At Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, our doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to reach one of the Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery doctors on weekends or after regular office hours, please feel free to call our main number at 1-800-REBOUND.

Our answering service will contact the on-call doctor, and he or she will return your call. In the event of technical difficulties, we can be reached through Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery at (360) 449-1056 or (503) 635-2323.

Please note, calls after office hours and on weekends should be reserved only for real emergencies and not for routine questions or medication prescription refills.

New prescriptions and refills are only issued during our normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can request a prescription by calling 1-800-REBOUND. Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery will not refill or prescribe pain medication after business hours. (This policy is dictated by state government policies.)

Fantastic experience: Great experience Dr. Brian Ragel was very nice and made me feel comfortable and he was very thorough. I highly recommend this doctor.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled very quickly (same day) for an appointment with Dr.Ragel . His front office was very nice and efficient. Dr.Ragel was easy to talk to very personable. He explained my results and we talked about a plan and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kervales was the 5th Dr I've seen concerning a recent lumbar/disk injury and the 3rd to have viewed the MRI. He was the only Dr to go thru the MRI in detail and explain the diagnosis and why I'm having pain. He also explained why surgery wasn't a good option, offered a possible alternative and showed his suppprt for PT. I felt I was treated with respect. Thank you, Dr Kervales.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rebound from my PCP for a workers compensation claim. Everyone was friendly, informative and helpful. The facility is amazing. Doctor McCarron was direct, thorough, he explained everything and discussed what needed to be done and explained the healing process and rehab process. I’m glad I was referred to Rebound!! I’m looking forward to continuing working with then!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chestnut was excellent. He examined me first then I had X-rays ( which were done very well, great X-ray tech ) he reviewed them then showed and explained them to me in a matter I could understand. He even discovered some old stress fractures that I was not aware of. He gave me a plan for recovery and then recommended a boot - brace that really helps. Also a easy to speak with demeanor. I am glad I choose Dr Chestnut.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chesnut was very professional and explained my MRI so that I could clearly understand what was going on with my injury. He provided a solution and recommended physical therapy to address other issues while also being sensitive to my main concern. Would highly recommend and excited to get back mobility and be on my way to recovery.
