Fantastic experience: Over the last twenty years, I have used Atlas a number of times for various sports and other injuries. All their physical therapists are excellent. They are knowledgeable, caring, and very talented at bringing patients back to healthy, active lives. They invest themselves in the success of each patient they treat. Thank you, Atlas!!

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Atlas to me, I was really impressed by the service I received! Alex was really cool and explained what went wrong as well as what I should do to help it. His direct treatments helped tremendously and his exercises for me to perform were fairly easy to understand. I really enjoyed how he took the time to listen to my problems too; even the ones that didn't relate to my injury!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter just completed ankle rehab and is back and ready for track season. I feel confident in the physical therapist and trust she’s in good hands. You can’t go wrong with any PT there. Highly recommend Atlas!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Atlas in 2018/19. Had 2 hip replacements. Adam Schoenberg was my PT guy and was excellent. Fast forward to Jan 2023 hurt my shoulder called Atlas and was referred to Leo Calderon. Fantastic. He was very attentive and had me doing at home exercises as well. Then went hiking in WA and my knee went out. Once again called Atlas and Leo was once again available and got me up and going within a month. I highly recommend Atlas Physical Therapy to anyone needing help after a surgery or injury. 10/10 in my book.

Fantastic experience: Before starting therapy at Atlas, I had a really bad case of medial epicondylitis which was interfering with everyday tasks and activities. Thanks to Leo and his assistant , my elbow is back to normal and feeling great. Leo was very knowledgeable, attentive, and overall a great person to work with. I highly recommend Atlas to anyone who is looking to start physical therapy, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I chose them over Brooks for my Hip therapy and Sophie Bargeron was very professional and personable. I felt like she cared about my situation, and was excellent at explaining the how to's and what for's. I am back to Running!!! My Daughter also had an awesome experience with them a year ago. The whole Crew deserves a huge shout out and kudos for jobs well done!

Fantastic experience: After my injury I lost a lot of hope that my life would get back to “normal”. But after I started therapy at Atlas quickly started to see otherwise. I’m so very lucky to be a patient of Dr. Sophie Bergeron, she has gotten me back on the road to full recovery. Positive vibes as soon as you enter the door. Great team highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I wish I went to Atlas the first time I injured my hamstring. It took me injuring it 3, went to see Adam and my road to recovery began. The facilities are top notch and knowing I was getting physical therapy from a place that specializes in sports injuries made me feel at ease. Adam set me up with a plan that we both agreed on, and was there every step of the way, even when I was discouraged with the rate of my recovery. He understood how important working out is to me, told me it would be a lengthy recovery, used different tools to get me to where I am today. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about ATLAS PT. My daughter is a full time gymnast, and she has been in ATLAS care for the last 3 years. We are forever indebted to ATLAS they have been absolutely incredible at keeping her in the gym. They are wonderful at working through injuries, preventing injuries, and keeping her with constant strength training for her sport. So thankful for the asset they have been to her gymnastics journey! Fantastic experience: I started seeing Adam at atlas for a frozen shoulder back in April. After just a few sessions my range of motion increased and I felt comfortable going back to the gym in a a little over a week. He was knowledgeable about the injury and the mechanics of the body. I’d recommend him to any of my friends and family and have already. :) Through Adam we heard about their Tork Performance training as well. My daughter is a high performance gymnasts who spends many hours in the gym. Through the years she has had plenty of injuries and aches and pains but most recently back pain. Adam suggested a strength and power program to enhance gymnastics performance by working on foundational movement patterns and mobility limitations. She was set up with Bronson and has completed the 6 week strength program thus far. Bronson helped her Learn proper form, control and breathing to enable her perform without pain. During this time she increased her lifting load in every exercise ranging from 25-150%. She enjoys showing up for the workouts and feels stronger and more prepared at practice. She just started the power portion of the training and we are both excited to see her advancements. Both Bronson and Adam are top notch!!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to everybody at Atlas Mandarin location. Everybody there is very nice and helpful with any issues. Leo is the man, and was a pleasure to work with and great guy to joke around and talk with as well. He really helped me and my recovery from a shoulder dislocation. Even years ago he helped my brother and mother, and they have nothing but great things to say about Leo as well. Would definitely recommend Atlas and Leo to anybody and everybody!!

