Fantastic experience: So I’ve been coming here for a little over a month and have to say what a big difference. CHELSEA and her crew ARIANNA have been amazingly amazing at what they do. I saw hope after coming here: prior to coming here I was for just being cut opened and wripped apart but Chelsea taught me things can be fixed UNLIKE MY AGE (lol). Love the laughs too when being worked on. Makes my therapy even more fun. Thanks for providing such an amazing service for me and the entire community. You def can rebound in getting back in shape

Fantastic experience: Sadly, I've been to just about every rehab facility there is. Cora, Heartland, SE, Brooks, Cleveland Clinic, and true story, this is the best I've had. The have a lot of the same equipment you'll see anywhere but the pain management side was truly superb. Ice, heat, STEM, cupping, Graston, red light therapy, theragun, you name it. I've never been to a place that put so much emphasis on this part of your therapy and it's arguably the most important. Very friendly environment, your PTs will become your twice a week family. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to rebound for the last year for a variety of different treatments. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helped me with all of my ailments. From the physical therapist to the receptionist and all staff in between, Rebound ensures that the patient feels comfortable and their needs are met. The clinic prides themselves in personalized/professional care that will get the patient the best results. I couldn’t be more satisfied in my physical therapy experience. They also performed dry needling, laser, and chiropractic care outside of my normal care and all of these functions were a 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Neha, Chelsea, Riem and the team of assistants are so awesome. I went in for a shoulder injury, they showed me all the different exercises that I needed to do, massaged the area, used the Tens machine and ice, and even did a laser treatment. After leaving my shoulder pain has dramatically improved. They’re also very up front about the cost, so there are no surprises. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very well trained staff amazing so far the couple visits were very good. The receptionist she kept calling me and we finally got through to my primary care doctor and my insurance company and took care of everything so I can get in there and get my therapy. I am looking forward to returning twice a week for my therapy.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this this location is so friendly and awesome ; they do a great job caring for the needs of their patients. They are concerned about my pain levels and work hard to making me feel better before I leave my appointments. They talk with me throughout my physical therapy each step of the way and make sure I’m doing my exercises correctly; I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to do physical therapy! I have been going to physical therapy for many years in different areas of Jacksonville because my condition is chronic. Neha, Isabella, Chelsea, and Stacy are very professional, informative, efficient, and passionate with their work. This place has a fun, positive, and inviting atmosphere~ I like that the area is small so it does not feel crowded. The receptionist is nice as well. When I was five minutes late for the first time I got a call, which I appreciated. Thank you guys so much for helping me make a new home routine on my journey to coping with cerebral palsy.

Fantastic experience: I started getting my therapies for my knees and my neck back in March 3rd, been taking also therapies for my dizziness. Before came to Rebound Rehabilitation I went to other two vendors, one of them very famous, and the difference is huge. Since you walk the door Mrs. Christie welcome you with a very nice smile, she help you to going through al the paperworks process, Neha took great care of my conditions assisted with her amazing staff. They are all very professional, and you can see in them the passion for help you through the therapies. Also they keep the therapies rooms, tables, equipment and even the chairs spotless, they clean everything after each patient, if a patient use a band, they clean it, if a patient seat, they cleaning after the patients, if a patient use a weight or a ball, they clean it immediately after, if a patient laid in a table, they cleaning after the patient is off the table. They are are very nice and all of them can show you their big heart on the way they treat ALL the patients. I’m happy and satisfied that my doctors sent me to this office with excellent professionals.

Fantastic experience: I've only been for 2 sessions so far. Never thought my back would feel this good so soon. I've been to other physical therapist and I don't recall getting as much leg exercise. This must be the secret. Great staff!

The staff there is very helpful an understanding, able to speak comfortably about any problems or concerns an always have a guide to help your pain ! Neha was absolutely wonderful, every visit she would great with a smile making my visit comfortable an welcoming. Any pain she listen an always found a way to help relieve ! Overall, I must say the staff is absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere is very peaceful. An with the different covid protocols this place is by far the cleanest an comfortable I have visited. Fantastic experience: From the moment I came in and I had my first interaction with Christie I felt well taken care of and looked out for. The physical therapist at my new patient appointment took the time to go over my imaging with me and explain everything at a pace that I could understand. Every time I come to Rebound everyone makes a point to ask not only how my health is but also how I’m doing personally. In such a comfortable environment, it’s really easy to express where I’m at on my journey to recovery! Super thankful for how these people are taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: I am going for my 3rd appointment Today. The people are very friendly and professional. I was in an accident a year ago. I have gone thru pain medication over the counter and prescribed. I am finally feeling some relief from my leg and back pain. I have also had shots in my spine and they don't last. I have also been to chiropractors. They help some but not enough to relieve my pain very long. I would and have recommended these people to others. They make you feel like family.

They also helped me to find the local USPS station. My therapist, Nimah, demonstrated and patiently answered questions. looking forward to the process of improving my shoulder.

I had a lot of questions about all the paperwork to be completed but she was very patient, helpful and very informative . I was then introduced to Neha, my Physical Therapist. She also was very professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with her course of evaluation and proposed treatment. Neha, Krista and Isabella made my first visit to Rebound an exceptional experience not just because of their professionalism but their great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Fantastic experience: I was sent here by my company (Workman's Comp) to complete 12 weeks of physical therapy and laser therapy. Everyone in this office is extremely professional while maintaining an upbeat attitude. The friendly staff made it an absolute pleasure to get myself healthy and ready to get back to work.
