Fantastic experience: This was a most positive experience for me. Chris was exceptional in communicating our goals & how we would go about accomplishing them. He listened & offered valued suggestions. Amanda was also a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, patient & accommodating. Healthcare facilities & personnel have a lot to learn from Chris & Amanda at Brooks Balance!

Fantastic experience: Started with Brooks for a vestibular balance problem. This is a rehab that only handles conditions relating to hearing and imbalance problems. The therapists are highly educated and experienced. When I began my therapy I was persistently experiencing dizziness , imbalance and I was falling frequently. By the end of two months I had improved somewhat, but am nowhere near fully acceptable. I am still not living a normal life i.e. back to activities, exercise, walking, etc. my insurance company cut off my benefits and I am in the process of appealing that decision. I definitely recommend Brooks. The therapists are compassionate and supportive, but they really push you. It his is what you need in order to improve. If you have a balance issue, don't waste your time trying regular p.t. Go to Brooks...they are the best.
