Fantastic experience: The office staff are friendly and welcoming. I suffered from a concussion issues before recieving therapy at Bold City Therapy from a car accident. After a few weeks of therapy I experienced significant changes in my cognitive abilities. For example, I was able to perform multiple tasks without feeling fatigue or overwhelmed. Futhermore, my ability to perform short term task improved. I would definitely recommend going here for concussion issues. The staff has received great training in concussion therapy and was able to safely implement the training into my life for better daily living.

Fantastic experience: I had my discharge visit today. It has been a little more than a year going to Bold City for rotator cuff injury that required surgery. I had the privilege to get the best treatment from three PT doctors. Michael, Casey and Alejandro were very instrumental in my treatment. While in the same studio, they all know what is the other therapist is doing in my treatment. I often tell my wife that I got the best of the three therapists in one location. Alejandro is particularly knowledgeable on the anatomy side and he explains why he chooses the exercises and will sometimes pull a reference book and show me the connection between the muscles he is working on and the exercises he chose for me. Michael and Casey are good team players. They consult with one another to see how best to treat me. As for the front office, both Katie and Erica are phenomenal in taking care of scheduling and rescheduling my therapy sessions. They are friendly, professional and cordial. I wish Bold City all the best and will definitely recommend them to family members and friends. Note: Michael did my first evaluation last year in August and he did my discharge visit today. He gave me couple exercises to do at home. He is good at what he does and so do Casey and Alejandro. It was a pleasure working with them on my injury. I wish them all the best.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is the best. Everyone very professional, upbeat, patient, caring and friendly. How many people can say they enjoy going to physical therapy? Didn't think I would. Many times I didn't think my pain/body would cooperate, but I always felt better when I left. Sad my time is up.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express how grateful I am. I was in pain for over 2 years with my achilles heal. I thought I would need surgery. When I went into the office I share this with Casey that I'm going to need surgery in the end. He said let's try therapy first and then we'll see what happens. After one week of 3-day sessions I was well on my way. All I can say is that it took 2 or 3 months and I'm feeling 100% better. I work out so I know I probably will deal with this again but the great part is I have the tools to do the exercise myself. Oh and let's not talk about the wonderful staff he has very professional kind courteous. I would strongly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic experience: This by far is the best physical therapy place I have been to . I love all the people that work there an make you feel so comfortable , every single person that works there welcomes you with such great energy every time I come like it’s my first time there every day. They have taught me so many things I didn’t even know that help with my body in all sorts of different ways an always learning new things for exercises . When my session is up I’m going to be sad because it’s just also so much fun coming here . They are like family an I’ve known them only for 4 months so far . Great work ethic an great place an team .10/10 recommend .

Fantastic experience: I think most people will find Bold City Therapy & Wellness refreshing. The philosophy of care is patient centered, with emphasis on the 1 on 1 time with the therapist. The owner Casey, is omnipresent and his hospitality is impeccable when it comes to ensuring everyone feels welcomed and included in the clinic. He goes above and beyond what I’ve experienced in other settings. The physical therapist Michael, besides being very knowledgeable and effective, is great with people and still has the passion for honing his craft. As a patient you have your space, but the friendly atmosphere is contagious and it’s not uncommon to see patients joking with or encouraging one another. That community aspect is unique to Bold City, and underrated in my opinion. Besides that, the facilities are kept clean and they have essentially the same capabilities as the bigger corporate clinics but with more individualized care.

Fantastic experience: After 9 months of pain and frustration, I found Bold City. I injured my back in November 2021. - two herniated disks according to the MRI. I went to a neurologist, a chiropractor and a doctor who gave me six injections over 2 months. Nothing worked. The pain never went away. Luckily, a friend recommended Bold City. Casey and team assessed my condition, then customized a treatment program to address my condition. Three short weeks later, I was healed! Pain-free and back on the golf course! I highly recommend Bold City!!

Fantastic experience: The best compliment I choose to give Bold City Therapy and Wellness is that Casey and Michael are both dedicated, caring, intently involved; i.e. consummate professionals. As the result of an auto accident I hobbled into the office with the assistance of a cane and after being taught a myriad of strengthening exercises, I walked out debatably in better condition than before the accident. Their techniques had such a profound effect I consider them my 'goto' workout regimen. I wish I'd been taught these in my younger days. I must also acknowledge the front desk, Katie, in particular, who appears to be a very important cog in the running of this establishment. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Michael & Casey were awesome! They made me feel great every time I went there! They were attentive & dedicated to making sure I was on the road to recovery after my back got injured while I was at work. They made sure to target specific spots that were giving me constant issues by asking how i felt and giving me exercises to do while I was there & things easy enough for me to do at home. Their down to earth spunky spirits kept me motivated during a tough time. They both were professional yet caring.

Fantastic experience: I love this place everyone that works at Bold city are nice, pleasant, down to earth and always helpful. Casey and Michael are just out of this world amazing. They listen and pay attention to what you tell them is wrong. They are patient and understanding, and they notice when things are uncomfortable instead of pushing you into pain. The facility and equipment is always clean. They have become like friends and Katie that works in the office has the most beautiful smiling face that just invites you in. Every visit was a different group of exercises for triggered pain that worked and now I can honestly say that I received what my body needed in order to get better. Since my first visit on November 12th, 2021 until today January 20th, 2022., my sleep, headaches and overall quality of life has improved and I am grateful for Casey, Michael(A.K.A Miguelito), Katy, Ms Denise and Kimberly who collectively have helped me to get to where my body is responding to treatment and all I can say is thank you. You will feel like family because they know you by name when you walk in for the appointment. The front office staff handles any needs that may come up, including setting up appointments for other specialists if referred and answering any questions that may arise. Fantastic experience: Michael and Casey have catered to me and my issue with my lower back. They were able to take me in and assess me quickly to then aid my back issue with effective exercises that have relieved the pain. They’re so well trained in their profession I would refer anyone who need physical therapy to them. I do these exercises when my back hurts and and weekly, I listen to their advice and fix any bad habits that add to the pain to correct it. These professionals are the best. Fantastic experience: I used Bold City Therapy and Wellness after my car accident. Casey and Michael are awesome. Both explained everything in detail so I understood what was going on with me medically. I was in a lot of pain when I first started Physical Therapy and by the end I was feeling much better. Casey was also very accommodating and let me bring my two children with me to Therapy. He made us all feel at home and was very kind to us. I would highly recommend Bold City Therapy and Wellness!

Fantastic experience: Back in January I was in a bad auto accident on the Buckman bridge. I was a nervous wreck, and in a lot of pain and didn’t know where to go or what to do. My friend recommended Bold City Therapy and Wellness because they specialize in auto accidents. My first appointment I could barely stand up straight and couldn’t sit still for more than 15 minutes at a time. After 2 months of therapy I was pain free and breezing through the workouts. I was even cleared to go back to the gym! The staff were incredibly helpful and were there with me every step of the way. The owner Casey and Dr. Johnson were always so helpful, and made sure to explain my care so that I would be able to understand the process and what was happening during my visits. They made everything seem so simple. The front office staff were very friendly and always welcomed me with a smile! Bold City Therapy will be the only place I will go for therapy if I ever need it again, and the only place I would recommend to my family and friends.
