Physical therapy is a great first-line treatment for most muscle and joint problems. Clinically proven to reduce pain and dysfunction, physical therapy also saves you time and money too.

Manual therapy is a safe, effective and non-invasive treatment method that is used by physical therapists, massage therapists, and athletic trainers. Typically, patients visit a manual therapist when they are experiencing musculoskeletal pain.

Pelvic floor physical therapy addresses pain, weakness, or dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles function well and allow blood to flow to connective tissue and muscle tissue. This improves mobility.

Our team of physical therapists possesses specialized, advanced training in managing musculoskeletal issues that may cause pain and dysfunction during both pregnancy and postpartum.

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT), a specialized type of physiotherapy, is used to treat vestibular disorders. This therapy often includes manual head maneuvers, as well as a progressive program

Bad falls are a constant worry for seniors and others who have physical challenges. And those worries aren’t unfounded. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths and serious health problems in the U.S.

Pediatric physical therapy is a branch of healthcare that focuses on helping children with physical impairments, disabilities, or developmental delays to reach their full potential.

Our team understands that you want to live an active lifestyle that is comfortable and capable. Your body must work in order to achieve that. You are experiencing pain, injury or weakness, which can make you feel confused and frustrated.

At PT 360, believe that you deserve a body that is fully functional. We know what it is like to be injured, which has led to our success in helping thousands of people get back to their active lives.

The programs are designed to help you achieve your physical health goals. They start with pain management and continue to use corrective exercises to build your body’s strength.

Then, you’ll be doing functional training activities and then the injury prevention phase. This is crucial to keep your strength up and prevent injury.

Physical therapy sessions typically involve an assessment of your condition, manual techniques to improve mobility and flexibility, individualized exercises and activities to help you reach your goals, education on how to prevent further injury or pain, and instruction on proper posture, body mechanics and other lifestyle changes.

It depends on what health insurance plan you have and the state in which you live! In some states, direct access laws allow patients to be seen without a physician referral. Check with your health insurance company and local physical therapy clinics before scheduling an appointment.

You should dress in comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to move easily and doesn’t restrict circulation. Depending on your condition, your physical therapist may also recommend special shoes or a brace. You should also bring any paperwork related to your medical history, including x-rays, ultrasounds, and doctor’s notes.

Yes! Make sure you arrive for your session well-rested so that you can give it your full attention and energy. It is also helpful if you keep track of how much pain medication (if any) you take prior to the appointment so that the physical therapist can adjust the intensity of treatment accordingly.

Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes depending on your condition and the types of techniques used. Your physical therapist will give you an estimate when you first arrive for your appointment.

Yes! Your physical therapist may provide specific exercise recommendations for you to try in between visits, which will help speed up your recovery and progress faster toward reaching your goals. It’s important to follow these carefully and always check with your PT before starting a new exercise program if you have any questions or concerns.

Your physical therapist should be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your treatment plan before and after each visit. You can also contact the clinic directly for further assistance. We want you to get the most out of every session!

It depends on your insurance plan. Most plans cover some or all of the costs associated with physical therapy, but you should check with your provider to determine coverage and any associated fees.

The frequency of visits will depend on your individual goals and condition, but typically it is recommended that patients attend 2-3 times per week for a minimum of 4-6 weeks in order to maximize results. Your therapist will provide more details during your initial appointment.

Every person’s situation is unique; therefore the amount of time needed to reach goals varies. With commitment and dedication from both you and your physical therapist, you can expect to start seeing results within a few weeks. The more positive lifestyle changes you make, the faster your progress will be!

Yes! Your physical therapist should be available to discuss any concerns or questions you have regarding your condition or treatment plan. Don’t hesitate to bring up any issues that may arise during the course of therapy.

If at any time during your physical therapy session you experience increased pain, it’s important to let your therapist know so they can adjust the intensity or technique as necessary. Your therapist will work with you to make sure that treatment is comfortable and effective for you

Your physical therapist should be able to provide guidance on when it is appropriate to stop attending physical therapy sessions based on your progress, goals, and overall health status. It’s important to listen to your therapist and continue with treatment until they feel you are ready to move on.

PT 360° Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy: Reviews

Fantastic experience: PT360 is a excellent place to get PT. I've had a few different PT experiences and the care I receive at PT360 is the best I've ever had. Shelly Coffman works with me to put together a program that works for me and to help me move forward at the pace I can. She's honest and knows when to push me. She also does a lot with manual therapy for my pain - I hurt a whole lot less. Super easy to deal with on the business side too - friendly reception and a nice office layout with good bus access/available parking. If you need PT - go here.

