeable, fun, and very personable and also to Ms. Patina for all her help with scheduling and the candy.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Lake Houston Physical Therapy is awesome! From the first day I went in with severe pain in my back they gave me hope that it will get better. They delivered on that! A big thank you to Jonathan, Kiara and Lauren for their friendliness, expert knowledge and support through my rehabilitation!

Fantastic experience: I had a surgical repair for a full thickness rotator cuff tear, bicep tenodesis and some age related issues of my shoulder. I started coming to Lake Houston Physical Therapy about 4 weeks after the surgery while I was still in the sling and have continued my PT with them for over 3 months now. I was Extremely apprehensive about what the PT would entail and frankly was afraid my arm would pop off (if you’ve had or have this issue you know what I mean). However, the Physical Therapists here have been very caring and patient all the while strengthening my shoulder and helping my range of motion greatly. It is an enjoyable experience to have this guided exercise and a tremendous physical (and mental) relief to regain my ability to function without pain. The Physical Therapists at this location, Taylor and J are outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable in their profession and are very encouraging and amiable to be around. They assess each patient as to their needs and abilities. In addition to Taylor and J they have their assistants; Kiara and Lauren, who are fantastic and always watchful as to your progress. And finally, there is Batina, who is a joy to converse with, as she runs the front desk, does all the insurance paperwork and scheduling. The facility is a large area, and their cleaning protocols ensure it is a safe and healthy environment. I still have a way to go, but I am thankful that I have Lake Houston Physical Therapy as my partner throughout my journey to full recovery. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am PT student who just completed a 12-week internship at this location. Taylor, J, and Betina are all lovely people to work with, and I only have good things to say about my experience. I feel like my clinical reasoning skills improved greatly by being around Taylor and J.

Fantastic experience: It's nice walking inside the front office and receiving the warmest smile and hello from Patina at the front desk. She also gave me a much needed laugh when she did an unexpected disco dance across the room. My PT J (who has a contagious smile) as well as Dr Andrews has shown me so many beneficial ways to do exercises to heal as well as do going forward. I never knew Physical Therapist's knew so much about the body. The clinic is kept clean with plenty of room to spread out. All of the beds, pillowcases, mats and equipment are continuously , wiped down and cleaned They make it fun being there. Make sure you listen to your Physical Therapist J and Dr Andrews and don't forget to listen to Patina at the front desk, Lake Houston physical therapy and you will feel so much better!

Fantastic experience: I was a student intern at Lake Houston Physical Therapy and I cannot express with words how great this clinic is! Ms. Betina at the front desk is very friendly and eager to meet new patients! Dr. Taylor and Dr. J are both highly skilled physical therapists and genuinely care about the well being and recovery of their patients! It was always a fun time being at the clinic! Fantastic experience: I worked here as an Intern from February to May of 2023 and I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. Dr. Taylor and Dr. J were extremely professional, friendly, and are always happy to answer any questions that arise during treatment. The way that they interacted with patients and helped people was truly a privilege to observe. And Betina at the front desk was always available to handle patient concerns (and brighten the clinic with a well timed joke or two!)

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the whole staff at LHPT. Professional at all times but also personable. They (especially Tyler working under Taylor’s supervision) got me back to full mobility after my kneecap fracture with gradual and careful—but increasingly challenging—exercises. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several Physical Therapists over the years for various knee/shoulder issues and this place is by far the best. You get excellent personalized care no matter what therapist you your working with. You get the feeling that they actually care and are passionate about their profession. Every one I’ve dealt with has been great from Megan to Taylor and currently working with Jay. They seem to only hire the best and everybody communicates with each other. If it wasn’t for this place I don’t know if I would’ve made it through work the last couple of years.

Fantastic experience: The BEST p.t. experience I have had. Professional but not stuffy. Always a good atmosphere when I go and Taylor is wonderful and highly skilled. Betina is always helpful and you can tell she really cares about the customers and their experience.

Fantastic experience: We were so happy to meet the staff here! Bettina is the front desk person and she made us feel very welcome. Always smiling! Miss Taylor was my physical therapist. She explained what she was going to do before she did it and why. She was very gentle and caring. We also had Mr. Jay for a physical therapist. He was very thorough and caring. Always ready to joke! Very relaxing atmosphere. Even the students were very knowledgeable and kind. It's the best place! My knee is lots better and I can do more than I ever thought I could. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent, courteous care and great results! Taylor and her highly qualified associates guided my return to health after 5 ankle surgeries and eventual ankle replacement. She even detected the early onset of an infection bf my doctor. She is an expert at determining the source of pain and what stretches or exercises relieve it. And magic hands! Go here for all your PT!!!

Fantastic experience: They have been providing my son with excellent care. The therapists are all so polite and caring and really listen to your issues. Ms Patina is a great help with understanding all insurance questions and has a lot of patience.

Fantastic experience: This facility is great, from the receptionist to the physical therapists, Betina the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I have worked mostly with Jay(shout out to him, he's GREAT!) Then there is Taylor the other physical therapist, always helpful, smiling & friendly. They also always have students that there teaching, nice to see that. I would gladly recommend anyone to come here.

