Fantastic experience: For the past two months I have been working with the Optimum PHYSIO team on recovery from shoulder surgery. It has undoubtedly been a tough and long road, but my improvement has been more than surprising, I have recovered almost total mobility and now we are working on regaining strength. I love that they listen to you and your concerns, and everyone is always on the same page communicating with each other to help you achieve your goals. I will recommend this place whenever I can! I am sure I found the best team to help me make a full recovery.

Fantastic experience: I went to Optimum to rehabilitate my right knee due to a torn meniscus after surgery. The staff at Optimum are caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Optimum staff followed my provider's proposed physical therapy plan and showed compassion while perfoming the therapy. I would like to commend Hiram Trevino for listening to my concerns and providing diligent and attentive care while providing hands on physical therapy to my knee. Hiram went above and beyond when I expressed that I had a stiff neck due to sleeping in an incorrect position. Hiram provided relief to my aching neck and back during one of my sessions. Overall, I do recommend Optimum for your daily physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Writing in for my husband Joe Salinas who received physical therapy after his knee replacement. The therapists and staff are awesome, friendly and got him the physical therapy he needed. After 6 weeks of therapy his physically much better. We thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Most amazing PT I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind, attentive and helpful. I have never found a PT who treated fibromyalgia and I felt really heard and understood. They have helped me with grounding and stabilizing my body and feeling better. My back no longer keeps me up at night and I’m dealing with a lot less pains I will definitely return when I can. Incredible place .

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff at Optimum Physio from Dr Matt to KK and all the PT Trainers are amazing to work with. They helped me fix some pelvic/back pain over the course of a few weeks and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing PT work anywhere on your body.

Fantastic experience: All the staff of Optimum Physio are very professional, from the girls at the entrance desk to the therapist and assistants on the therapy floor. They are very welcoming and kind. My husband regain his physical strength and mental optimism just by going to this place. Medically speaking, they are very knowledgeable in what they do. Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Optimum Physio for any physical therapy needs, even if you have a neurological issue and not necessarily a pain issue. I've been using the neubie electrical stimulation device with them and have seen improvements in my daily activities! I've tried PT elsewhere before and didn't really notice a difference but I definitely see a difference after coming here. The staff are all amazing which makes the experience fun and something I look forward to doing. I like that the exercises challenge me and can be modified if I'm having a bad day movement wise.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Optimum Physio is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated for 1 month for Bell's Palsy and the change in my appearance and abilities is phenomenal. I was skeptical at first due to my diagnosis with my Neurologist, but I'm so thankful I gave Optimum a try. Using laser therapy, the Neubie, and dry needling has healed me tremendously. I am forever grateful for their help.

Fantastic experience: I came to OPT following surgery for a rotator cuff tear. I am so grateful for the help I received. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and respectful from the front office to the entire group of people that worked with me. Dr. Matt, Hiram and everyone that assisted with my recovery were always very attentive to my pain level and to making sure I was progressing. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and went into my consultation feeling unsure and down about my condition. The staff at Optimum Physio, immediately treated me with kindness and had an immediate plan of action for me. They gave me hope about my diagnosis and that results would happen. After my fourth treatment I saw a huge difference in my muscle movement and in my face! After a month of treatment I am back to my normal appearance and have heard a ton of positive feedback from family, friends and coworkers about how impressed they are with the work all the staff did with me during my treatment. Fantastic experience: I originally found Optimum because I was interested in dry needling and it’s one of the few places in SA that offers it. I can’t express how grateful I am that I found Optimum! It’s awesome that they offer services like DN but what’s even better is knowing you have the absolute best team on your side. Everyone that works here is so kind, personable, competent, knowledgeable and just fun to be around! I’ve dealt with neck pain, headaches and upper back pain for close to 15 years and assumed that I was just going to feel miserable for most of my life. Fantastic experience: After many years of having problems with my right shoulder and being treated at other facilities with no improvement all … my sister recommended OPT after being treated herself with them with great results.. I decided to check them out..good thing I did my shoulder is back to normal with no more pain….now I’m back being treated for a hand issue…the staff are very courteous and professional at their fields and they treat you like a friend…. Fantastic experience: Great experience. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and fun to be around. However they will get after it and get you where you want and need to be. I finished my series of sessions feeling so much better than when I walked in. If you need physical therapy you need to look into this group.

