Fantastic experience: I take my mom to 360 in the Mid-Del area and she loves it. She is primarily a Spanish speaker and they are very accommodating with that. This is her second round of therapy with them, first knee and now shoulder and she loves it. Staff is kind and very helpful. They explain everything they do in detail and she feels better after every session. All therapists are amazing, compassionate, and clearly know what they are doing. We appreciate their help throughout my mom's recovery from surgery and injury. 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Meagan has been very professional and helpful assisting me thru my physical therapy exercises. My lower back area has been feeling much better, no more pain issues. Just some occasional lower back muscle soreness. Basically, I’m very satisfied with the results I’m achieving.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to 360 5 weeks now. I have been to several Physical Therapy centers over the years, and 360 is the best. The therapists focus on each individual, without distraction. They work hard to make my sessions a positive experience, making sure I do each movement correctly. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share again how AMAZING Kendra Maynard is! She treated me at the South location and now at Mid-Del. Kendra’s care for her patients is nothing less than EXCELLENT. I listen to her with her other patients and her Interns, and you can hear the care, love and compassion when she is assessing a patient as well as wanting to make sure her Interns will be successful! I can’t say enough about her ♥️ Truly an AMAZING PT along with her teaching others and sharing her knowledge. 360PT is lucky to have her.

Fantastic experience: I love how friendly everyone is. As soon as I arrive I am greeted, which I love. Mattilyn, Frank and Meagan are very attentive. They also guide you through each exercise to make sure you are doing it properly. Other places would just hand me the exercise paper and left me to fend for myself. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to get the real thetepy you need and deserve. I had a hip replacement and after therepy at a rehab hospital I went straight to outpatient at Mid-Del 360° therapy and Megan is working me a program after a thorough evaluation they knew my strengths and weaknesses and wrote a program tailored just to me. I have NO DOUBTS I will be back better than ever when I complete this phase of therepy. Then I intend to work on this Ole shoulder problem. Lol...one step at a time with 360

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the detailed, patient-centered approach to therapy at this practice. This is my 2nd course of therapy at this clinic. With the first (for hand/finger pain resulting from cervical disc/nerve issues) my symptoms were significantly relieved after 2 sessions & virtually pain free after the third. This course of treatment is addressing hip issues: my strenght, mobility, range of motion and pain reduction have improved so much that a hip replacement is no longer imminent.I especially appreciate the strong and challenging regimen that has given me these results. Unlike some other practices where you might have several different therapists throughout your treatment: and feel like you have no consistency: that is NOT what happens here. The focus is on the patient and each therapist knows your case and your program. Aquatic therapy is availabe at this location. Highly recommend! (Edited to include additional info)

Fantastic experience: Every physical therapist here is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had therapy experiences where it felt pointless to be there, but everyone at 360 was constantly changing exercises to ensure the best care possible as my condition evolved. I’d definitely return here if I needed to and would recommend them 100%.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff have been extremely patient and intentional with my treatment plan. Scheduling staff were responsive, accommodating, and efficient. I contacted three separate PTs before trusting 360 with my therapy. Very grateful for my progress after only three sessions. The facility is clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It is very hard to work through the pain and anguish of rehabilitating from surgery, injury, etc. I have found the staff at my 360 PT-Mid-Del exemplary in how they conduct themselves. I have had PT many times before, but my experience with this staff has been amazing. They take the time to listen to you and get to know you enough to tailor treatments specifically to your needs. They are constantly encouraging and confident in your success. It is a pleasure to work with this staff. In addition, this has been my first time to experience aquatic PT, and especially for my current injury it is amazing!

Fantastic experience: They were great to work with! Made real progress to fixing my lower back issues. Went in barely able to do daily chores and came out of the sessions being back to weightlifting and playing basketball. Came away with exercises I can use to keep strengthening. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I got referred to this location to begin physical therapy for knee pains a couple of months ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the progress I've made in such a short time. I can always count on Meagan and Mattilyn to put me through a rigorous training regiment twice a week to help get my knee back on track. They've always got my workouts planned ahead of time to help target the pains I'm experiencing. The facility is extremely clean, well maintained, and very cool on these hot summer days. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here after my surgery and all of my therapist have been amazing. I truly appreciate their work and each experience has been more than awesome. I’m greeted at the door and have been getting the help that I need in a fun environment that has a welcoming atmosphere for all!

Fantastic experience: I took my son today and my first appointment was suppose to be Monday. I could barely walk when I went in. They fit me in while there for my son. I walked out of there standing up right. I did not drag my leg. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and will know on the 15th if I also have multiple Sclerosis. On the way home my son asked me why I was making a concerned face. I said son I was thinking about how she helped me walk and my pain went from a 9 to a 3. I'm still in awe. Feeling so grateful.

Fantastic experience: When I came to here I was in a lot of pain in my lower back that transmitted down my leg and often my foot would fall asleep. I also had a lot of issues with pain at night. The staff here has been amazing working with my issues and teaching me how to strengthen my core. I’m now happy to say I have learned how to work on this at home and all the pain I was having is gone. I highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to come here to 360 Physical Therapy in Mid Del.

Fantastic experience: Megan is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She explains why she has me do each and every exercise and what part of my arm it’s working. When I have to have my knee replaced I will go back to her and all the other therapists at 360.

She’s a skilled Physical Therapist who clearly understands her patient’s needs. Meagan can provide thorough explanations and instructions to her patients, ensuring they receive the best health care possible. Ms Rachel complements the performance of this dedicated Physical Therapist. She’s the wonderful Receptionist who makes me feel welcome and appreciated every moment of my visits. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough . It begins with a great and friendly receptionist and the entire PT staff. They not only did a great job with my appointments, but also developed a customized home therapy plan to accelerate my progress as well as maintenance therapy plan so that I can sustain my health and mobility. All of the exercises could be adjusted to my home environment with only a few inexpensive items. They have my highest accolades .

Fantastic experience: This location is clean and new and shiny and Bui and Meagan are awesome. Best of all I can do things I haven't done in years, like standing from crouching, or done ever I think (walking the comfortable way everyone else walks). And they made me that much stronger and more coordinated in only a handful of weeks.

Fantastic experience: Meagan and Dustin have been leading my recovery post my hip arthroscopy surgery. They have been very supportive through the process. I like how each of them get to know all of their patients and take turns working with us, I believe it gives me a well rounded recovery. Fantastic experience: Shelby the Physical Therapist has been really great with me. I have done PT in the past & I hated it, but Shelby has actually made it better for me. I have been going for 2 weeks now & she has really helped me. Morgan is the Admin Assistant, Front desk lady & she is very good at her job. She will return your phone call & try to schedule you as close as she can to the time you want. She will give you great customer service. Overall I would recommend 360 Physical Therapy. The atmosphere is comfortable & relaxing. The staff is professional, courteous & kind.
