Fantastic experience: Jessica is my dads therapist and she's awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I see several negative reviews and it just doesn’t make sense, the ladies up front are very courteous, they remember your name. I did work with a young lady and she was very sharp and on top of her game. Edward was my main therapist and I would recommend him to anyone. I had a knee replacement and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else but Edward. A fantastic guy, very knowledgeable and cautious, his communication was very good in regards to pain levels, how much and how far to push. Knowing the limits. This is a great organization and I will return when I have my other knee done.

Fantastic experience: I bring my mom to physical therapy twice a week. She had a total knee replacement and after being in other places she finally found a really amazing therapist! Her therapist name is Brook and she works only with her during her time at this facility. Brook knows what she is doing and get down to what is relevant for her healing, besides her professionalism and caring person she is also very sweet and pretty. She show that she care for the patience and love what she does and that makes a whole world of difference. Most physical therapy place, I always thought is kind of a joke, and are just there to make notes to the insurance and doctor while they sit down to a chair and tell the client what to do without even coming close to them, knowing how they feel, where they stand on the healing etc. I just thought that is a money truly waste without any necessity. Now that I found a true therapist for my mom I can see physical therapy differently. It can work and it can help if you find the right help, otherwise if you just go there and have a therapist sit on their chair the entire time while you can’t even move your leg…walk out of there and go look for a real place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the staff and therapists at Healthlink Physical Therapy - Medical Center! All of the therapists - but especially Dr. Sandra Koons PT, DPT - have provided me with exceptional care and education. I have benefited from each of my treatment sessions here and I have noticed significant progress over time.

Fantastic experience: I've been with these therapist for over a year. Unfortunately I had to have 3 surgeries in a 1 year period. The staff here are above & beyond professional, compassionate, listen to patient's goals & requests. You could not find d a better place to rehab. M. E.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take the time and say thank you to Tiffany and her staff at healthlink. They were amazing and took great care in getting me to my therapy goals. I can still remember the horrible pain I was in hobbling in on my very first day. I was scared and nervous about the process. All those fears and hesitations were wiped away when I got going with the staff. I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. I’m so grateful to the staff without their hard work and dedication I would not be walking and pain free. Accidents happen in life, but what happens next is a team of people to care for you. Let healthlink be that team!

Fantastic experience: The service received by Speech Therapist - Monique Arteta is outstanding. She is treating my father for dysphasia (swallowing) issues. She truly goes above and beyond in treating the issue AND takes time to explain & educate her patients. Not only is my dad learning methods that are helpful, but Monique helps me (family) understand how to do the home exercises. She is a caring person and very astute in her field. The exercises prescribed for home have helped! Monique is a great asset to team of physical therapists!

Fantastic experience: Great Group of People, everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Sandra is so sweet, patient and explains everything so I know not only how but why I’m doing certain movements. It’s been a very positive experience for me. I’ve been in discomfort for 17 years. I should have come years ago!