Fantastic experience: Worked with multiple different PTs at PT360, but primarily with Candis. I came in initially because I was unable to play soccer due to a severe version of turf toe. A great mix of manual work, exercise regiment building, and just some commiseration and morale management got me back on the court/field after a couple months. I added a lot of lifelong skills to my durability toolbelt along the way learning from these folks. Thank you PT 360 team!!

Fantastic experience: Not once, but three times PT360 has brought me back to a better level of fitness, through individualized one-on-one therapy and at-home programs to continue after therapy ended. After my hip replacement their program of therapy put me back on the horses I worked with and trained, on the hiking trails, my bike, and on my yoga mat. I was able to work (teacher) without pain or restrictions. When I broke my foot, their sports medicine therapy experts brought me back to a level of fitness to resume my activities. Their staff works one-on-one and designs individualized programs to fit your lifestyle and goals. I recently returned to PT360 with chronic neck pain and worked with Erich. Erich worked with me over several appointments to design and properly execute a daily home routine that will continue strengthening my neck and shoulder muscles. Goodbye chronic neck pain—Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Best place in town for physical therapy. The whole process is near perfect. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have great interpersonal skills with patients. They took no time in helping my issues, and I’m sure they are more than capable of treating anyone else’s physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with PT 360! Erich helped me through a foot injury, and I could not be more grateful. He has so much knowledge and expertise to share, and I learned something from him every week through my recovery. I’m so glad I found PT 360 and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Came in hobbling after pushing a knee scooter while I recovered from a broken foot. Learned lots of exercises, breathing techniques, and proper form. Returned when my neck refused to cooperate and I gained full range of motion and zero pain status quickly. Stellar therapists!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been going to PT360 for a couple months now and they are great people. The physical therapists are attentive and caring and the front desk person is great (I appreciate being able to text the office). It’s been a really good experience.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Better mobility as a musician and a gym-goer was my goal and Erich has helped me so much with that. The whole staff at PT 360 is awesome

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend PT 360! Sue diagnosed my chronic pain very quickly, set a clear path forward, and I am now living an active life again! Sue's intuition is absolutely magic and I tell everyone I know about her. My only regret is that I wish I would have found her and the PT 360 crew earlier!

Fantastic experience: I showed up at 360° Sport Medicine & Spine Therapy after abusing my back for 30+ years via farm work, working with metal and hefting 40-60# backpacks up mountains (I may or may not have taken some rock climbing falls). I was a wreck, not an easy task to tackle when it's not a straight forward sport injury. Yet, Brian was extremely patient with me, troubleshooted and worked to find a recovery plan. Go see him if you're hunched or limping WAY before you should be!!

Fantastic experience: Listen, I cannot sing the praises of pt360 and ESPECIALLY my PT, Erich Drossel, enough. Not only does he have certifications that most PTs don’t have (and it shows) but I loved how he explained everything the entire process. I felt like I was in a college class with the wealth of information I got, including diagrams, hands on, and textbook information. I was an elite Ironman athlete for most of my life and saw many PT’s… but Erich is the best. I walked in as a pain level 8/10 thinking I had hip issues …. When I left, months later, I learned I had back issues that radiated to my hips and my pain level was a 3/10! My insurance wouldn’t continue treatment but I know how to continue treatment on my own to get myself 100% better.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience healing from a calf injury alongside an old spinal cord injury. Erich at 360 sport was knowledgeable, strategic, focused, encouraging, and optimistic. And we had fun. Huge success!

Fantastic experience: My go to in PDX. I’ve worked with the PT360 team three times over the years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Molly Gilbert 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: This group is so talented. Each person is highly specialized and they work so well in combination with one another. They gave me the right combination of exercises to do at home so I feel empowered to heal myself. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: PT 360 is by far the best physical therapy office I have ever been to. I am a Kaiser member and the PT they provided was a misdiagnosis with incorrect treatment for 2 years with no improvement. I tried PT 360 and they took the time to really understand my back and hip issue before thoughtfully putting together a comprehensive treatment plan. After only two sessions I had a 50% reduction in pain and after 4 sessions I am 100% pain free. You cannot do better than PT 360!

