Fantastic experience: I just have an update, my son currently attends brooks after an absent period for now occupational therapy and as always the therapists are excellent. I just want to say I always see these wonderful ladies up front (administrative staff) and they seem to be so hard working and patient. They are still so friendly and just great professionalism. So far every time we are there, they are very helpful and attentive. Outstanding staff and I would highly recommend! My son was referred here for speech therapy and today was first visit. The front desk was very helpful and professional in setting up appointments and fast. His physical therapist Alicia Adams was wonderful and also very professional. Everyone was great. We had a great experience and are looking forward to his future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was really excited to pick this location because of their treadmill that they have in the water. But to my amazement, the staff have been nothing but wonderful to me. I would like to speak personally about Lashia, Rob, and Sharon. They are very attentive and giving me exercises to improve my quality of life. They even go as far as asking me do I want water while I'm working out in the water tank. It means the world to me to have actual medical staff that care about their clients and patients. I have been telling so many people about them and I will not hesitate to recommend that location to anyone that asked me about therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise. The only problem is it's difficult to get scheduled for the aqua tank.

Positive experience: The therapists are great here but the receptionist act like they don’t see or hear you when you walk in.

Fantastic experience: This facility provided, concerned , and helpful professional service. Therapy staff are top notch. Administrative staff were attentive, helpful and responsive. If I need their service again, I would go to this facility without hesitation. I recommend this north side facility.
