Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. I have been battling a chronic case of PF (plantar fascitis) and Lizzie was able to get me to a point that I can fully workout again. I'm actually going to miss seeing them every week! If you ever find yourself needed physical therapy, this is a great location. OH! And let's not forget you can also get a deep tissue massage. I had my first one ever with Emily, and am now making it a monthly treat to myself!

Fantastic experience: The staff and environment are among the best in the industry. Due to circumstances outside the responsibility of H2Health, I have been working with them through 4 shoulder surgeries, with the last being a total reverse replacement. And since then, I have had both knees and carpal tunnel on both hands/elbows. The team there has remained patient focused, and extremely kind; the staff are extraordinary professionals and I highly recommend their services. Buffie and Alex specifically cared for and provided exceptional assistance in my goal towards better health! ALL of the staff at the Phillips Hwy location are amazing; they are among the industry’s finest! A huge shoutout to Sheila - she is so kind and is the gateway to the program. My deepest respect for Sheila, Buffie, and Alex.

Fantastic experience: I came here after I injured my lower back during a deadlift. I was treated by Briana and Alex and they got me feeling much better after only a few weeks! They're fun to work with and I always looked forward to my appointments with them. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs physical therapy!

The therpists are tuned into many methods and exercises to help effectively heal you, closely tracking your progress and continuously analyzing your recovery. I highly recommend H2 Health.

Fantastic experience: My two therapists were knowledgeable and thorough. Therapy was very specific to my conditions, and when I had questions, they always patiently answered and explained. I looked forward to my sessions, and usually felt better by the time I left. Sheila was also personable, helpful, and efficient. Kudos to you all!

Fantastic experience: They have 2 of the best rehab specialist .This was my 2nd time and they always put your health first. Each one of my visits was a workout but never over due it. Always smiling ready to give you a workout.

Fantastic experience: I have had 6 visits and notice a vast improvement with my right shoulder (primary problem) and my neck. The exercise homework is challenging, also, but pain is greatly reduced and my range of motion is much improved. Ginger, Liz, and Buffie are the best!!

Tracey does her best with scheduling to your availability. Ginger and Buffy take time to evaluate and watch how you are responding to the protocol they have advised for you.
