Fantastic experience: This physical therapy group is honestly the best and most helpful PT group I’ve ever been too. Every one there including the front desk is always nice and helpful. The physical therapists Zach, Brad and Caroline are great and explain how each exercise helps. This is also the first Physical Therapy group that I have ever been to that literally will do the extra help. After your exercises are finished Zach works on my back, using his chiropractic expertise and he also explains to me what muscles affect the issues that I’m having. For many years I’ve had issues with my spine and my arthritis. I’ve had two surgeries on my spine and still had problems. Going to this physical therapy group has helped me immensely. I am getting better every week, which is more than I can say from any other Physical Therapy group that I have been to.

Fantastic experience: Fleming Island location...only has the office staff been patient while other docs took front seat, but my therapist actually listened to my concerns and the lack of help or professionalism I received a few years back. Its nice to know that with the being on this side of medical care, that there are people who put you (me) 1st and not their wallet. Please give them a chance because I did and I've had other therapist in the past at different places. They will listen from the phone call, billing and health info to your personal concerns in your healing journey.

Fantastic experience: I came here when after my auto accident with severe back pain and I came and they worked me back into working shape. There were times I wanted to quit and stop doing it but they wouldn’t let me. Appointment times to work around any schedule and they were very flexible with my rescheduling issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I went to Rebound last summer and fall. When I first went there I could barely walk from back pain. After 6 weeks of therapy I was pain free and on an exercise routine to remain pain free. Unfortunately I injured my back again in November. (Different injury) I was so happy with them that I asked my doctor to refer me again. It’s only my first week, but I am confident they have me on the right course.

Fantastic experience: I struggled with upper back pains for years due possible car accident 20 years ago and years of not seeking treatment. When sitting for long hours in front of a computer, I can feel pain and stiffness around my shoulders and neck. I am unable to sleep at night due to the pain. I decided to check in with Rebound Rehabilitation Physical Therapy @ Cesery Blvd to see if they can help relieve or correct my pain/injury. With weekly sessions along with at home stretches, I noticed improvements on the third week. The staff here is incredible. They are super nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. Thank you Sheri for getting my paperwork organized and working with us with our busy schedule. Shout out to Ryan! Before my PT session starts, she checks in with me to see how I was feeling and changes the activities based on my pain level. Angelica and Kelly keeps me in a routine with my activities. They help make my sessions comfortable as possible. Hitendra leads a very talented team. His expertise helps me understand more about my injury and ways to prevent them. Fantastic experience: AFTER TWO WEEKS AT REBOUND REHABILITATION I HAVE PERIODS OF BEING WITHOUT PAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE MY ACCIDENT 3 years ago. Since my accident 3 years ago I have had chiropractor care and physical therapy. After more than a year of treatment I had made no improvement. It actually seamed I was getting worse. Often I would come home after half of a day's activity and go to bed. I was never without pain and starting to believe this was how I was going to spend my old age, My first physical therapist caused additional pain in new areas that had not been a problem prior to her very painful massages. She also was always adding additional exercises. When she couldn't or wouldn't give me a copy of my activity under her care I quit going. My experience with Brooks Rehab was a very similar experience but without the messages. Again I state AFTER TWO WEEKS AT REBOUND REHABILITATION I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT PAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE MY ACCIDENT. 3 years ago . N Cook

Fantastic experience: After my rotator cuff surgery, I asked my friend who went to Brooks Rehab (he said do not go there because they leave you stranded and are always over booked.), then I got online and tried to find a GREAT Rehab Center and came across this location (Cesery BLVD) due to the 5 Star Reviews. I live in Mandarin so I knew the commute was not going to be pleasant, especially after work (traffic). Dr. Hitandra (He-Tundra) and his amazing team were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me back to how I was before my car accident. I strongly recommend this location as you will see the amazing results. Just read the reviews.

Fantastic experience: When I first started coming to Rebound after my acl surgery, it was very hard to even walk much less bend my knee. With the expertise of Dr.Hitendra and his team, I am no able to walk straight and bend my knee past 110 degrees, all this progress in only my first 10 visits. Rebound has outstanding costumer service as well as a really affordable price for every visit. Rebound Rehab is an outstanding rehab center with a more outstanding team.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL surgery, I was in pain and I hated sleeping the first week after surgery, when my doctor referred me here, I wasn’t sure about coming here at first, I’m glad I came here, my knee is bending better and extending better, the staff are cool, they keep a conversation with you, I always look forward to coming here, it’s an amazing rehabilitation

Fantastic experience: The leadership (Mr. Hitendra) and support group including the receptionist are truly outstanding in their treatment at helping you recover. I would like to personally thank each of them for their efforts and professionalism during my time at their facility.

Fantastic experience: I have 3disc with annual tears and stenosis. Pain getting worst over time. Even small task like washing dishes folding clothes I would have to sit down. Finally had a physician who listened to me reviewed my MRI and sent me to rehab. After just one day yes one day of treatment I felt a difference. Patel knows his stuff and sits and listens to you. He is there to make you back to normal and his staff as well as he are very professional one on one and care. I will be recommending this place to everyone. They take a lot of insurances as well. Fantastic experience: At 71 I have seen my share of Rehab. That said, I found Rebound Rehabilitation at the top of my list. I was having low back pain and was being treated at several Rehab Centers in Jacksonville, but found no relief. I was taking pain medication several times a day. I needed a different approach to my pain. I was over compensating upper back and shoulder for low back pain, and starting to have loss of upper body mobility. The intake interview and physical exam by Mr. Patel was very comprehensive and found I was suffering from Sacroiliac joint pain. A treatment plan was designed to alleviate pain for both upper and low back. The staff from the front office to the treatment area were outstanding. All were highly trained and above all very professional. My pain level is controlled and I have cut my meds down to less than one a day. I am still under the care of Rebound Rehabilitation and expect to be back in my Kayak by September and start cycling longer rides with other Disabled Veterans. I am very blessed to be treated by Mr. Patel and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I started rehab Dec.10,2018. Today Jan. 23rd Is my last session. I tore my ACL and Meniscus ligament. When I started I wasn't able to stand back on my right leg or bend it like normal but since I've been doing PT it has been a tremendous progress. I'm walking normal speed and the motion of range since the beginning til now is like WOW!!! I can feel the difference Thank you Dr.Patel and staff

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rebound Rehabilitation since March of this year. I have gone to other rehabilitation centers but none compares to this one.The love and personal attention you get here is remarkable. They just don't put you aside and say do this or that. They stay with you and work with you through your physical therapy, all the way. Their goal is improve the patient's physical and emotional health.There is one thing I must also mention. I just recently lost both of my beloved patent within eight weeks apart. They sent me a hand made card with the sweetest message and signed by all the employees. I have received over two hundred cards from friends and family, but this one ment the most to me. I am preparing for another surgery, and I will say that I am happy to know I have Rebound Rehabilitation that I can come back to for my physical therapy. I have and will always recommend people I know to Rebound Rehabilitation Physical therapy.
