Fantastic experience: Alexis is absolutely wonderful. She was always very mindful and attentive to my symptoms and kept me as comfortable as possible while I waited for my MRI and results. Furthermore, she was very accurate with her treatment in that my MRI findings aligned with the care she was providing all along. I'm very grateful for her kind heart and wealth of knowledge and highly recommend her for your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: H2 Health located at the Beaches was a good physical therapy group. The receptionist was super nice and always greeted everyone with a smile. The therapists always communicated well with me during treatment and were always asking how things were going.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL surgery on 01/07/22 inwas sent to H2 for physical therapy. I had PT Alexis and her student Sydney do my evaluation. Both listened with intent and had great bedside manor. They explained everything I needed to do and WHY we are doing it. PT Alexis recommended several items for me to make my physical therapy at home a better experience. I was so grateful for her. I have been going for about 3 weeks now and they still continue to treat me the same. I will recommend H2 beaches to anyone who needs PT.

Fantastic experience: I was referred for therapy here when shoulder pain developed after a surgery. Nothing was wrong with my shoulder before surgery and the sudden pain post surgery was scary. H2 helped me right away and I felt a little better everyday by using their exercises. They were gentle while scoping out the pain and the treatments they prescribed helped me. I’ve bought several of their tools online so I can use them at home. I hadn’t ever had a shoulder problem until this happened. I don’t ever want to feel that again. They fixed me up and gave me the kind of knowledge that will strengthen me and help prevent future injuries. Plus they have a great masseuse on site who can tailor your massage to your injury. Definitely a game changer for me and a solid recommendation to anyone who is considering coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for physical therapy for a few months. I injured my back so the healing process has taken some time. At first, the sessions were mostly stretches and different core engagement exercises. Now my sessions are more physically demanding and I can really notice a difference. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a enjoyable rehabilitation process.

Fantastic experience: Jen came into our gym to introduce our members to the benefits of Physical Therapy. She did an amazing job at explaining and breaking down all the different options of care for injuries. Once I scheduled an appointment at the Beaches location Alexis was very knowledgeable and really cared about working with me to fix the problem. She understands that telling someone to just "stop" doing something they love isn't ideal. I will always go back.
