Fantastic experience: Definitely the best Physical Therapy facility there is in Jacksonville! Dr. Joanna and Dr. Kirsten will make you feel comfortable while doing exercises that can help you for a lifetime! Also, such a perfect location.

Fantastic experience: Joanna and her staff at In Motion were true lifesavers for me. I was in a really bad golf cart accident that resulted in severe injuries and 3 surgeries to my left leg. The care and exercises provided at this facility were top notch. My surgeon could not believe how quickly and well I recovered.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Frantz and her team are the best in Jax. They're currently helping me get back to 100% from my ankle surgery. I'm almost back to running sprints and being active again. They're a well respected team and they get the job done.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent recovery from both knee replacement surgery and labrum/rotator cuff surgery with In Motion Physical Therapy. The staff is excellent and while pushing you to recover they are very aware of your pain threshold. I found it a perfect place to get back my mobility and range of motion.

She manages the balancing act of being a great boss and a great doctor (and a great mom!) so gracefully, and is an inspiration to both the patients and the staff. The informal office environment and personal attention and care encourage friendly, open relationships with the patients and staff, like a big family. I love it here! ☺

Fantastic experience: InMotion is the fountain of youth. Dr. Frantz (Joanna) and Dr. Heath (Kirsten) are doing that which Ponce de Leon only dreamed: giving back strength and youthful energy, yet the fountain is intelligently directed physical therapy. Prior to 40yo, I played Div.1 college soccer and ran a few triathlons and a marathon, and recovered fine. Now, post 40, I visit Joanna or Kirsten when that persistent injury aches, and their tune up works every time. Great place, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Joanna, Leah, and Wendy enough. They are awesome. I came to them with bad case of plantar fasciitis in my right foot. They listened to me as I explained the issue I was having and came up with a plan of action using a variety of techniques to not only get rid of it, but also to teach me how to manage it in the future. They're all great!

They were great about getting you in around your work schedule and for me the convenience of early morning appointments were great. I would definitely recommend them and I am really hoping I will be back with them for my post-op therapy as well.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Johanna by my doctor because of painful plantar fascitis. I had been in pain & limping for about 6 months. Initially I saw her or Wendy twice a week for rigorous massaging & exercises. After about 4 months I felt much better & stopped going at the 6 month mark. Both Johanna & Wendy were so caring, dedicated, & professional. The girls at the front desk kind & friendly. I highly recommend Fzyical to anyone who needs physical therapy or pain management. Just the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: This had been the Best place for me since I started with rotator cuff problems. After they taught me everything you can do with TMR (Total Motion Release , besides going 2 times a week I still continued to do the work at home. Joanna and Wendy are excellent in explaining what they're doing and why as far as your therapy is concerned. Both therapists are great!! I am very happy. Cathy

Fantastic experience: The staff is so kind and understanding. You can really tell that they care about you and want you to get better. The Rock Tape they use has been a life saver during grad school! Laser therapy has helped my TMJ immensely when I haven’t been able to have relief in years

Fantastic experience: Great experience. The Laser felt very good and had an effect on the pain issue when it was over. Also, the next day (I had my treatment late in the day)I experienced quite a difference in the pain level. I have been in pain (back and spine) for several years and this did make a difference. I will be signing up for these treatments. It really felt great not to have pain even for a day. Thanks to Fyzical Therapy and Dr. Joanna for giving me this opportunity to alleviate some pain.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frantz and her entire team at Fyzical. They really care about their patients and are committed to finding the best way to help each person. Dr. Frantz recently acquired a Class 4 Laser and it is AMAZING. It completely healed a wrist problem that I had been dealing with for months, and has completely fast-tracked recovery of a back injury. For an acute injury, chronic issue, or prevention I HIGHLY recommend everyone at Fyzical.

Fantastic experience: I had a partial palmar fasciectomy on Feb 5, 2019. After the stitches were removed I scheduled my time at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center. First session with Dr Joanna Frantz was amazing. She took so much time to find the “limits” to my range of motion and where the pain threshold kicked in. Then she worked my hand through different motions to increase flexibility and strength. Next sessions were with Dr Luize Rossanez. Between the tissue massages and increasing the range of motion, I left with better use of my hand after each visit. Both of these awesome Doctors made me work hard for the gains but at no time did I have any undue pain with what they did. If you have any aches or pains, I would highly recommend getting an appointment here and let them treat you!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fyzical periodically for the last few years for different sports related injuries. I have always had a great experience. The entire staff is very friendly and they are truly concerned about helping you return back to your normal everyday life. I have been to other physical therapy offices and the personal attention that you get at Fyzical is invaluable. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center.

Fantastic experience: My experience working with Joanna and Luize has been great. They are both incredible. They were crucial in getting me back to 100% after a recent broken leg. They helped push me to put in the work required to get better. They're great at keeping you accountable and setting goals for yourself. I honestly miss going twice a week just for the workout and because they are such a joy to be around. The office is in a great location. All of the office staff is super nice, and the hours are great. They were always very good at working with my busy schedule. Highly recommended if you are looking for a physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: They were fantastic at taking care of me and helping me feel better after a car accident left me with awful headaches and a messed up shoulder. It took a few treatments but their help was so much better than the pill routine that the neurologist was prescribing. PT with these caring professionals was the solution for me. I was back recently for their Laser Therapy to help my sore joints (my neck has been sore lately). The laser treatment was quick and relaxing, I kind of thought it was too good to be true. I felt amazing after the treatment though. I was sleeping more soundly and felt great after the session. The laser treatment really does work!

Fantastic experience: Very detailed and individual care during entire PT visit. PTs are very knowledgeable and caring. Here after my 2nd total knee replacement after recovering completely from my first thanks to Dr. Luiza!

Fantastic experience: Heard good things about this practice. Shanel went out of her way to clear up an insurance question regarding whether they were in or out of network. I had hip re- surfacing done out of state and just needed a 6 week evaluation done for surgeon. Dr. Louiza was kind, considerate, informative and helpful regarding the next phase of at home exercises. Really liked her gentle nature. My surgeon wants me to wait a few months on the physical therapy but I'm definitely coming back when able so I can fine tune and get back to some of the sports I used to partake in. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I heard about In Motion from a friend who had a knee replacement and had her rehabilitation with Dr Frantz. She had a fantastic experience and result. After I tore my meniscus and went to Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute, the doctor there prescribed physical therapy. I asked my doctor about in Motion, and he said they're great! I went for physical therapy and massage 3 times a week over the summer and into the fall. The results were fantastic, my leg is so much stronger and my walk so improved. I didn't need any surgery and that made me very happy! The staff and therapists there are professional and caring, making the visits enjoyable. I would recommend In Motion to anyone!
