Fantastic experience: I have only had two or three therapy sessions for a left hip revision, however I would highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley, because they will provide you with the strength, education, and resources to rehabilitate you back to your normal self! Their approach might seem a bit aggressive, however very effective and efficient! Their professionalism and knowledge continues to amaze me with each session, and their sense of humor makes the process much more enjoyable. The therapists are fantastic and a pleasure to work with at each of my sessions. The facility is well equipped with all the necessary equipment and or resources to accommodate every patient and the sessions are two or three patients at a time, which is great, because this prevents patients from crashing into each other, while stretching and or exercising. I am very grateful, that I came here and that together with this wonderful team, I will rehabilitate myself back to my normal self soon. Once again, I would highly recommend and encourage coming to Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley to anyone interested in receiving top- notch therapy from highly qualified therapists.

Fantastic experience: Every aspect of my experience with Banner PT Moon Valley, was excellent. The therapist was always ready to go for my 7:00am visit. The exercises were tailored for my injury and my age group (shoulder & back. age: 79. I am now pain free and still doing my exercises each day. All good! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mike made my pain totally disappear. After a week of exercise, consistently and Mike’s frozen tool and massage, buffed out my knee ( uncomfortable while he did it ) inflammation, pain and it’s been 2 days of no PAIN !! Mike for President!

Fantastic experience: I was referred because my hip was not quite right. I thought PT was just simple old-lady exercises. I was wrong. I've had planter fasciitis in my other leg for months & Cassidy point out that I have a knots in those areas & gave me exercises to strengthen & loosen the surrounding muscles. I'm so glad I decided to come. Great therapists & staff. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I saw Cassidy for therapy on my shoulder, but only met with her one time. Thereafter, my therapy was handled by Colton and a couple of interns he was training. However, at each visit, their very capable receptionist (LaTonya) and all therapy staff working that day are friendly and always ask how I'm doing and wish me well as I leave. Cassidy and Colton are wonderful and really know their stuff. I have made great progress getting back range of motion in my right shoulder/arm. I still have work to do but am confident this team will be able to get me back on track.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many therapists and offices and I have to admit that not only Cassidy goes above and beyond all expectations as a caring, knowledgeable therapist, but so does everyone else that works along side her. I know that when I get treatment, her focus and knowledge and experience is 110% focused on me during therapy sessions. From the front desk to Colton - the other physical therapist, I know I am in good hands! I enjoy talking with her and her colleagues while she shows me new learning ideas on how to over come my injury from a fully torn rotator cuff injury. Everyone at this location is caring and I cannot think of going anywhere else! Kudos to Cassidy and to the entire staff!

Fantastic experience: The therapist at Banner Health are really a caring team. I am very happy my.primary Dr sent me to this place. It's on 7th st N of Thunderbird. They give me the right kind of exercise to help me recover but not to much to cause me extra pain. They really care and always ask me if I need heat or ice packs after my workout. I once went in with lower back and hip pain Shannon gave me an adjustment and I left without pain. They really know there business and how to give you relief!! The team at Banner deserve more than 5 stars of have no problem recommending this clinic. I look forward to my appointments each week. And I really appreciate these Shannon & Colton. Fantastic experience: The team at the Moon Valley location has been amazing for me. I am recovering from a major back surgery and I am being taught excellent stretches and exercises to help me heal and regain strength so I can return to a good activity level and work. They all truly care about each persons well being. When I go in, I feel I have everyone on my side as well as great friends!

Fantastic experience: I came here with a shoulder injury. I was greeted with a very polite front desk person. The first two appointments that I made, I ended up not making it to them and she happily rescheduled me. When I finally came in I meet the physical therapist who was very knowledgeable about my injury. So knowledgeable I left with information overload (in a very good way). My husband was with me who also is recovering from an injury and had not started his physical therapy at another clinic. The physical therapist was so kind to him and even gave him information concerning his injury. He left saying that he hoped his physical therapist would be as nice as mine were. She introduced me to the other physical therapist there. They both were very polite. The second time I visited they immediately knew my name and again we were met with great customer service from the front desk to the physical therapists. It has been a blessing for me to have Banner Physical Therapy helping me with my injury. I really do appreciate that they love their jobs and are very great with people.

Once started, there is little change in the routines and one may find oneself in the hands of a less experienced therapist. This is not so at Banner PT. Shannon Scott carefully listens to me each day and my program may be changed to reflect the recent changes. She is very knowledgeable and her client-centered attitude is reflected in the entire office. I highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: As a pass client of other physical therapy facilities the Moon Valley Banner Physical Theraphy office and it's competent staff is definitely one of the best. The personal care along with the expert knowledge rendered by every staff member makes each visit not only physically beneficial but emotionally rewarding. From my first visit, for two very serious and painful injuries from a bad fall, the game plan for my eventual recover was throughly evaluated, well explained and professionally implemented. With every therapist employing the same care, methodology and principals set forth by their profession and superbly overseen and managed by Shannon Scott PT. I believe the combination of a highly competent, extremely knowledgeable and overly friendly staff in conjunction with strongly effective exercise tasks and efficient workout routines makes each session not only enjoyable but also therapeutically healing. And although some days and certain procedures were quite taxing and physically exhausting the care and respect displayed by each staff member makes therapy fun and not a dreadful necessary burden. So I highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation and particularly the Moon Valley office and staff for your therapeutic and rehabilitative needs.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Banner facility because of a vertigo issue. I was unaware that physical therapy was a treatment option. Shannon was informative and has alleviated most of my symptoms after only three sessions. When I was feeling ill after initial treatment she was available immediately by phone to explain what I was experiencing and why.