Fantastic experience: Choosing Atlas for my physical therapy needs following my SLAP repair shoulder surgery was one of the best decisions I made throughout my recovery. Working with Leo and his outstanding team was an incredible experience. I would recommend this location of Atlas for anyone needing PT in the future. The knowledge the team has is just another reason to check them out. They were also extremely welcoming and fun to get to know. I always got a good laugh at each appointment. I left PT feeling comfortable enough to participate in my "pre-injury" activities and hobbies again; such as surfing, golfing, mountain biking, weightlifting and swimming. Overall, 5 STAR experience.

Fantastic experience: This is the place for you! At 26 years old I had my first surgery on my shoulder and I was terrified of the healing process. I was going through physical therapy for years before surgery with no improvement. I'm so glad my doctor referred me to Atlas therapy, out of three other clinics THIS ONE WAS THE BEST! Dr.John was awesome, patient and knowledgeable. He wanted to see me heal and become stronger but never made me feel rushed through our sessions. I can honestly say, I don't think I would have improved as much without him. All the staff are super friendly, the facility is clean and pretty flexible hours for appointments. 10/10 across the board.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Atlas are very friendly and considerate. The Therapists really worked hard to give me a plan that helped my discomfort and my schedule. I worked with several different therapists based on my scheduling needs and because of their notes they were able to continue my previous days regime without a change to my routine. The facility was very clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this facility and staff to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I love the attention to my individual needs. I started with Adam as a patient. I injured my shoulder while working out 3 years ago. Adam took me step by step from pre surgery to post surgery rehab. Since rehab completion over 1.5 years ago, I chose to join the wellness program. Adam and his team program my monthly program and tailor it to my fitness and strength goals. The Atlas experience has far exceeded my expectations!!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the care and professionalism I received while recovering from a right shoulder rotator cuff issue. Over the 5 month course of care, at 2 sessions a week, my mobility and strength have dramatically improved allowing me to continue additional therapy at home. Sophie is a credit to her profession, and if I ever need treatment in the future I would not hesitate to return to this location.

Fantastic experience: Dr. John Methven in the Mandarin location helped me overcome a 6-month running overuse injury in my back in just four weeks with specific exercises that strengthened my core and stability muscles! He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff worked well as a team. I would definitely recommend Atlas for a proper diagnosis and treatment program.

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience with Atlas, rehabbing after rotator cuff surgery. Appointment times were super easy to schedule and every single member of the staff was pleasant & helpful. My PT, Leo was very knowledgeable & encouraging, and he was especially patient with me since I had considerable anxiety about my recovery. He answered my many, many questions and gave me confidence about my progress. Will definitely recommend Atlas - and this location in particular - to others in need of physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this business; the staff is wonderful. I worked with John for 30 days. The exercises he directed me to complete worked out my issue. Before working with John my quality of life was diminishing due to a recurrent pain cause by my plantar fasciitis. Now I can use what I learned to prevent the issue to come back. Everyone was so pleasant; Tati’s bubbly personality is captivating; the few times I did get to talk to her while at the facility made my appointment feel as if it went by faster. This should not take away from any staff at the front desk; they were all very nice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Atlas. Did PT with Dr John Methven for a shoulder injury. Monitored my progress with range of motion and strength measurements. Given lots of different stretches and strength exercises based on my injury and feedback. Work hard and you'll see and feel the improvement. The entire staff was professional, personable and caring.

I originally began going to Atlas for an issue with my back and I'm very pleased with, and grateful for, the care received and the progress made due to the excellent therapy provided. Adam and the other physical therapists are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and personable. I always felt that Adam listened to my concerns, took what I said into consideration, and took the time to answer my many questions. I received such great personalized care, and was so pleased with the outcome, that upon completion of therapy I decided to sign up for the Wellness Program offered at Atlas. This program provides a personalized fitness plan/training schedule, along with great support from the staff and other wellness clients, to help individuals continue to work toward their fitness goals. I am really enjoying the Wellness Program and I've seen and felt great results in my overall health and fitness thus far. I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone I know!

Fantastic experience: If you’d like to feel better come to Atlas. I needed to Rehab from leg surgery (fractured tibia) and a dislocated elbow. Dr. Sophie is wonderful, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. They took me from a knee scooter, non weight bearing; to walking normally and feeling great. The rest of the staff is super warm and friendly as well. Absolutely recommend Atlas at San Jose Blvd. for your Rehab needs.

