Fantastic experience: Ellie is my therapist at Babcock Physical therapy. She did a thorough assessment of what therapy I needed in my neck and scapula pain. She used pressure on painful tight areas and did some manipulation. I instantly felt release of my neck stiffness and I could turn my neck. Which I haven't been able to for years . She explained her treatment and excercise I need to do at home between therapy sessions. I felt so much better after first session. I have 3 weeks to go. I like the fact that I have one: one session with my therapist. I have been to other therapy and assessments done by therapist and other assistants take over care. So glad I came to Babcock Office and met Ellie my therapist. The front receptionist were awesome in getting me into therapy and setting up my schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at the Babcock location of TSAOG Physical Therapy. I have had numerous surgeries and have had to go to PT but this group and organization has truly exceeded my expectations! They stay in touch with my surgeon. All the notes go back and forth. Each individual who assists me knows exactly what’s going on. If I’m in pain, they immediately stop and ask advice. They listen well and I truly feel valued. I have gained so much confidence and strength and it’s in much gratitude to each member of this team. Huge kudos!

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy in Oct 2000 (auto accident) and have been to various facilities. I first started at TSAOG after my shoulder surgery June 2012. It is now September 2023, I have been going to the Medical Center location for 10+ years. They’ve taken care of me after each of my 3 shoulder surgeries, on-going issues from my Oct 2000 car accident & various autoimmune issues. I feel very blessed to have found this place. I’m am truly grateful for the caring staff.

Highly skilled, as well. Tracy at the front desk is equally amazing! I always feel welcomed by her positive attitude and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: As a retired rehab nurse, I have worked with many PTs but had yet met one that was as dedicated to restoring function to her patients as Ariell Garcia PT. She demonstrated great listening skills, took time to answer all my questions while assessing areas of pain and decreased function. She took a holistic approach to create plan of care and always treated her team and me with dignity and respect. I can always depend on her expert skills a d work ethic. Everyone, PTAs as well as schedule staff are always kind and friendly. It is a fine place to receive therapy with devotion.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been excellent. My PT Arielle is very intuitive with my body and knows what program is best for me. She listens to my concerns and alters my program to fit my physical needs. I have learned so much about my body and how it functions. Arielle doesn't merely fix the problem she gives me the tools to fix the problem when I'm alone. I've learned so much about my body and its anatomy I now have a volume of knowledge of what connects to where and why. I'm lucky and found not just a PT but a cheerleader, a shoulder of support, and a teacher all in one. I can't give enough praise to Issac and Louie for not only supporting the PT's but supporting all the patients. Both are ALWAYS friendly and supportive. So many of us come in not feeling well, not believing PT will work, but Issac and Louie won't let you stay blue. They are always cheerful, polite, kind and funny. You can't find better treatment than here. Get well soon!

Fantastic experience: I was worried early in my therapy that my own laziness might leave me short of a full recovery. This was not an issue as the staff, particularly Dr Arielle Garcia, made sure I understood each goal reached was a success to celebrate. I am two thirds through and feeling stronger and more confident every day!

I have gone to four different centers and have been very lucky to have therapist I have been confident in. This is the second time I’m going back to TSAOG due to shoulder injury. She is amazing. A young professional who has four sets of PT acronyms after her name. Makenzie is extremely well trained and takes great care of me. My left shoulder gets stronger each visit. Fantastic experience: I would recommend TSAOG physical therapy to anyone that needs PT. The therapist are professional, knowledgable and caring. I had a total knee replacement with some complications. They are working to get me back to walking without the walker and getting my strength back as well. Great therapist McKenzie ,Larry, and staff. Dr. Abblitt and I are extremely satisfied that I will recover 100% by the end of my sessions.
