Our Mission: As movement and musculoskeletal experts, we provide the highest quality of care to create happy and healthy patients. Healthcare costs are rapidly increasing, and the quality of PT must match those rising costs. Our patients deserve the best, and that is what we aim to provide.

Our Treatment Philosophy: Our services go far beyond just treating the patient’s current symptoms; instead, we identify and treat the underlying cause of complaints to ensure lasting improvement. Frequently, physical therapists chase short term pain relief without problem-solving to determine the source of the patient’s issues. At OSSPT, we constantly utilize the most current research and scientific literature to systematically develop our treatment approach for each individual. We are firm believers in the efficacy of manual therapy for all conditions, including soft tissue and joint mobilization and manipulation. We integrate this methodology to positively impact neuromuscular systems while incorporating corrective exercises to address mobility, flexibility, and strength deficits. Finally, we ensure our patients have the foundation and tools to recognize and self-treat potential future episodes before they need professional assistance.

Jeff was awesome. When I came in I couldn’t move my shoulder, it was very painful, and I was very scared to move on my own. Jeff calmly walked me through every step and lifted my confidence. After several appointments, my range of motion came back 100%. Thanks to Jeff and the other staff. I am feeling great!

Great personable staff. Shawn provided an excellent explanation about the reason for my condition – no other health professional has ever done that. It helped me understand the treatment better.

Fantastic experience: John and his team are amazing. He and his techs are very attentive You quickly feel at home and welcomed. After my knee replacement OSSPT worked their magic and I am now back feeling stronger and playing golf again. It feels so good to have my life back. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I went through 5 different PT’s before I was referred to Colin Jones. He was able to pinpoint what was wrong with my back and get me working again!

Fantastic experience: Got referred to PT for severe musculoskeletal pain, limited motion and overall weakness caused by scoliosis and EDS. I had been dealing with this pain for around 10 years and was not feeling optimistic. After just the 1st session I knew things were about to get better. After 26 grueling sessions I can say it has been a COMPLETE 180! I finally feel my age and can function 10x better! John and Dalen have helped turn my life around and I’m so extremely grateful! Sad to lose my two very own personal trainers but happy that I can graduate PT!! Thanks again for everything you’ve done to help me!

Fantastic experience: John (and staff) is genuinely top notch. From the desk to trainers. Dedicated to making you the best you can be. I've seen extreme improvement in myself since injury to surgery to today. Listening and making well thought out inferences is a strong point here. Made my wife and daughter feel welcomed as well while they waited on me. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had extensive surgery last year on my hip and tendons. My doctor strongly recommended OSSPT. We live 2 hours away so we chose to use a PT facility closer to home. After 4 weeks of unsuccessful PT elsewhere, I finally started PT at OSSPT with John Howard. John and the techs have made such a huge difference in my ability to walk and live life again! John is so knowledgeable and caring. I strongly encourage anyone that is in need of PT to choose OSSPT!

Fantastic experience: I started out with John Howard for what I thought was muscle strain under my shoulder blades. After his thorough assessment, I was completely wrong. I had displaced ribs. He was able to manually put them back in place. I had instant relief in that area. I was also dealing with some neck strain, which severely impacted my range of motion and caused a great deal of neck, upper back, and nerve pain. With manual therapy, range of motion exercises, and dry needling sessions, I have been able to get back to my daily life without constant pain. OSSPT has been instrumental in my recovery. I am glad I went to be evaluated before seeking out other options.
