Fantastic experience: JOI North - 12961 North Main Street - The therapist was attentive and dedicated to helping me improve my mobility and pain reduction. He was thorough with the exercise instructions. I had marked improvement by the time I finished my sessions.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in my JOI rehab at the North side clinic. They were on time and ready for me when I arrived. Genesis and Matt Paulus explained my injury in detail (in layman's terms) and helped me understand how to prevent a reoccurrence in the future.The treatment helped tremendously and they gave me very beneficial instructions and tips on how to continue my rehab at home. I will definitely recommend using them for rehab, and I plan to when I need treatment in the future.

Fantastic experience: My experience at JOI Rehab North has been AMAZING!! My therapist, Kim has worked wonders with my Frozen Shoulder. My range of motion is almost back to baseline after only about 6 weeks of rehabilitation. The staff is professional and friendly. Also the check in and scheduling process is seamless.

Fantastic experience: Genesis was my physical therapist for about eight weeks maybe a little bit more. He was phenomenal as I never thought my right shoulder would feel better again – my husband is now going to him for a frozen Shoulder on my recommendation. I will be having foot surgery sometime after the first of the year and hope that I can go back to him for the therapy that I will need as he was just 100% A+

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my third session, over 6 years, of physical therapy at JOI Rehabilitation Center North. This time my therapist was Justin Carmel. He listened to my concerns and explained exercises well. I enjoyed going to PT and the office staff was very accommodating to schedule my sessions with my availability. I finished my in office PT sooner than expected due to Justin's thorough explanation and careful eye on my form and print outs of exercises for home . I recommend JOI north for rehabilitation. Fantastic experience: I just graduated from rehab today, and I feel great! I had total knee replacement surgery in January, and I now have full movement of my leg, and I can ride my bike again. Enough about the results, I'm here to give kudos to JOI. Both the surgery and the rehab went off as smoothly as I could imagine. I had about a week of in-home rehab, which was good, but JOI really impressed me with their professionalism and great attitude. My therapist's name was Caitlin and I could not have had a better therapist. She has a great sense of humor and knows her job very well. I almost didn't want to finish rehab, because I liked it so much. After all, this is where I regained my motion. The staff is very friendly and the therapists work together well. I wish all the best to JOI, and especially Caitlin.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the entire team at this location. Everyone was professional, courteous and always showed care and concern during each rehab session. Janie greets you with a smile and works very hard to schedule your appointments and if there is any conflicts she resolves them right away. Genesis and Justin went over every exercise and would check on you during your session to make sure you were doing things correctly as well as encouraging you to make progress. They also wanted to make sure you were not in any excessive pain during your workout. Amelia did not work directly with me but was always there to help out when necessary with a cheerful attitude. My rehab was wonderful and I feel so much better after my knee surgery and rehab. The team made me realize how important it is to exercise and keep mobile to make my surgery a success. I would recommend JOI Northside to anyone needing rehab. It was a pleasure to leave there feeling healthier and the best I had felt in months.