Fantastic experience: When I had my shoulder surgery, I thought it would feel better after surgery. My first visit was first week in July. The PTs working there seemed so focused on each patient they were working with. Communication between them was to pass on progress to other PT to see if they agreed. Charles and Phu were co-op students but it took me a week to learn this. They had been taught how to get patients to work harder so I didn’t really see them as students in, more at PT techs just starting out This place has helped me so much and I am glad the were able to get me moving in the right direction

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Lake Houston Physical Therapy. Betina (receptionist) was very helpful with the insurance side of things and got back to me quickly on what the payments would be. Taylor and her team are extremely professional and compassionate with their clients. They are always positive and encouraging as you are working towards wellness. During each session they were good at making sure my questions were answered. When I completed all my sessions they made sure I had the tools to use at home. Fantastic experience: My experience was amazingly overall, right when I walked in I felt comfortable when Betina (front desk) greeted me with a warm smile. She was able to handle all my accommodations for appointments and helped me with insurance issues. The therapist Taylor and Jay are amazing! They are able to explain things in a way that I was able to understand without all the knowledge of anatomy. They took into account what I wanted to get back to and they implemented them into my treatment program. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any aches or pains. Fantastic experience: First of all the secretary is very nice. She tries to accommodate you on the date and time that I choose. She always has a smile and a warm welcome. Mr Jay. Is an awesome PT. He is very concerned about his clients. I love working with him he is very attended with a big smile on his face. If I had to do pt all over again I would ask for Mr Jay. Overall everyone are very professional and very kind the clients.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here! They are very helpful and I was back on my feet in no time. Insurance was giving us a hard time and they stayed with it to make sure I got my final sessions to ensure I could get in the physical therapy I needed for my foot so I could walk. Please consider going to them if you ever need physical therapy! Taylor is the director and she is patient, kind, and awesome with her staff!

Fantastic experience: Started therapy after surgery of my broken wrist. Had minimal movement when I got there. Taylor, my physical therapist, put me on a path of recovery in little time. Worked to strengthen my arm from shoulder to wrist. Taylor’s professionalism and knowledge as a therapist encouraged me to strive for improvement every week. The staff, from receptionist, other therapist and interns made my daunting experience a motivational one. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Ive been to allot of different physical therapy centers and lakehoustonPT was hand down the best I’ve ever been to. I got out of the military due to a messed up back and I couldn’t find help anywhere. Was actually taken off the schedule while on active duty because I “couldn’t be helped”. The team here has me feeling 1000% better. And on the days I’m having a hard time they have helped me build a great toolbox to be able to get myself back on track from home. THANK YOU ALL!

Fantastic experience: Hi highly recommend Lake Houston Physical Therapy. When I called to make my appointment, the Receptionist was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When I went in for my appointment, the Receptionist was very friendly, courteous and made you feel welcome. My Physical Therapist was great! She ask questions regarding my injury so that she could understand how my injury happened. She answered all of my questions. She did some therapy while I was there and provided me with exercises to do at home. She was very compassionate. She made a plan for us to repair my injury the best that we could. She was extremely patient with me. She took her time with me and wasn't just trying to rush me out as though I was of no importance. I could tell that all of her patients are important to her. I'm truly grateful that I was able to find them for my physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Megan, the physical therapist is beyond helpful with her patients and pt students. She treats her patients very well with getting them to their goals. Tiffany at the front desk, is also helpful with the patients. Being an intern, I appreciate Megan’s teaching and I was able to learn so much about physical therapy. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Lake Houston PT is very friendly and helpful. Amy and Harmony are very knowledgeable and observant. They listened to and addressed my concerns and goals. They showed me how to do the exercises and made sure that my form was good and that I was doing them correctly. I saw definite improvement after several sessions. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Lake Houston Physical Therapy has been incredible. Day 1 I was in tears when being evaluated because I was in so much pain. Fred worked with me 2 days a week for 6 weeks and I’m pain free and have resumed all activity that I haven’t been able to do in years. I can’t recommend this place enough. Fred is super personable and and extremely knowledgeable. I always looked forward to my appointments, appreciated the exercises and being pushed JUST enough to see what my body was capable of. I was sad when I was finished with therapy! I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: I love Lake Houston PT. I have been there twice now, for two different issues over the course of 3 years. Both times, I have experienced profound improvement of my injury, while being treated with utmost professionalism. The PT I most recently have visited, Fred, knows all the latest findings and developments on the most effective PT techniques, which elevated the level of treatment. While this is a smaller facility, don't let that detract from the fact that they are stellar. Also, must comment that Alexia at the front desk makes every visit so pleasurable and easy; I looked forward just to seeing her smile when I visited! :-)

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy place I have ever been to! I spent 3-4 months in physical therapy at Lake Houston Physical Therapy. From the very first day they made me feel as if they had known me forever. I liked the fact that it was a smaller facility so they had plenty of time to work with their patients. Fred was the therapist I saw the most. He was awesome! He was so friendly and took time to explain things and work with me. He was very knowledgeable. I never knew what I would be doing each time because he always added something new to challenge me. The other therapists I saw were also wonderful. They were so friendly and took time for me. The first person you see when you walk in is the receptionist Alexia. She always welcomes you with a smile. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My Dr. sent me to Lake Houston for shoulder therapy. We started with Aquatic Therapy first and then moved into the Clinic The staff encouraged, motivated and challenged me as I worked through each step. I highly recommend them for both type of therapy. I would personally like to thank each of you for a job well done. Because of the work and the suggestion you gave I was able to return back to work sooner then expected.