Fantastic experience: I was doing PT at a different clinic for my wrist and ankle but I was not satisfied with my recovery nor was I satisfied with the level of care. I was looking for a clinic that spent time educating me on what was going on with my injuries and how to prevent them. This is the clinic I was looking for ! I worked a lot with Sue Roth, who is amazing. She takes the time to listen to how you been progressing and adapts the session based on it. She demos all exercises she prescribes and if you have any questions, she truly takes time to explain and educate you so that you have an understanding of the issue and the solution she’s prescribing. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. 10/10 clinic !

Positive experience: I've been going to PT360 on and off for years. First, I need to thank Joanne Siegel who helped me recover from a hip injury that left me in a lot of pain and scared about losing my mobility. She was patient, kind, and helped me mentally and physically recover from my injury. She is no longer there, but I've had an opportunity to see other physical therapists (Candis and Sue) who are also wonderful. I would love to give the clinic 5 stars, but I've recently had issues with billing and getting timely responses for the past couple of months.

Tera Feiner 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Far and away the best experience I've ever had in a physical therapy situation. I've been working with Candis who has an almost intuitive sense of what my issues are and how to improve them. The staff is wonderful and the environment comfortable. I'm glad I found my way here and would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are ALL wonderful! Brian was my primary therapist and he was personable and easy to work with also deserving of praise: Candace, Sue, Carlos and Julia. love y'all!

John Canda 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Carlos at the front desk is friendly, kind and respectful. Gavin is a wonderful physical therapist who understands his practice well and is extremely knowledgeable about pain management and elimination. I highly recommend 360 Sports Medicine to all who experience chronic pain!

Fantastic experience: I found PT360 in July several months after a back surgery. When I began treatment with JOANNE, I was discouraged by what seemed to be minimal progress with my walking and balance. I had been proactive in participating in numerous tx regimes. THANKFULLY, I was referred to JOANNE! Joanne did an assessment and we got to work. She is excellent at goal setting & developing a plan to reach the goals. She has an expansive fund of knowledge about body mechanics, treatment options and much more! For me, it is her knowledge & experience working with nerve damage and regeneration. With the 5 visit marker, I had made more progress than I had made in many months. I was doing tiny exercises that made a big difference. She was clear about what I needed and what I could expect. The exercises and her 'hands-on' approach are a very different treatment approach from other PTs and has resulted in significant progress for me. And, oh yes, it is clear that Joanne is invested in the progress of those working with her. Joanne has earned my highest recommendation. I am thankful for her expertise and guidance!

Courtney Hosmon 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible! Granted, I don’t have anything to compare it to as I hope I never have to have surgery again and follow it up with months of PT, but I digress. Candis has taken on the role of being my no nonsense fairy godmother and I love her for it. I will do anything she says to get my hip (labral tear and repair) back to full working capacity. Sue is also fantastic and I’ll do anything she says too. They truly are my pep squad and listen to all my fears and make me feel better, not only physically but mentally. Carlos rules the front desk and is the first one I usually see and is always so welcoming and greets me by name. 5 out of 5 stars and hope to never return once I’m done, but if I have to, there’s no question about coming back to PT 360 (other than what the hell did I injure now?!?!).

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about the team at PT 360, specifically Candice and Joanne. I have been to many different PTs and practitioners over the years and the ONLY time I have ever seen true progress and relief is with these two ladies. They are honest, kind, and incredibly talented at what they do. They treat the entire person at PT 360 and I will be forever grateful for their commitment to their practice.

Melinda Riswold 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with everyone at PT 360• My primary PT Candice was excellent, professional, and a great conversationalist… loved the laughter and it helped my healing. These people are/will be my go to in the future.

Fantastic experience: PT360 was recommended to me by several care professionals, so I knew they had a good reputation. Gavin is the bomb! He helped me with a shoulder/finger issue that had eluded a cure for several years. This is a well run business with a warm and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: PT 360 was a huge blessing in my life, my husband passed away, 1 week later I fell and shattered the bone in my upper left arm, I was under the care of an orthopedic doctor who checked it every week for quite a while. Luckily it was beginning to heal and surgery was avoided. He referred me to PT360 for therapy. Shelly and her staff were absolutely outstanding!! My therapist was Joanne Siegel whom I saw once a week for many months, she provided the physical therapy as well as emotional and mental support. They all deserve many more stars than 5!!! Fantastic experience: I love the team at PT 360! They helped me recover from the most hilarious dancing injury, and taught me how to show my body compassion through healing through their PT. The entire staff is wonderful to work with.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at PT360 for 15 years. Once I found them (out of network no less) I’ve never looked anywhere else. Everyone I’ve seen has been exceptional. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassion are unrivaled. I’ve had frozen shoulders, knee pain, low back pain, elbow tendinitis, and a fractured vertebra. And every time I’ve been to physical therapy at PT360 I leave with more knowledge of my own body, and skills in my toolbox. My pain and fatigue always improve with the attentive care they provide. I recommended these providers every chance I get!

