Fantastic experience: In the last 2 months I've been to 2 different chiropractors and had cortisone shots for my back. Stratton Rehabilitation has done wonders for my back. The team are all very gregarious and calming. I had dry needling done here and was really nervous about it. They were patient with me and asked me how I prefer ro be communicated with. I 1000% recommend if you're looking for a physical therapist in the San Antonio area.

Fantastic experience: I had a knee replacement about 3weeks ago. I'm doing outpatient therapy here at Stratton. Everyone I have encountered here has been kind, thoughtful and caring. This facility is very clean and bright. I'm glad my doctor sent me here.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several rehab facilities in San Antonio. However, I must say that Stratton Alamo Heights is the BEST! Stratton has used techniques that no other facility has used or suggested to heal my orthopedic issues. The front office staff: Roxie, Gayle, Stephanie, and Johnny are welcoming and professional. The therapists and their assistants are patient and encouraging, they make you feel welcome and show concern for your needs and progress. All if the therapists are excellent. My therapist patiently listens to me and plans therapy to address my particular orthopedic needs and concerns. I am glad my physician referred me to this facility. I would NOT go anywhere else, EVER!

Fantastic experience: I went for my new patient exam this week. When I walked in to office, I was impressed by cleanliness and deco. As I started meeting the employees, they all looked an acted very professional. I met the doctor and I was impressed by his bedside manner and knowledge. Then I got to see more of the office and they have professional equipment and more. I recommend this place. They were perfect - thank you Michelle Buenteo

Fantastic experience: Brik Stratton is a genius. He has given me back my mobility and pain-free life. When I practically crawled into an orthopedic surgeon’s office, his recommendations to me were to have extensive surgery by a more specialized surgeon and to not wait too long. He said I could try physical therapy but it probably wouldn’t work. I was lucky enough to have Brik Stratton recommended to me by a friend and my very experienced chiropractor who both said that Brik is the best. After going two or three times per week for almost a year, I am in better shape than before: full mobility and pain free! Surgery averted! That makes Brik Stratton a miracle worker especially considering I am 66 years old and have a diagnosis of spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, and scoliosis. I am forever thankful to Brik Stratton and his team. Special thanks also to Karla and Jackie, his assistants. Everyone I encountered at Stratton was professional and friendly. Oh, and I drove an hour on I-35 each way to get to their office and it was worth it. I wanted the best and I got it. A million thanks!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Stratton for years, they truly are the best rehab center in town. The staff has always treated me with great respect and made sure I was comfortable during any workouts or sessions. Stratton Rehab is the only place I would go to for physical therapy, it's the only place my parents go who are elderly, and they too have always had a great experience. If you need​ help, go see the people at Stratton, they are great at explaining​ why they are doing certain exercises​ and how these affect and help your rehabilitation. I leave my faith in​ God​ and my body to Stratton​ Rehab.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Stratton Rehab for 4 and a half years. Bric Stratton is my primary therapist, but I have seen, on occasion, other therapists. Bric only hires the best, and he then teaches them the methods used at this rehab. I have serious chronic issues, and without Bric's therapy and teaching, I believe I would be attached constantly to walkers, in pain and unable to do the normal things we all do in life.do what Bric tells you to do, and you get results. He knows the body and every little tendon! Without doubt, Stratton Rehab at Sunset and Treeline is the very best SA has to offer people in need of their help. There is also the Stratton Rehab at the Alamo Ranch location. Kenny and Adrian are awesome there. The general ambience of Stratton is one of teamwork, peace, enjoyment of the work being done, total attention to the patients and the way everyone gets along well with each other. All the employees really enjoy working there and are always available to help any of us. Bric Stratton had a very specific plan as to how his rehab was going to be run, and he made it happen. After shoulder surgery and being stuck in an immobilizer for six weeks, he is working miracles and has doubled my field of movement in just the first three visits. Joe tries various approaches but always gets results. Stratton Rehabilitation is a pristine facility, with various types of equipment/tools to coax results, and all of the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.