Fantastic experience: Atlas Physical Therapy is one of the best places to go to for therapy. Ben is very knowledgeable and has helped me significantly with exercises to help manage my chronic pain. He not only provided me with the proper exercises but he also provided me with education on why having an exercise routine is vital for my conditions along with encouragement to keep going and build strength. I have had such a great experience along with a significant decrease in pain. Ben is currently treating my daughter and she is progressing beautifully as well. I highly recommend them for all of your therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Atlas Physical Therapy is outstanding. The therapists are professional in every way, well trained and up-to-date with therapies to treat your individual condition. I sent to Atlas before and after my knee replacement and I attribute my complete recovery to the outstanding therapy I received. I am pain free and have great range of motion and even hiked in the mountains just a short time after "graduating" from therapy. I have recently received care for a shoulder problem and again was very pleased. I am thankful my physician sent me to Atlas because he felt confident in their expertise. During Covid lockdown I was able to have telehealth visits and since reopening I can attest to the fact that they follow all safety protocol. Just can't say enough good things about Atlas and the staff there.

Fantastic experience: Over the years beginning in 2013, Jeanette treated me for low back pain, both pre- and post surgery rotator cuff damage (twice) and golf elbow. She delivers results, not excuses. Jeanette is both professional and personable. She’s the best; five stars. I always highly recommend Atlas. Update - 2019 Since my 2013 low back and 2015 rotator cuff treatment I have been treated at Atlas for shoulder pain (other shoulder) and golf elbow. I'm just now finishing up PT for hip replacement. The results for all were excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Atlas for all your Physical Therapy needs. Kudos for Adam Update 2020 Once again Atlas has helped me out. This time with low back pain. Fantastic experience: Atlas PT are the best that I have ever dealt with. I am on my 4th ACL and have been to other rehab facilities. Hands down the group of Therapist at Atlas are amazing (especially Tom). They are all so very friendly, kind, patient and so knowledgeable to get you up on your feet safely and quickly. If I ever have to have physical therapy again I will definitely be going back to Atlas.

Fantastic experience: I broke my leg and tore my ACL skiing and was told I was going to have to have surgery with PT before and after. I have a history of chronic muscle issues and was not looking forward to the ordeal. My PT Adam S was awesome. He listened to my concerns, checked in to see how to each intervention worked and adjusted his approach to how my body responded. He quoted clinical data that backed up his approach which as a therapist I appreciated. He and Reed helped me to regain confidence in my body and my abilities and helped me to push through some tough setbacks. They helped to encourage me and taught me how to listen to and rest my body so in the end I could work out safely and independently. I graduated today with a left knee much stronger than when I started and I never had to have the surgery the doctors insisted was inevitable at the beginning. I trust them with my family members and recommend them to you too!

Fantastic experience: I dealt with a painful problem with my right arm for 6 months & was doing the wrong things to solve it until my doctor recommended that I go to Atlas. I’m so glad I did. After 5 weeks of PT, I felt much better and gained the knowledge I needed to continue on my own through my continuous training & races. Fantastic experience: I’d like to share the condensed version of my experience with Atlas Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. A year + ago, I was diagnosed with osteo-arthritis in the hip and was recommended to Atlas. Adam, Tom, Colby, Reed and the whole team worked with and on my hip trying to help avoid surgery. In the end, I still required a full hip replacement using the anterior approach. The next week, Atlas started working with me to get me up and going again. It’s been a great experience getting rid of the constant pain, getting strong again and working on endurance. It’s now been 3 months since my procedure and just wrapped up my physical therapy with the Atlas team and appreciate all that they did in my recovery. In short, this team is professional, compassionate about your well-being, and passionate about a healthy lifestyle

Fantastic experience: For my hip replacement I had gone to another source and was very disappointment by the "do minimal" attitude. Fast forward to knee replacement and I switched to Atlas, don't know well start to tell you about the Competence, Caring and Compassion. Thanks for making a trying time so much easier. I have gone to them for years, for anything from back issues to neck rehab to recovering from knee surgery. Fantastic experience: There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Atlas. My daughter is a dancer and has had several injuries over the past few years that require PT. Since she is a frequent flyer, we have gotten to know the entire staff pretty well. In fact they have inspired my daughter so much that when she starts college in the fall she is heading down the path to be a Physical Therapist. It was their commitment and devotion to helping their patients feel better and get back to their normal routines that formed her decision. I am also blown away with their commitment to the athletes in our community. Whether it is participating in physicals at the high schools to assisting during practices/games they are there doing everything to keep these young athletes healthy.

I have been dealing with an ongoing ankle issue and through his testing and examination, Adam was able to pinpoint my problem in no time.