Fantastic experience: I've been treated at PT360 twice for chronic neck pain/arthritis, most recently with Tara, and can't say enough good things about the experience and friendliness of the staff. They take the time to listen, provide manual treatment and design a targeted at-home exercise program. They also have a reasonable self-pay rate if insurance isn't an option.

Fantastic experience: Shelly and the staff at PT360 are absolute wizards in the world of physical therapy. It seems there is nothing they can’t fix. They are true healers, highly professional, and overall wonderful people. You can’t do any better, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to PT360 for several years. I followed one of their therapy pros when she moved over from another clinic. PT360 team's knowledge of my specific conditions is truly astounding, and the quality of advice and care is like nothing I have experienced before. I feel quite lucky to have found them. They really know their stuff, and keep learning even so! My therapists are Sue Roth and Michelle Coffman. Both are awesome!

Fantastic experience: PT360 is the best! Their staff is amazing. Everyone I have worked with has been incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable. I love how they use manipulation therapy along with custom strength exercises. This treatment plan has helped me recover faster! I cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this physical therapy clinic enough. I first started seeing Candis and Sue in March 2020 for chronic pain. Between fascia work, electrocurrent therapy, and exercises, their skills and care have changed my life. I’m the kind of person who wants to understand the nitty gritty of what’s going on with my pain/body, and know what purpose certain treatments and exercises have in aiding my healing. These ladies have helped me understand so much about my body, helping me gain agency with my pain management. They’re great listeners, communicators, and often know what my body needs before I do. I haven’t been in a patient in nearly a year now and I miss them dearly, but I still use the skills they taught me every day.

Lynda Iversen 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: The care is extraordinary! They are always on time, the billing is easy. Most importantly, they fully understand my severe back issues. My back has made steady and constant improvement over the weeks that I have been going to 360. Sue and Joann are are the very best physical therapists who reevaluate me at every appointment, and then monitor and adjust my care to meet my latest needs. I live on the west side, but the drive for 360 is well worth it.

Fantastic experience: My experience with PT 360 was awesome. My therapist, Gavin, is knowledgeable, personable and knows exactly what regimens are necessary to restore comfort and healing. I would recommend PT 360 without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: A jewel in the city I have had back issues for over a decade and have sought a variety of therapies to fix the issue with little success. However, with 360 Sports medicine, it has been different. To begin with, they accurately diagnosed the issue and then proceeded with a treatment plan that sought to address the immediate pain and also long-term mobility. Their unique approach to treatment includes manipulation therapy, along with personalized strength building exercises that are highly effective. For the first time, I feel confident that if I continue to strengthen my muscles to increase mobility that I will be pain free and enjoy taking part in activities that I love, such as paddling. I have learned a lot from the therapist Michelle and Susan about the different ways my body moves, compensates which can cause pain. I want to point out the level of support and flexibility is incredible both by support staff such as Katy and the therapist. I highly recommend PT 360 if you want to be pain free and increase mobility!

Fantastic experience: Such good, practical and caring PT care. I've utilized the crew at 360 for a few injuries over the years and have always had a good experience. They always seem super knowledgable, give great insight to teach me how to heal and take care and are just kind people that I appreciate. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming. Since most folks don't like reading long reviews, You are in the right place if you are a skeptic, or have had half-fast treatment, and have been let down by the medical industry. I'm a recovering spine trauma patient dealing with a multitude of complicated symptoms. I have been to the "number 1" highest rated spinal injury rehab facility in the US(Ability Rehab Chicago), and these practitioners are truly in a different league than anyone I saw in Chicago. I've been to 4 rehab facilities in 3 different cities, and to say that the treatment I get here at 360 is superior is quite the understatement. Consummate professionals. They know their craft. I was finally impressed with my care...And I've had quite a bit of it. These are the professionals that doctors send their friends to.