Fantastic experience: The Optimum team is first class and the best PT clinic I have worked with. The plan of care targeted my specific connective tissue disorder and the focus was on maintenance and being able to manage the pain. This in combination with dry needling has brought me to a state of minimal pain while making me feel like an athlete throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I came in with pretty debilitating back pain, and Dr. Matt had a plan right from the assessment. After 3 months of consistent PT and several dry needling sessions, my pain went from an 8 to a 1! I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic experience: I injured my finger I have RA also osteoporosis. My finger that I injured it was bad.i saw orthopedic Dr. Rite away they told more than likely I was gonna need surgey.i immediately told the Dr let me do physical therapy.i had been to Optimum physical therapy for back pain in the past.everyone @ optimum are the best physical therapist.ive gone to physical therapy in the past to other places did not like.but here @ optimum I love coming here they are the real deal.and my finger is 100% better with physical therapy.i want to thank everyone @ optimum physical. Fantastic experience: I’m back to running again and feeling great! When I came in a couple months ago for an old Achilles injury I could barely jog or jump without extreme pain in my heel and calf - have had issues for over a year. With consistent visits and sticking to my exercises at home as well I’m finally starting to feel a difference - stronger and more stable - so happy. I’ve tried lots of different methods of therapy (cupping, dry needling, etc) and worked with almost all of the PTs and movement specialists and I love that there’s continuity from session to session regardless of who I’m with for the day. The environment is fun and everyone is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I feel comfortable speaking up and giving feedback and the team always listens and makes adjustments accordingly - I appreciate the open dialogue when it comes to my health. Fantastic experience: I feel that Optimum Physio Therapies was a great choice for my physical therapy needs. veryone is extremely friendly, and helpful when it comes to ensuring that you are correctly doing the PT modality to get the most out of the exercise. Scheduling is a breeze and they keep you engaged the whole time you are their. I also like that there is consistency in the modalities used, which ensures consistency in the regimen that has been tailored to my individual needs. I feel the modalities that I do are targeting those groups of muscles, that l believe results in the strengthening and flexibility of the appropriate muscles for my specific condition. Fantastic experience: I was struggling with significant sciatic pain for over a year by the time I started at Optimum Physio. I was at an 8/10 pain most days, I felt like I had tried everything and was skeptical that PT was going to be helpful. I was wrong! It's been a few weeks, and while there is still plenty of work to do, I'm now down to a 5/10 most days and I'm starting to feel like myself again. The team here is amazing—they're compassionate, funny, encouraging and super knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting this, but working with Optimum has helped me get over my fears about working out in public and it has also reminded me how fun it is to exercise. Sure, it's challenging and sometimes I'm sore, but our bodies need movement and training has been great for my physical body as well as my mental health and spirit. In case you're curious about what I tried before coming to Optimum, here's a list: Chiropractic (awesome, but not enough in my case), yoga, stretching, heat, ice, inversion, dry needling, massage, TENS, foam rolling, counter-strain, and even affirmations lol. If you're in pain, give Optimum a chance. It's worth it to find healing!

Fantastic experience: I brought my aunt Isabel A. to Optimum Physio for her balance issues, and back issues. In the first few sessions I’ve seen improvement. Optimum Physio is a great place with knowledgeable, caring staff and most of all they want each patient to get better and provide them with the tools to continue an independent life.

Fantastic experience: If I were going to base this review on my pain relief thus far, I couldn’t say I’m recommending this place. HOWEVER, I will say that the STAFF IS AMAZING, the place is super unique and very clean! I love the TEAM spirit here, all seemingly working together and customizing each of our experiences to how our bodies (of many types) are going to best be recovered! For this…I highly recommend it!! And I’m only at the beginning of my journey to recovery, but I plan to stay here to let these folks help me figure it out!!

Fantastic experience: I just started my PT here and so far the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Diaz explained everything and helped me understand what was causing the issue in my leg after having back surgery. I definitely feel like this is the place that will help me get back to walking normal again in no time.

Fantastic experience: If you need physical therapy, this is definitely the place you have to go to! My teen son suffers from a rare chronic pain condition and not only are they trying to do everything that they can to help him but they are personalizing his treatment. They are caring, empathetic and they genuinely want to help him. Everyone there is fantastic from the physical therapists to the front staff!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about the team at Optimum Physio! I got my 2nd case of Bell Palsy in May 2023. After giving my face a bit of time to heal, I started looking for options and found Optimum. Doing their 3 month Bell's Palsy protocol, I'm recovering far faster and better this time, and the team at Optimum is fantastic! If a physical therapy clinic can have an 'atmosphere', theirs is the best. There's always great music and you can tell the whole team has a passion for their patients! I will most definitely look to Optimum in the future any time I need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was given a referral for 8 weeks of PT for my ankle fracture, but with the help of Dr. Matt and everyone at Optimum, I was able to essentially be pain free and return to most of my normal activities in only 6 weeks. The treatments and exercises proved to be beyond helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions, and flexible with my schedule. If I were to ever need PT again I would definitely come back!! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about EVERYONE here!! This is my second round at PT. First round was my shoulder two years ago and back this time for my hip. My shoulder is still doing great and I just finished up with my hip. Fabulous job everyone! I actually looked forward to seeing these guys and gals. So so friendly, knowledgeable and always involved. My pain has improved immensely and I now am able to continue my exercise program at home to retain the strength, flexibility and mobility of my hip. Special thanks to my doc, Claudia (so nice) and the amazing team who walked me through all of my exercises and those who worked me out at the end of my session with a big smile and some good laughs. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to find Optimum Physio over a year ago. I have a rare spinal cord disease and recovering from spinal cord surgery. I credit the entire team for helping me go from a wheelchair to a cane through their innovative techniques and encouragement. The next goal is independent walking. What sets them apart from other PT clinics is a passion for what they do and cultivating trust with their patients. This is where you want to come to get results!

Fantastic experience: This place was pretty great. I'd been having back pain for months since I recovered from throwing it out in March. My back began feeling better after just two weeks of sessions and after finishing my fourth and last week, I can feel the significant improvement from when I started. I even have exercises I can do at home to keep it from happening again. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually miss going there now that I'm done and I know where to go if something happens again.