Fantastic experience: The therapists here are excellent. The work they’ve done on my neck, back, and foot has transformed my life. Sounds hyperbolic, I know, but to be able to move comfortably and safely once again IS transformative. In addition to performing fascia manipulation and developing my customized exercise program, my therapists have taught me a lot about physiology and body mechanics, so that I can make better choices in movement during activities of daily life such as driving and gardening. Another bonus here: the front office staff is fantastic at figuring out challenging appointment schedules, as well as wrangling insurance.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from significant pain in my left hip area, which increasingly got worse over a couple of months. During this time, I tried various things - home remedies, acupuncture, stretching etc, but nothing seemed to relieve the symptoms. The pain was especially bad at nights and early mornings. I found PT-360 online and made an appointment with Shelly, who diagnosed me as having SI Joint issues. Subsequently, I was treated by Sue - she is just so thorough, explained what happened/why it happened and how I can remedy it in a useful manner. She’s a true professional and wrote down my daily exercises and even followed up with my pilates instructor so she can assist my back issues while doing my pilates. After just about 2 months of treatments, twice a month - I am 100% symptom free! I feel like I’ve gotten my life back! I am back to doing all my normal activities, including hiking, weight training, cardio with no issues at all. PT-360 and Sue are really one of a kind treatment center for pain remedy. I highly recommend them.

Mollie Smith 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: I was told by my ER doc friend to call Shelly at PT360 after my back seized up on me. PT360 was not covered by my insurance but I had heard they were the best and I needed fast results. I’ve known other people with back pain who had their backs “go out” but this had never happened to me before. I was in a lot of pain, yes, but even more than that I was helpless and depressed. My husband had to help me stand up, go to the bathroom, get dressed, shower, etc. It was humiliating. My team included Shelly, Sue and Joanne. They were all great. Each had their own flavor of therapy but their end goal was the same, get me back to my active, busy life. After about 2 months I was ready to work out on my own, equipped with a new understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. I feel comfortable knowing if I ever need help again the PT360 team would be there for me. Totally worth paying out of pocket for that kind of attention and support. Plus they gave me a 40% same-day discount which offset the cost quite a bit. I highly recommend these folks!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with multiple injuries that I recieved from my time in the military. That paired with healing from having my first child and it has all been a mess for me. I was referred to PT360 through the VA and I’m glad that I was. Everyone here has been so helpful to me and are very concerned about me getting better. They give routines and exercises for you to practice at home and to build up your strength in your muscles, tendons, and mobility since their main focus is to get your body not just healed, but for you to KEEP yourself in shape and without issues. With me they really are patient and kind while teaching and reteaching me proper technique in my exercises and while on machines. It’s good that they do this since most of the time we learn the wrong way to do exercises and stretches and end up hurting ourselves more than helping ourselves. I’ve been going to them for almost a year now and in that time I went from headaches and ailments caused by weak muscles, nerve damage, and couldn’t walk for more than 15 minutes to feeling comfortable going out to do things while my head is less foggy. I highly recommend you try them out! I almost feel somewhat bad for when I do get better and don’t need to go there anymore because all the staff there feel like a family to me. But don’t just take my word for it, try them out!!!

Fantastic experience: Transparency first: I'm an employee at PT360 sports medicine & spine therapy. I've been a scheduler and now medical biller for not quite a year. For my sessions of treatment, I've filed claims with my insurance company, paid my co-pays, and jumped through the same hoops as anyone else with my carrier's plan and 3rd party medical necessity evaluator company employed by said carrier. The PTs on staff have 20 years minimum of practice, EACH. They all know their craft and medicine exceedingly well, and due to the small size, most patients will have the privilege of being treated by at least 2 of the PT/As during course of treatment. My hip started hurting last fall, then after a more enthusiastic than recommended stretching experience, I was having a lot of pain with walking. Then my left shoulder joined in. Then left knee and ankle. I'm a complicated case! Thanks to the ongoing desire to learn more and solve tricky cases, I've experienced manual therapy, muscle patterning, myofascial manipulation (cupping), strategic use of kineseotape as part of muscle patterning, compression therapy and microcurrent. I'm still a work in progress, but I want to share just how unique this clinic is and how much we have to offer, especially in this period of so many people working from home in non-ergonomic environments. Michelle Coffman is the owner and a highly trained member of staff. This clinic has an all-female staff, and is owned and operated by a woman. Our clinic (unlike Therapydia) is not a chain: we are 1000% local. If I didn't work here, after my prior 2 absolutely minimal experiences with PT (ie: I wanted to go once, get exercises, and save my money), I would never go anywhere else. The holistic view taken for each patient is unheard-of in the traditional PT world. One hour appointments, every appointment, one on one with a practitioner. It is a Portland rose in the garden of PTs here in town.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PT 360 for a few weeks now for injury recovery and building strength in weak, hyper-mobile joints. Everyone is extremely friendly and they have been doing excellent at keeping things clean and sanitary during COVID times. I have received thorough care and feel like my PT is very knowledgeable about the body and how things work. She uses books with pictures, along with verbal explanations, to explain what is going on in my body and how we are working toward making it work better.

Fantastic experience: PT 360 made me believe in physical therapy again! This is the first establishment that makes me feel like I might actually get better. I have had physical therapy a few times in my life for chronic neck pain and have never had the results I've experienced here. At PT 360, I was given a realistic time frame for treatment (which was much shorter than I expected) and realistic goals for home exercises and it's working! I love the manual therapy style PT 360 offers (massage, cupping, taping, manual traction, etc.) and the staff is incredibly knowledgable, kind and helpful. I could not recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: I've been a client off and on for several years with a variety of complaints from injuries to surgery recovery. A great strength of this clinic is their teamwork approach. I've been treated by all four of the therapists for the same condition. They can coordinate my treatment with thorough communication - between themselves and with me. They share the same understandings combined with slightly varied individual approaches. This has definitely added to the depth of my healing and my confidence. Plus they are all enjoyable and fun to work with!

Fantastic experience: I have a huge debt of gratitude for the PTs at 360. I have been healing this past year from frozen shoulder, which is about as painful as it sounds. I feel lucky to have found PT 360, as the methods and training I received was top notch. This is not a PT clinic that phones it in! Candis was my main PT. She was always encouraging through the peaks and valleys of rehabilitation, and found ways to customize exercises to my lifestyle and schedule. And she has a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. There is an overwhelming sense of care when you walk through their doors. As the entire staff at 360 works as one team. And their goal is clear, which is to heal all those who seek the help they need.

Fantastic experience: PT 360 was literally the most amazing place I ever could have hoped to have for my therapy after my car accident. Shelly was my primary therapist and was so knowledgeably and explained the why behind the various things we would do. I worked with almost all of the therapists during my time with PT 360 and each of them made me comfortable and just overall did an outstanding job. Joey at the front desk was always helpful and professional. I looked forward to my appointments and never missed a single one. This was a very difficult time for me and they were easily the highlight of the process. I cannot thank Shelly and her team enough.

Fantastic experience: The Wizards at PT360 have far exceeded my expectations and hopes of PTs in the area. I’ve been plagued with back pain and weak shoulder for years. With their talented team of experts they were able to get me not only pain free, but they encouraged me to gently return to my hobbies as part of my treatment. I had a mild relapse a few sessions back, and within a single session had alleviated all my symptoms and I was back on track to continued progress. I love the experience which each therapist, the operate like a hive mind and look forward to every session regardless of who I’m scheduled to see. 12/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came to PT360 after 3 ½ months of PT in South Florida following a bicycle accident that required 2 surgeries; my left elbow & left shoulder (ac joint), my wrist & thumb were also injured. When I first started with PT360 I had very little range of motion in my elbow and almost none in my shoulder. I was unable to raise my arm to shoulder height and could not grip with my hand due to the wrist injury, which was not addressed by the previous PT in South Florida. I immediately noticed the difference in the therapy at PT360 during my first appointment. I was treated for a full hour in a private room, one on one during every visit. Shelly, Joanne, and Candis have the unique ability to actively listen while treating with compassion; always checking in with me to make sure I was tolerating the therapy without pain. They took the time to educate me on joint function, mechanics, and also recommended many exercises for me to do on my own. Using advanced manual therapy techniques, they were able to manipulate multiple joints without causing pain and resulting in my increased range of motion. After 2 months of therapy I have almost full range of motion in my shoulder, improved quality of movement in my elbow as well as increased range of motion, and my wrist & thumb have healed allowing the full use of my hand. I will be forever grateful to the professionals at PT360 for their excellent treatment of my injuries and the personalized care that I received. I highly recommend PT360 to anyone suffering from an injury or post orthopedic surgery.
